Hi. I need your help to resolv a problem with Postfix on Centreon to send alerts via email.Iam sure There is something wrong in my configuration because i still can´t send by email the alerts.Can help me with this issue. Regards.

Bonjour à tous,J’ai 2 partitions sur 2 disques différents sur mon serveur Linux : un dossier racine /un dossier /var/lib/jenkinsle check disk (en SNMP je précise) vérifie correctement le /var/lib/jenkins par contre le check sur le dossier racine / prend aussi le /var/lib/jenkins (ce qui me semble assez logique :-) )Y a t-il moyen d’exclure le /var/lib/jenkins dans le check du dossier racine ?Merci pour votre aide,Thierry

Hello everyone,I am writing to you as a young IT student learning supervision with Centreon 21.10 (IT-100 license) and stuck with a problem I don't understand.As part of my work, I have to supervise 3 Linux Debian 11 servers:- An Apache 2 web server- A MariaDB server- A mail server with iRedMailThese 3 servers are installed by me.I was able to add without problems the first two to Centreon with the help of the very well written documentation and the Linux-snmp plugin (and those intended for the various services).However, the third one has a problem that I cannot explain. It adds itself well to Centreon, is detected as "available" but the ping is marked as "alert" with a loss of 20% while the other values of the linux-snmp plugin remain as "unknown".Considering that this third server is configured exactly the same way as the 2 others, both at system and snmp service level. The ping is not disturbed when I test it directly via the RHEL terminal (which hosts my Centreon server).I really d

Hello, I seen another user here has posted this same exact problem. It was marked solved however it was not not resolved. Everything was working perfectly we were using the platform with plugins and building out the monitoring. Then out of nowhere we get errors “ No plugin pack found” and Oops, something went wrong” Looking at output the server requests are getting 404 errors for page not found when attempting to connect to apo.imp.centreon.com resources I have been through all the troubleshooting guidance from Centreon in regards to identifying the source problem. We are moving towards acquiring 500+ host licenses, while we are working on that we are running IT-100 licensing at the moment. This makes me believe it is not our instance that's the issue here.Would love some guidance as this may be a deal breaker for our organizational use  Troubleshooting:  /etc/centreon/license.d/epp.license - License file is validToken installedNetwork is reachableNO PROXY IS USED  Centreon version:cen

Hello,We have PostgreSQL clusters, which each postgreSQL instances have his LUN mounted who present his folder.So i try to develop a host template with a macro DBNAME who is used on a service template to check specificaly the file system of one database and i want to use standard command from the centreon-plugins Linux NRPE3.Context :I set a new Resource :$DBNAME$ = $_HOSTDBNAME$On my Host Template i define my macro :$_HOSTDBNAME$ = xxxxxxdb01On the Service Tempate Disks inherit from OS-Linux-Disks-NRPE3-custom, i use the macro FILTERMOUNTPOINT$_SERVICEFILTERMOUNTPOINT$ = /data/postgres/$DBNAME$In my idea nagios mechanism could display the value of DBNAME from the Host macro, but it doesn’t work.It’s possible to use a resource at service template level ? or it just used at the command level ?Regards,Greg

Hello,I installed Centreon version 21.04 and everything works perfectly. I wanted to use the SNMP Trap and that's when a problem occurs, my traps don't work. I went to the debug pagehttps://docs.centreon.com/docs/21.04/monitoring/passive-monitoring/debug-snmp-traps-management/#detailed-diagramand when I saw the diagram at the bottom I saw that I had to configure a path to a centcore.cmd file, unfortunately I don't have this file and the documentation is not accurate in this case.I wanted to know if there was a method I didn't find to still get the traps working.Thanks
