Hello,

I installed Centreon version 21.04 and everything works perfectly. I wanted to use the SNMP Trap and that's when a problem occurs, my traps don't work. I went to the debug page

https://docs.centreon.com/docs/21.04/monitoring/passive-monitoring/debug-snmp-traps-management/#detailed-diagram

and when I saw the diagram at the bottom I saw that I had to configure a path to a centcore.cmd file, unfortunately I don't have this file and the documentation is not accurate in this case.
I wanted to know if there was a method I didn't find to still get the traps working.

Thanks

Hello @Air1

This file not present on the filesystem by default and only exist when we write something into it.

Otherwise is not exist (just a pipe file created/destroyed regualary).

To go deep in your troubleshooting you can enable more debug on centreontrapd and gorgoned by modifying the flag --severity to debug in /etc/sysconfig/gorgoned and /etc/sysconfig/centreontrapd

Then restart the processes gorgoned and centreontrapd and check the logs /var/log/centreon/centreontrapd.log and /var/log/centreon-gorgone/gorgoned.log

Kriko.
