Hi all,

I installed Centreon 23.10 on a fresh Alma Linux 9 VM, but I can't find any predefined templates or check commands in Centreon GUI

The server has direct internet access without requiring a proxy configuration.

I installed plugins using the command "dnf install centreon-plugin-*" but I still don't see anything on the web interface.

Does anyone have an idea on how to resolve this issue?
Can you confirm if I should see default templates and commands, as was the case in older Centreon versions?

Thanks !

Hello @CentId01 ,

Check this documentation

https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/getting-started/monitor-linux-server-with-snmp/#sur-le-serveur-central

You need to add the base templates (Base Pack, Linux SNMP, etc) and commands from there, and then you should see then and you will be able to use them

Hope it helps

Hello vcoum,

Thank you for the documentation.

There is nothing under Monitoring Connector Manager page on my Centreon.

I only get a blank empty page

edit : when I run the command « dnf install centreon-pack », the error I get is « No match for argument : centreon-pack-* »

You shouldn’t have en empty blank page, even if you don’t have the Centreon Pack packages

I think something is wrong with your “Monitoring Connector Manager”

Can you try to go in Administration > Extensions > Manager and then reinstall the Monitoring Connector Manager?

I reinstalled this MCM, but I still had the same blank page.

I ended up reinstalling the VM and Centreon, and now the page displays the plugins correctly. It seems there was an issue during the previous installation.

Thank you !
