Hi, I want to check the alerts already defined in prometheus without to use the query mode. Because it is easier for us to define the treshold. Is there a way to ask the result of the alert defined in prometheus withtout ? I have try with the plugins but it doesn’t work.For exemple, If i use the name AlertmanagerFailedReload for this alert :

Hello,Since upgrade to 25.10, we are facing a weird issue on Host adress form.While in 23.04 this field was most likely “open to any format”, it now requires a “valid IP / FQDN Format”, which is a problem actually for multiple reasons. We can’t modify an existing item that is actually configured with a wrong HOSTADDRESS format, resulting to the following error : We also can’t delete an item that is with this kind of HOSTADDRESS format. It does nothing when we click on delete → Just actualizing the interface, but the host still here, and poller config doesn’t see any change. Even if we restart the poller config, it doesn’t do anything (in case it was a ghost change) We have many commands that uses the HOSTADDRESS value, which is not a valid IP (or FQDN) (for certain api calls for example). > This would require to refactor many of our commands. > We can’t deploy any new hosts that are using these commands. > And we can’t really refactor because we won’t be able to change the

Hello,Since the upgrade from 23.04 to 25.10, we cannot filter the performance graph list.When we type the beginning of a research (e.g ping) → looks like it does a filter and then shows all our existing probes.Are we the only one with this issue ?Best Regards,

​Hello,I think you must separate the client support and server support in the Centreon ecosystem.As we don’t need the support for installing the server part of Centreon early on new distribution releasesWe need it as soon as possible for monitoring hosts. Because that is the goal on a monitoring solution.As today , 3 months after Debian 13 release and 6 month after the RedHat 10 release, we can’t monitor efficiently theses hosts.How can I say to customers that they will not be monitored because Centreon is unable to support majors OS at their release and event months after ?CMA is not ready for production (too young, features are missing, new tcp ports, new security mechanism, changing enterprise way to do are long path.), so we can't deploy it yet.You must ensure a period of transition when changing this type of components, by still providing the previous agents and the new one. Hello, since a migration from the 24.10 platform to the 25.10 on a RHEL9 server (central server with the embed poller), after migration, most macros that were defined on the host don’t seem to be decrypted correctly by the poller.I’m seeing many logs like  fail to decrypt content of macro _HOSTCUSTOM_MACRO: Decryption finalization failed: error:1C800064:Provider routines::bad decryptI have followed correctly the upgrade steps from the documentation and especially for the poller to extract the symetric key at Upgrade from Centreon 24.10 | Centreon Documentation Does anyone face that issue yet ?

Hi, I’ve used an older version Centreon 2.4.1 (yeah really old! lol) and I never had this issue, but now on 25.10 I have the issue where when I delete a host it then deletes all the services linked to the host even the ones that are used by other hosts.  Obviously this is massive issue and will lead to my staff accidentality deleting services when they delete the hosts.  I don’t remember this being an issue in the older versions of Centreon.Is there a workaround for this?  I don’t really want to use service groups / host groups as I don’t want hundreds of different host groups based on my services, I need it to be a bit more flexible.Is there a way to prevents the deletion of the hosts and only allows disabling? or a way to stop centreon deleting the services when the hosts are deleted.thanks in advance.steve.

Bonjour,Je viens de migrer mon centreon 22.10 vers 25.10 centos7 vers Debian12. Tout est parfaitement fonctionnel mis à part les macros des services par groupe d’hôtes qui ne sont plus interprétées et non présentes dans le fichier /etc/centreon-engine/services.cfgEn revanche les macros des services par hôtes et les macros d’hôtes sont elles bien interprétées et présentes dans les fichiers de config.Est ce qu’il y a un changement dans la prise en charge de ses macros ?J’ai essayé de passer par des templates pour mettre les macros mais comme se sont des templates lées à des services de groupes d’hôtes le résultat est le même. Merci pour vos retours

Hello !We have upgraded our Rubrik clusters to version 9.4.However, in version 9.4, Rubrik no longer supports the use of service accounts on clusters, but only on the RSC console.The “Rubrik REST API” plugin is designed to connect only to clusters and not to the RSC console.Is it possible to have a plugin that is compatible with RSC ?Or has any user found a workaround?

Hi to all, I’m here today because I’m (dumb) stuck with my token management, I did some mistakes managing this.I installed multiple Centreon instances in my test momentum (tried differents linux distros because of some bugs with exports or graphs), before to take care of the mention that i’m able to activate the token on only 3 instances, and obviously I destroyed the 2 others testing VMs without dissociate the token...Btw, I still have the last testing VM, I can use the button to dissociate the token from my last testing instance, that visibly sounds good but after that i’m not able to associate the token on the brand new VM.Centreon accepts the token but tells me “already activated with 3 other instances”, and asks me to choose a subscription.I can certifiate that I only have 1 instance being and running and dissociated, I tried the tips mentionned in others threads :-checked the API url, that’s ok and responds-checked the license manager log ("message", "No subscription found.")-tri
