faire communiquer mon collecteur chez un client avec mon central dans mon entreprise

bonjour,j’ai terminé de configuré un collecteur et serveur central dans ma société sur 2 vm hyper v. elles communiquent correctement, j’ai installé dans une autre société un collecteur sur une vm en hyper v.vu qu’ils ne sont pas du tout dans le même réseau. quelle manipulation dois je effectuer pour qu’ils puissent communiquer ensemble. les deux sociétés ont un parefeu watchguard et j’ai ouvert les ports nécessaires. d’avance merci

Centreon24.04 404 on api/latest/platform/installation/status

I made a manual offline installation on a redhat 9 server of centreon 24.04. After correcting some things, I thnik my installation is not the cleanest but should be working. Instead, everytime I go to the centreon login page I have a big centreon logo, a  You need to enable JavaScript to run this app message and if I check the inspect page and the access logs, I have a 404 error on /centreon/api/latest/platform/installation/status, and I cant find this file anywhere??

Cisco stackwise virtual status shown as 'notredundant'

Traffic Ressources on MAP 21.10

Hello,I have different resources named “Traffic” (from an interface) that i want to put on a view, on Centreon MAP 21.10. But when i select “Geometric style”, a green little triangle appears. I want to increase it size, so we can be able to see it when we’ll display the view on a screen, but increasing the size (by stretching the corners) just increase the size of the surface of the icon, and not the size of the triangle properly. Do you have any other solution so we can see it more easily ?

Centreon Update is stuck on "Congratulations, you have successfully upgraded to Centreon version 24."

Hello guys,Everytime I try to update to a newer version of Centreon starting from Centreon 24.04.4 to a newer version, the update gets stuck on "Congratulations, you have successfully upgraded to Centreon version 24.04.11”. The page that it’s stuck onWhat I have tried so far:I try to update to version 24.10 after to see if it resolved the problem (which it didn’t )I checked the storage, there is still plenty.I checked that all the services required were at the right version and started. (but I could have missed one)In the installation process I get prompted those lines :chmod: cannot access '/var/cache/centreon/config/engine/*': No such file or directorychmod: cannot access '/var/cache/centreon/config/broker/*': No such file or directorySo i’m wondering if it could be a rights attribution problem.Also when I click the finish button I get prompted for a quarter of a second the following:The error that gets displayedBut it could be unrelated. Do you guys have any ideas about what could b

Hello , I am upgrading my platform from 23.10 to 24.10. But while upgrading centreon 24.10 need GLIBC_2.34 and upward. So how can we upgrade GLIBC? How can i Proceed further?  Thank You

Hôtes en état d'attente, pending

Bonjour,Hier matin en supervisant mes imprimantes, je parviens à faire fonctionner les services de ces hôtes, mais malgré le fait que les ping soient fonctionnels pour une majorité d’appareils, l’interface web me dit toujours que mes appareils sont dans un état de pending, donc en attente d’être validé soit 24 heures après l’ajout de tous ces hôtes.Merci pour vos réponses.

How to manage access by membership in Active Directory Groups?

Currently we have a working LDAP connection to our AD but we import users manually and remove them manually when access should be stopped.This is a certain administration effort, the only advantage is that users can user their AD credentials to authenticate.  Target is to manage user access to Centreon only in AD, e.g.,all members of the AD group Group_A should be member of a certain Centreon contact group, e.g. “Admin” all members of the D group Group_B should be member of a certain Centreon contact group, e.g. “ReadUsers” …When a user has been removed from the corresponding AD group access to Centreon should be removed automatically.Long story short: Centreon access rights should be managed fully in AD without need to manage users in Centreon. Is this possible? Official documentation is not very helpful (https://docs.centreon.com/docs/administration/parameters/ldap/).For me this seems to be the standard how authorization should work. I searched in TheWatch as well but I did not found

Remote server running on Central but not displayed running on the Remote Side

Hi,(Sorry in advance for my English) I’m trying to link a Remote Server on a Central both behind a firewall. Everything is Working (i can supervise some equipement on the remote network) but the Poller on the Remote is still displayed as “Central” and not running. On the Central side, everything is working and the Remote is displayed as working and updating. Is this an issue on the Remote ? Thank you in advance for your help.

Problem with unattended.sh install 24.10 on AlmaLinux 9.2 ESU (Tuxcare)

The issue is specifically with PHP v8.2 install.  It appears that for Alma v8 it would use the remi repository, but when the OS is v9 it does not use the remi repository.My operating system is AlmaLinux v9.2 ESU (with Tuxcare).   It appears that the unattended.sh script tries to install php 8.2 (required for 24.10) using the command “dnf module install php:8.2”.I have installed PHP 8.2 from the remi repository outside the unattended.sh script, is there an option to the script to skip the php install during the installation process?I have also posted this on the CloudLinux support site to get their take on it and still waiting on their response. ThanksSteve H.

