Bonjour,Nous implémentons actuellement des baies de stockage Seagate EXOS X (6 unités)Ces baies sont notamment utilisées par Dell pour leur gamme Powervault, qui bénéficient d’un plugin Centreon en mode Rest API.Nous avons ainsi utilisé le plugin “storage::dell::me4::restapi::plugin”, cela fonctionne bien, mais nous rencontrons 2 “disfonctionnements”, potentiellement en lien avec des différences entre Dell et Seagate.Le premier souci a été rencontré lors du recettage. Si nous retirons un disque SSD, le mode “hardware” du plugin reste en vert car il ne monitore pas l’état des “pools” et des “disk-groups”. En effet, en retirant un SSD, le monitoring “disks” passe de “28/28 disks OK” à “27/27 disks OK”, il reste donc au vert. Pourtant l’interface restapi remonte bien le pool et le disk-group associés en “dégradé” en consultant sous “/api/show/pools” et “/api/show/disk-groups”. Le deuxième souci (moindre) concerne le monitoring des host-interfaces de la baie. Sans savoir si cela vient du s

Preparing the poller for CMA : no port listening on ipv4

Aruba Aos-CX Execute command failed

Hello everyone,I am using Centreon and ArubaOS-CX to retrieve information from my Aruba Instant On 1960 switch (CPU, Memory, Network Interfaces, etc.).However, when I try to use it, the service status shows as "(Execute command failed)".Has anyone encountered this issue before and found a solution?

How configure postfix correctly in debian 12

Hi all ! i’ve a Debian12 VM with centreon 24.10 installed on.I had follow this : https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/administration/postfix/ step by step and changed all informations, but this doesn’t work :( !i tryed to check in var/log/maillog ( or mail.log ) but it doesnt exist, i don’t find this file anyway…What did i do wrongPS: when i created my Debian12 VM, i forget to do the partitionning LVM , maybe that can be the problem why i can’t find this file : mail.log … Did you have some ideas? or did i need to recreate a Debian VM?

Hi,I’d already suggested this idea during the last Centreon summit but I’d like to know the point of view of the community.I think it would be great to have a LTS (Long Term Support) version of Centreon. Like the Ubuntu GNU/Linux distribution does, or some other softwares too. Not only OS or frameworks. There is a non exhaustive list here.A two year support may seem long enough for a software like Centreon, but in my opinion (and from experience) it’s not.Plus, for the support teams, it would probably be less different versions to support. For example, currently, with a two years support for every version, and a release every six month, there are always four versions supported anytime. But, if we keep the six month period release, and support only one year every version, but four years for a LTS version, which would be every five releases (21.10, 23.10, 25.10, …) it’s only three versions supported at the same time. This rythme is just an example, maybe there are better choices.Somebody

Dashboard "Status Grid" smaller tiles optionNew

Hello,the dashboard is doing very good with responsive and scaling!But it seems the “Status Grid” widget on condensed mode is hanging a little bit behind. Compared to other widgets it’s taking a lot of space.A option to make the tiles smaller would be great and would help make this more usable for our pages.Example currently on 24.10:Making it smaller just adds a scrollbar. But this is enough space to display four tiles.

Display bug in the status grid widget dashboard?

HelloI’m trying to make dashboard filtered on a host group (or a host category)I want the “condensed”  view of the status grid widgetthe host group has only 2 members. ‘Standard’ (non condensed) I have my 2 hosts if I use Condensed , the total in the tile is wrong and is counting ALL the host without filtering. it should display 2 in green, it says 6...(this is a test platform with IT-100 edition, 24.04, latest patch from last week) tested that on 2 different platform, I have the same behaviour. is anyone else getting the same result?

Hello everyone,I’ve been testing Centreon with the IT-100 license and am trying to manage my Aruba Instant On 1960 switch. However, I’m encountering some issues. Specifically, I’m unable to retrieve any information from the switch.The switch is connected, and the ping works fine. However, when I try to retrieve the CPU usage, my new service called "Aruba1_cpu" uses the “Net-aruba-Instant-Ap-Usage-SNMP” model, but the status shows:"OK: total access points: 0."Could anyone help me understand why this is happening and how I can resolve it?

Hi.My Centreon is IT100 24.04.7 and I’m playing with Rest API v2.I try to get a service template by searching for its name or its id but I always have a code 500 with the following message: “Error while searching for service templates”. Error while searching by name On the other hand, the search for template services works well when I don’t put any search in query parameters. Ok with no search parameterWhat am I doing wrong?
