Hi @katska, contact/contact group inheritance are available only if you select “Vertical Inheritance Only” from “Administration > Parameters > Centreon UI” menu.

Does the vertical inheritance use host contact group when configuring service templates?

Maybe I was littlebit unclear what I meant by inheritance in our case -  I need service to inherit contact group from host.

The vertical vertical inheritance use contacts / groups of contacts from host or host templates linked to host only if not contacts / contacts groups are available on service of service template.
