Question

rrd file keep only 30 days but in centreon config i set 180 days

Hi,

i set in centreon config :

Retention duration for performance data in RRDTool databases → 180 days

But when i check graph or rrd file with rrdtool dump, i see only last 30 days

I not understand from where this issue come from

Retention is set when the RRD is created, try to rebuild your graph :  Administration  >  Parameters  >  Data

Hi,

yes and it’s set to 180 days.

I tried to delete a rrd file locally and centreon recreate it but with only 30 days.

in my very very old version rebuild data not working and i stay with 30 days rrd content.

I didn’t find a way to force rebuild in command line or something else.

If someone have some ideas

If you set 180 days in :
 Administration  >  Parameters  >  Options > Retention duration for performance data in RRDTool databases
 
And RRD creation is still at 30 days, it must be a bug.
Are you sure that your 20.04 is up to date ?

Hi,

i’m sure is not uptodate :) but i don’t find anymore update for this version.
