Hello,I try to follow this documentation to install NRPE + centreon plugin on my server:https://docs.centreon.com/fr/pp/integrations/plugin-packs/procedures/operatingsystems-linux-nrpe4/i have some problem :On the requirements part, the nrpe4 package is not mention to install on the server, is it normal ? Hello,Since the upgrade from 23.04 to 25.10, we cannot filter the performance graph list.When we type the beginning of a research (e.g ping) → looks like it does a filter and then shows all our existing probes.Are we the only one with this issue ?Best Regards,

Hello, since the rotation GPG key (i suppose) the rpm-standards packages for centreon are unavailable on artifactory.https://packages.centreon.com/ui/native/rpm-standard/I see that they are possibly still on the rpm-test-standardWe need those packages to be back available as soon as possible. If this intended, please tell me what is the expected operation to access those packages again

Hi,I would like to purchase the IT-Edition to be able to install plugins on my centreon. I recently updated to 25.10.I find the web page about licences a bit confusing. It says the free version can be used with up to 100 hosts, and the “IT Edition” is showed as “2.2€/host, 275€ for 125 hosts”.I already use centreon with the Free edition marked as “Up to 100 Hosts” but I already have  300+ hosts that are monitored. Is the “Up to 100 Hosts” limit based on the number of SUPERVIZED hosts or on the number of Centreon poolers? Does that mean that if I only want one Centreon machine (1 pooler) but with 300 supervized machines I can have a licence for 2.2€ per month? Thanks,

Hello, since a migration from the 24.10 platform to the 25.10 on a RHEL9 server (central server with the embed poller), after migration, most macros that were defined on the host don’t seem to be decrypted correctly by the poller.I’m seeing many logs like  fail to decrypt content of macro _HOSTCUSTOM_MACRO: Decryption finalization failed: error:1C800064:Provider routines::bad decryptI have followed correctly the upgrade steps from the documentation and especially for the poller to extract the symetric key at Upgrade from Centreon 24.10 | Centreon Documentation Does anyone face that issue yet ?

Hello,Since upgrade to 25.10, we are facing a weird issue on Host adress form.While in 23.04 this field was most likely “open to any format”, it now requires a “valid IP / FQDN Format”, which is a problem actually for multiple reasons. We can’t modify an existing item that is actually configured with a wrong HOSTADDRESS format, resulting to the following error : We also can’t delete an item that is with this kind of HOSTADDRESS format. It does nothing when we click on delete → Just actualizing the interface, but the host still here, and poller config doesn’t see any change. Even if we restart the poller config, it doesn’t do anything (in case it was a ghost change) We have many commands that uses the HOSTADDRESS value, which is not a valid IP (or FQDN) (for certain api calls for example). > This would require to refactor many of our commands. > We can’t deploy any new hosts that are using these commands. > And we can’t really refactor because we won’t be able to change the

Hello everyone,I’m encountering an issue with the display of CMA data on the “Resource Status” tab. Context 1 — When Centreon was installed, two ACLs were created: “User” and “Admin” (I really mean the ACL, not the “Admin” option you can check on the user profile under the “Authentication” tab). The “User” ACL has limited access, but the “Admin” ACL has all permissions enabled across all ACL tabs. And of course, my admins are in the correct group associated with this ACL. Context 2 — We deployed several CMAs on servers, and they are fully visible in Centreon — everything works fine. My question is the following: Why can users with the “Admin” ACL (with everything checked) not see the CMA resources on the “Resource Status” tab, while a user with the “Admin” option enabled on their profile can see them? How can I allow the “Admin” ACL to access CMA resources? I think I’m missing something, which is why I’m asking for your help now. :) We have a Centreon 24.10 on a Debian 12 up to date. T

​Hello,I think you must separate the client support and server support in the Centreon ecosystem.As we don’t need the support for installing the server part of Centreon early on new distribution releasesWe need it as soon as possible for monitoring hosts. Because that is the goal on a monitoring solution.As today , 3 months after Debian 13 release and 6 month after the RedHat 10 release, we can’t monitor efficiently theses hosts.How can I say to customers that they will not be monitored because Centreon is unable to support majors OS at their release and event months after ?CMA is not ready for production (too young, features are missing, new tcp ports, new security mechanism, changing enterprise way to do are long path.), so we can't deploy it yet.You must ensure a period of transition when changing this type of components, by still providing the previous agents and the new one. Hi, I’ve used an older version Centreon 2.4.1 (yeah really old! lol) and I never had this issue, but now on 25.10 I have the issue where when I delete a host it then deletes all the services linked to the host even the ones that are used by other hosts.  Obviously this is massive issue and will lead to my staff accidentality deleting services when they delete the hosts.  I don’t remember this being an issue in the older versions of Centreon.Is there a workaround for this?  I don’t really want to use service groups / host groups as I don’t want hundreds of different host groups based on my services, I need it to be a bit more flexible.Is there a way to prevents the deletion of the hosts and only allows disabling? or a way to stop centreon deleting the services when the hosts are deleted.thanks in advance.steve.
