I’ve installed the latest Windows agent (24.10.10), while my poller is running version 24.10.11.Some JSON commands are working fine, such as uptime and storages, but others aren’t, such as memory and CPU.I’ve noticed the following message in the centengine logs:Error: Service check command execution failed: could not create process '{check:memory}': No such file or directoryDo you have any ideas? Hello, just a realization, but maybe it’s mean to work like this, but i don’t believe there is a CLAPI configuration to set the macro description for a CMD command.I realized that when exporting some configuration i did on a centreon to reuse it later, only the argument decsription was exported and not the ones from the service and host macros.Is there an API that maybe is not referenced on the documentation ?Command Line API (v1) - CLAPI | Centreon Documentation

Bonjour,Je viens de migrer mon centreon 22.10 vers 25.10 centos7 vers Debian12. Tout est parfaitement fonctionnel mis à part les macros des services par groupe d’hôtes qui ne sont plus interprétées et non présentes dans le fichier /etc/centreon-engine/services.cfgEn revanche les macros des services par hôtes et les macros d’hôtes sont elles bien interprétées et présentes dans les fichiers de config.Est ce qu’il y a un changement dans la prise en charge de ses macros ?J’ai essayé de passer par des templates pour mettre les macros mais comme se sont des templates lées à des services de groupes d’hôtes le résultat est le même. Merci pour vos retours

Hello,Since upgrade to 25.10, we are facing a weird issue on Host adress form.While in 23.04 this field was most likely “open to any format”, it now requires a “valid IP / FQDN Format”, which is a problem actually for multiple reasons. We can’t modify an existing item that is actually configured with a wrong HOSTADDRESS format, resulting to the following error : We also can’t delete an item that is with this kind of HOSTADDRESS format. It does nothing when we click on delete → Just actualizing the interface, but the host still here, and poller config doesn’t see any change. Even if we restart the poller config, it doesn’t do anything (in case it was a ghost change) We have many commands that uses the HOSTADDRESS value, which is not a valid IP (or FQDN) (for certain api calls for example). > This would require to refactor many of our commands. > We can’t deploy any new hosts that are using these commands. > And we can’t really refactor because we won’t be able to change the

Hello, since a migration from the 24.10 platform to the 25.10 on a RHEL9 server (central server with the embed poller), after migration, most macros that were defined on the host don’t seem to be decrypted correctly by the poller.I’m seeing many logs like  fail to decrypt content of macro _HOSTCUSTOM_MACRO: Decryption finalization failed: error:1C800064:Provider routines::bad decryptI have followed correctly the upgrade steps from the documentation and especially for the poller to extract the symetric key at Upgrade from Centreon 24.10 | Centreon Documentation Does anyone face that issue yet ?

Hi to all, I’m here today because I’m (dumb) stuck with my token management, I did some mistakes managing this.I installed multiple Centreon instances in my test momentum (tried differents linux distros because of some bugs with exports or graphs), before to take care of the mention that i’m able to activate the token on only 3 instances, and obviously I destroyed the 2 others testing VMs without dissociate the token...Btw, I still have the last testing VM, I can use the button to dissociate the token from my last testing instance, that visibly sounds good but after that i’m not able to associate the token on the brand new VM.Centreon accepts the token but tells me “already activated with 3 other instances”, and asks me to choose a subscription.I can certifiate that I only have 1 instance being and running and dissociated, I tried the tips mentionned in others threads :-checked the API url, that’s ok and responds-checked the license manager log ("message", "No subscription found.")-tri

Hello,I’m encountering an issue with the Centreon API (v24.10) when retrieving downtimes.Sometimes, without explanation, API returns an empty response even though a downtime is correctly created and active at the moment of the request. {    "result": [],    "meta": {        "page": 1,        "limit": 10,        "total": 0    }}Could you let me know why the API returns this empty result while a downtime is currently active?Is there any known behavior, specific condition, or configuration that could cause this intermittent response? Note that this is the same response we receive when there is no downtime in progress.Therefore, this does not allow us to detect the error. Thank you for your help.

Hello,Since the update to Centreon 24.10.10, all my monitoring connectors appear greyed out in the Web UI. I can no longer update them or install new ones.I am now running 24.10.14, but the issue is still present.Here are the checks I have already performed: The fingerprint shown in the Web UI matches exactly the one stored on my server. The license type is correctly detected. I am well below the limit of 100 hosts (IT100 license). No hardware changes have been made. The issue appeared immediately after the 24.10.10 update and did not exist before. The 24.10.14 update did not fix the problem. Could you please tell me if this issue is known, or if there is a procedure to reactivate the monitoring connectors correctly?Thank you in advance for your help.Best regards,Florian
