NO_PUBKEY-Errors when Updating Centreon 23.10 on Debian 11

Hi all, wanted to update to 23.10.11 from 23.10.10 and are getting the following Errors - pls advice. W: An error occurred during the signature verification. The repository is not updated and the previous index files will be used. Can't choose template on host after downling the right monitoring connector manager

Hello, I’m on centreon 23.10.11 and I download both “Windows NSClient 0.5” and “Windows Nsclient API” in the Monitoring Connector Manager of Centreon. If i go to Configuration>hosts>templates the templates are present : However when I create a new host and try to select a template they both don’t appear in the list.When I try to run execute the prompt ‘dnf install centreon-pack-*’ or ‘dnf update centreon-pack-*’, i receive the Error : Unable to find a match: centreon-pack-* :  If you know or have an idea on how to resolve this problem, I would appreciate your help.Thank you.

How to configure a check command with a comma "," inside the command? How to manage this character?

FTP plugin apps::protocols::ftp::pluginFTP command GET or PUTFile myfile.pdfThe command below work as excepted:/usr/lib/centreon-plugins/src/centreon_plugins.pl --plugin apps::protocols::ftp::plugin --hostname ftp.mysite.com --username usertest --password passwordtest --mode commands --ftp-command get,myfile.pdfWhen you configure it in the GUI, we got some plugin error like CRITICAL: Command 'get' issue: [Net::FTP] TimeoutThis is because of the comma in the command (get,myfile.pdf)I've tryed some escape method, enabled shell and many tricks but without lucky.Anyone have experimented the same behaviour and what's the solution?Thanks a lotBest regardsstefano

Problem getting Centreon montiroing working

Hello, I trying to get Centreon monitoring working and have run into a problem. I have created two server, one for the Central Server and a Polling server but it does not appear to be working as seen in the screen shot below. Poller Down since an upgrade

Hi ! Since an upgrade of Centreon 22.10 to 23.10 and a change of database password, i have a database issue and poller not running all services is up. In central broker master log we have any errors : cat /var/log/centreon-broker/central-broker-master.log[2024-04-08T17:00:23.324+00:00] [tcp] [error] TCP: Connection refused to localhost:5671[2024-04-08T17:00:23.324+00:00] [processing] [error] failover central-broker-master-input: global error: failover: 'central-broker-master-input' cannot connect endpoint.we should not have modified the database at the same time, we modified the passwords in the conf files. Maybe we missed something?Thanks for your help 🙏

Alert only if 2 hosts are down instead of 1

Hi,So we have 2 servers X and Y.If X goes down or Y goes down this can send a alert to a certain contact groupNow if X and Y are down at the same time , we would like to let this trigger an alert to another contact group. Is there a possiblity to setup a check like this that will alert only if X and Y are down?

[LDAP] Group membership set to default when syncing at login

my users are members of A LOT OF GROUPS, so I tried to configure a LDAP filter in the Group Searchex:GROUP FILTER -- (&(ObjectClass=Group)(sAMAccountName=%s)(sAMAccountName=XXX_*))GROUP MEMBER ATTRIBUTE -- memberUSER GROUP ATTRIBUTE -- memberOf It works well when I import a user, the groups assigned are correct, only groups starting with XXX_ are shown in the GROUP LDAP and LINKED TO CONTACT GROUPS  But when the user logs in the LDAP sync occurs, it takes a VERY LONG TIME and all the LINKED TO CONTACT GROUPS is replaced with all the memberships from the Active Directory.New values retrieved from LDAP Group Ldap same as after importIs there a way to keep the synchronization filtered ?

Prometheus expression : always "no expression found"

Hi,I try to use the prometheus expression plugin.First, with a basic query for load average 1m. Execution of shell shell scripts by Centreon Engine

 Hi,We often get issue with custom plugin (or event handlers) implemented in Bash as the behavior between running them manually from the shell behaves differently of when they’re run by the centengine process. I guess this is a normal behavior and related to the login/interactive nature of the shell, which differs in both cases.Does someone is able to bring some precision on the method centengine uses to run the commands?I’m not sure to understand the meaning of the following option in command configuration (picture pasted at the end of the post because it seems I can’t move it between text blocks):Does the description mean it has no influence when using Centreon Engine?Does centengine force the shell to be interactive (and thus loads some environment of the centreon-engine user? Or does it set some variables independently? What else?I have to run some tests but I’d like to ask here if someone has any clue. Recurrent downtime configuration doesn't work with service group

Hi,We're interested in setting up multiple recurrent downtimes for hosts and services during our maintenance window. While the recurrent downtime configuration functions properly when linked with host groups, it doesn’t seem to work when linked with service groups. Here is our configuration : The service group is configured to Linked Host Group Services.In the Monitoring - Downtimes, we can view the history of recurrent downtime linked with host groups, but there's no information available for recurrent downtime linked with service groups.We have a single poller running on version Centreon Engine 23.10.1. Any ideas or suggestions?Thanks in advance !

I have a centreon v. 23.10.9 and a paloalto PA820 pan-os 10.2 version, I tried to integrate the paloalto into the centreon with the following procedure:   1- test the communication between the paloalto and Centreon (the test    ping is OK)   1- I entered the Paloalto IP address and the SNMP community on Centreon   2- creates the SNMP community on the paloalto   3- select the service I want to monitor   4-exports the recording to the centreon-central server (export is done without error)After these steps the poalo shows me the error: "UNKNOWN: SNMP GET Request: Timeout"I need help please

API error 500

Hello,I have an issue with API, I tried to list all host on my central with :<url_centreon>/centreon/api/index.php?action=action&object=centreon_clapiBody:{    "action": "show",    "object": "host"} I generate a token for my user, if I test it on my second central it works like a charm, but if I tried on my other central, I have an error 500 and I have no clue how to find the root cause.If I do a clapi request to list all hosts, it’s working.Any help to find what could going wrong would be appreciated. Thx

Centreon Migration pl scripts issues

Hello everyone,I am currently migrating a Centreon 21.04.20 instance to the latest version of Centreon. When I restore my old services, the command outputs are altered. For example, on SQL Database:OLD CENTREON: NEW CENTREON:Just returning “OK” Another example for my forti services:OLD CENTREONReturning “ok” plus informations NEW CENTREON:Returning same information but “UNKNOWN”. I tried to check scritps, i even tried to copy old script on new centreon but it isnt working. Any help to find what could going wrong would be appreciated.Thank you !
