My remote poller is showing running but no updates have been received.

how can i find out what’s going wrong?

I am seeing errors in the gorgoned.log

Thanks for your reply.

I have updated the remote end to the same version as the central but it still doesn't work.

I can make configuration changes to hosts and services on the central server and the changes are pushed to the remote server, but the host’s status doesn’t update back onto the central server.

Both servers have also been rebooted.

Do you see the remote listed as "Remote Server” on your central?

 

All your changes should happen through your cenrtal anyways.
