Hi,

Am running a Centreon demo//PoC

After attempting to setup ActiveDirectory aaa I locked out the admin user. I can still access the CLI using the root account, but there I get Invalid login for any action that I try to perform in the CLI when using the local admin account that I …

Where and with which user can I disable the AD config and use the local user again?

Best regards

Hi @jdevroedDHL which version of CEnteon do you use?

Did you move your Centreon admin account on MS AD?

You can move you admin account to “local” authentication by modifying the centreon.contact table and set “contact_auth_type” colunm value to “local”.

Can you check also following files:

  • /var/log/centreon/login.log
  • /var/log/centreon/ldapsearch.log (if LDAP debug was enabled from “Administration > Parameters > Debug” menu)
  • /var/log/centreon/ldap.log (if LDAP debug was enabled from “Administration > Parameters > Debug” menu)