Remote centreon server

Hello,I have my centreon server who’s on another site, to access it I use proxy cause i currently have PRTG and I want to change it to centreon. So temporarly I access my centreon all with url’s :PRTG : myurl.com Centreon : myurl.com/centreon/loginAnd the thing is whenever I want to connect my poller , who’s on another site, to that remote server he can’t find it.

comment superviser l'état de disques sur un NAS Qnap

Bonjour,Depuis quelques jours, je m’intéresse à Centreon pour superviser mon parc informatique.J’ai installé Centreon 24.10.7 sur une VM, puis quelques hôtes et services.Le service « ping_lan » affiche bien que mes éléments supervisés sont bien actifs maisje bute sur comment visualiser l’état des disques constituant un NAS Qnap.Mon service est bien basé sur le modèle « HW-Storage-Qnap-Disk-Global-SNMP-custom », les valeurs de la macrosont celles de base.Le status des ressources est réactif mais je n’ai pas saisi où indiquer à Centreoncomment checker les disques du NAS.merci pour votre aideEric

Bonjour à tous.Suite à la réinstallation de centreon suite à une erreur de manip, j’ai un message d’erreur quand je souhaite exporter les fichiers de configuration du moteur de supervision.Ma base de donnée de Centreon n’a pas été perdu, donc j’ai tous retrouvé suite à la réinstallation.Voici le message d’erreur : Je pense comprendre que c’est un problème de permissions, mais je ne sais pas “qui” n’a pas la permission sur “quel” fichier.Merci d’avance pour votre aide.Laurent.

Best strategy to deploy standard commands and templates to a centreon

I have multiple Centreon instances and wanted to provide a standard configuration to my instances.Currently i am making use of the CLAPI v1 and was considering using the API REST as it seem to be the target now, but as what i want to deploy is provided as a rolling release, i’m wondering if there is a better way to provide commands and templates in a standard way in “readonly” mode and to update them as i roll updates.I wish to deploy that as i deploy configuration files through rpm packages, my hope is that there is some kind of config.d folder that i could make use of to deploy my files so they are added to the available commands and services. Anyone making this kind of updates ?

Long delay before displaying “Timeline” tab on Resource Status

Hi, Recently the time to display the Timeline of a host/service is it very long (more than 30secondes). Version Centreon : Centreon version 24.04.7Version DB :  mysql  Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.11.8-MariaDB, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using  EditLine wrapperExample : Others tabs works well (Details/Graph/Notifications).Any ideas ? thx

CPU/ Load charge/ Disk by using SSH

Hi there!I am currently downloading Centreon's open-source version 24.10.I'm struggling and I don't know why.I followed the Centreon documentation: https://docs.centreon.com/fr/pp/integrations/plugin-packs/procedures/operatingsystems-linux-ssh/The problem is that I can’t find the service "OS-Linux-Cpu-SSH-custom" in my Centreon interface.My plugins are updated, so do I need to create this service manually?I created a check command that I use in the host setup, which is:--plugin=os::linux::local::plugin --mode=cpu --hostname=$HOSTADDRESS$ --ssh-option='-l <user>' --warning=70 --critical=90When i restart my poller, no error is return.Can someone help me or redirect me to a blog or tutorial that I can follow?Sorry if I'm not very clear — I'm trying to understand how SSH-Remote monitoring works in Centreon.

Add a notion of duration to a probe before confirming the status

Today, we have probes for CPU, Swap and Memory and I'd like to be able to add a duration before considering the alert, whether it's warning or critical.A CPU consumption of over 90% for 3 minutes doesn't require the same analysis as a consumption of over 90% for 1 hour.That's why I'd like to add this waiting time before triggering the alert

US repo for installation

Hello folks! I’m trying to do a trial of Centreon; however, our FW policy doesn’t allow for non-US based repos.Googling doesn’t come up with much around the topic, but does anyone know of a US mirror that can be specified rather than using the default that is in amazaon EU-West via jfrogs?

Migration CentOS 7/22.10 vers Alma 9/24.10.5

Bonjour la communauté,Nous avons effectué une migration de CentOS 7 Centreon version 22.10 vers une distribution Alma 9 Centreon version 24.10.5.Nous avons suivi la procédure Migrer depuis un OS de type EL vers un autre OS de type EL (depuis un Centreon 18.10 ou plus récent) | Centreon Documentation (jusqu’à l’étape 5.8).La migration semble s’être bien déroulée.Cependant, en s’authentifiant sur la page aucun résultat s’affiche. Or, dans la partie Configuration\Hôtes\Hôtes ou Configuration\Services\Services par hôte des éléments y figurent.Dans la partie Collecteurs, le collecteur Central.Nous n’avons pas désinstallé les agents précédemment installés pour la version 22.10 (environnement Windows).Serait-il possible d’avoir une aide ?Merci à toute la communauté.
