Nearly the same issue for me when I try to update from 24.10.1 to 24.10.2 :

I tried few hours after and I typed with --fix-missing and it worked.

If you still get the error, import the package from your laptop and use Filezilla or something else to upload it to your server.

I tried again and the upgrade worked without any error.

I recreate my server because we got an error connection with poller and I still have the error :
