Monitoring connectors have strange dependencies

Hi,Just upgraded a plateforme to 23.10.14 a few days ago and I noticed all the monitoring connector packs were no more  marked as installed in the manager (although all centreon-pack-* packages are present). This looks like a bug but it’s not the most surprising thing. When I went for reinstall the packs I noticed very strange dependencies, like, for example, when I installed “Generic SNMP” it installed “Mac SNMP” and “FreeBSD SNMP” (at least). If I try then to remove “Mac SNMP” it confirms the dependency:  Same with “FreeBSD SNMP”. What’s the problem? I can perfectly understand how it may exist a dependency on “Generic SNMP” for the Mac and FreeBSD packs, but not the other way around.I guess I should remove the RPM for those packs (I’ll test if I find some time later) but it still doesn’t look right to me.

No mail sent

Hi allNew problem.I installed postfix server on my centreon.The follwing command : [centreon-engine@supervision2 ~]$ echo "Test" | mail -s "Test" louarn@mydomain worksbur I don’t receive any mails from centreon with /usr/bin/mail/ I don’t see any mail sent in /var/log/centegine.log. Any idea ? thanks

Upgrade 22.10.10 to 23.10.9 : Unexpected Application Error!

BonjourJe récupère depuis mon équipement via le modèle de service app-protocol-snmp-numeric-value-custom différentes valeurs :Ces valeurs sont 8, 9, 10 ou 11.En fonction de chacune de ces valeurs, je souhaite afficher autre chose que la valeur récupérée.Ex: si 8 afficher “Bonjour”, si 9 afficher “45000”, etc.Je ne sais pas comment m’y prendre et où ajouter ces conditions. Extraoptions ? Macros ? Commandes ?Pouvez vous m’aiguiller ?Merci

Centreon is not running.

Hello everyone,I am stuck with my centreon which despite several installations still does not want to start. When I export my configuration, I have no errors but it still remains stopped. So I don't have anything display-wise.I don't really know what to do anymore, because I updated it, restarted it, reinstalled it.If anyone knows what I should be looking for, because the logs don't tell me anything either, I'm interested.Thanks

I have create a poller. At the final of installation , i try to export configuration for the new poller :But an error on moving files appears “Moving files... NOK(Could not write into centcore.cmd. Please check file permissions.). The poller is down in IHM : On the poller process centengine is start :The server central can connect in ZMQ on the poller :I think the rights on the poller are OK :On the central, i have error on /var/log/centreon-broker/central-broker-master.log : I don’t understand, where is the problem ?

Issue with registration IT-100 Token

Hello,  I have an issue with my IT-100 Token.We're currently testing centreon and I've badly followed the process of unlinking my token on all our different test instances. I've tried to follow all the steps in the topic below, but I'm still stuck with the error "{"code":409, "message": "Instance already registered." All communication tests are OK, I checked the similarity of the fingerprint and the "epp.license" fileCurrently I'm blocked as you can see below and nothing happens when I enter my token. Thanks for your help.

Unable to Login to Centreon Platform

Some operations made in Centreon Web don't write there datas in database

Hello,First, sorry for my English writing please … The problem discribed in this subject happends for example when i try to modify ACLs, or when i try to watch the the properties of users. (I’m logged with an admin account profile)In the case of ACLs : the modifications are finally not saved after they have been saved from the Web interface. Note : The modifications made on ACLs with CLAPI are well stored in databaseIn the case of Users properties : i’ve got a blank page for each user. Your help will be appreciated please.Regards
