I’m looking for a way to send notifications from Centreon on disk usage type services.
I’ve notifications on Warning AND critical state working OK. My problem is when we have an acknowledgement on this kind of services : by default, in Centreon, ACK will disable further notifications, even if service turn into CRITICAL state, which, from my point of view, is a limitation. I want to be notified for a critical state even if I’ve already been notify for the WARN.
How do you guys work around this ? Am I missing something in Centreon settings ?

Je cheche un moyen de déclencher des notification de Centreon, même si le service a été acquitté.
Actuellement, les notifications fonctionnement correctement en cas de WARN ou de CRIT sur mes sondes, mais lorsque un WARN a été acquitté, Centreon n’enverra jamais de notification en cas de passage du service en CRIT.
Par exemple : en cas de WARN sur un service supervisant l’espace disque restant sur un disque, je peux avoir acquitté pour un traitement ultérieur, et ne pas être notifié du passage en CRIT.
Comment adressez vous ce point ? Est ce que je rate un truc dans la configuration de Centreon ?
