Hi All.

We have a fresh install 24.04 version and the pollers attached to a remote server got deleted on the Central GUI. And when I try to register again the pollers on the remote server. I got an error.

Error:

2024-05-16 11:36:57+02:00 - ERROR - http://10.xx.xx.xx:80: {"message":"A platform using the name : 'GDC1PollerA' or address : '10.xx.xx.xx' already exists"}

I tried to delete also the Remote server attached to the central. but when we try to add it again. We got an error on the wizard - “Generating Export Files failed” the remote server is added on the central but the remote server gorgoned config file has an error on the central server.

Let me know if there is a workaround for this. or it is much better for a clean install?
