Hello,

I just installed the Centreon version from the VMware template provided by Centreon.

I strictly followed the setup and the different actions to be carried out. I started to fill in my database but after changing my password, I can no longer log in. I followed the procedure I found on this page (https://thewatch.centreon.com/platform-7/user-is-blocked-742#:~:text=Login%20to%20the%20community&text= Forgot%20password%3F,instructions%20to%20reset%20your%20password.), but it doesn't work.

Is there a particularity related to version 22.04.7?

Yes since the web interface, why ? 

Since I try to reset it with sql commands but it doesn't work, queries are taken into account fine but have no effect.

Hi @jeremy13520 did you block the account ?

The current method doesn’t store password en MD5 or SHA1 that’s why previous request doesn’t work.

To unlock a contact please execute following SQL request on ‘centreon’ configuration database:

UPDATE contact SET login_attempts = NULL, blocking_time = NULL WHERE contact_id = '<contact_id>';

To force reset of password please execute following SQL request on ‘centreon’ configuration database:

UPDATE contact_password SET creation_date = '0' WHERE contact_id = '22';
