Hello,
I have a central server and a remote server. On the central server I can see the pollers are running but the hosts from the remote server all show ‘unreachable’. On the remote server I can see that the hosts are all ‘up’ and reporting correctly.
On the remote server under platform status > broker statistics on the remote server I can see
forward-to-master is stuck on ‘connecting’
On the central server I can see it is ‘listening’
On the central server I can see both pollers are running:
What should I be checking to diagnose the lack of communication between the two?
I do not see any errors on the remote servers gorgoned.log
on the central servers gorgoned.log I see the following:
ERROR - oautodiscovery] -class- host discovery - cannot get platform versions - cannot decode json response: malformed JSON string, neither tag, array, object, number, string or atom, at character offset 0 (before "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLI...") at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/gorgone/class/tpapi/centreonv2.pm line 45.
