Centreon Infra Monitoring

Hello, I seen another user here has posted this same exact problem. It was marked solved however it was not not resolved. Everything was working perfectly we were using the platform with plugins and building out the monitoring. Then out of nowhere we get errors “ No plugin pack found” and Oops, something went wrong” Looking at output the server requests are getting 404 errors for page not found when attempting to connect to apo.imp.centreon.com resources I have been through all the troubleshooting guidance from Centreon in regards to identifying the source problem. We are moving towards acquiring 500+ host licenses, while we are working on that we are running IT-100 licensing at the moment. This makes me believe it is not our instance that's the issue here.Would love some guidance as this may be a deal breaker for our organizational use  Troubleshooting:  /etc/centreon/license.d/epp.license - License file is validToken installedNetwork is reachableNO PROXY IS USED  Centreon version:cen

Hello,We have PostgreSQL clusters, which each postgreSQL instances have his LUN mounted who present his folder.So i try to develop a host template with a macro DBNAME who is used on a service template to check specificaly the file system of one database and i want to use standard command from the centreon-plugins Linux NRPE3.Context :I set a new Resource :$DBNAME$ = $_HOSTDBNAME$On my Host Template i define my macro :$_HOSTDBNAME$ = xxxxxxdb01On the Service Tempate Disks inherit from OS-Linux-Disks-NRPE3-custom, i use the macro FILTERMOUNTPOINT$_SERVICEFILTERMOUNTPOINT$ = /data/postgres/$DBNAME$In my idea nagios mechanism could display the value of DBNAME from the Host macro, but it doesn’t work.It’s possible to use a resource at service template level ? or it just used at the command level ?Regards,Greg

Hello,I installed Centreon version 21.04 and everything works perfectly. I wanted to use the SNMP Trap and that's when a problem occurs, my traps don't work. I went to the debug pagehttps://docs.centreon.com/docs/21.04/monitoring/passive-monitoring/debug-snmp-traps-management/#detailed-diagramand when I saw the diagram at the bottom I saw that I had to configure a path to a centcore.cmd file, unfortunately I don't have this file and the documentation is not accurate in this case.I wanted to know if there was a method I didn't find to still get the traps working.Thanks

Hello all,I’m having trouble with the new NVIDIA GPU SMI SSH plugin (hardware::devices::nvidia::gpu::smi::plugin).I would like to monitor the GPUs of my ESXi but the authentification doesn’t work.I tried with the ESX root account[root@Centreon plugins]# ./centreon_plugins.pl --plugin=hardware::devices::nvidia::gpu::smi::plugin --mode=stats --hostname=EsxName --ssh-username=root --ssh-password='MyEsxRootPWD' --ssh-backend=libssh --verboseUNKNOWN: auth issue: Access denied for 'password'. Bonjour, Je dispose plusieurs machines Windows Server distante.Je mets en place le modèle OS-Windows-SNMP-Custom. Je récupère bien le ping mais pas le cpu mémoire et swap (UNKNOWN: SNMP Table Request : Timeout)J’ai autorisé le port UDP 161 entrant et 162 sortant. Le cpu est ok mais la mémoire et le swap reste en UNKNOWN: SNMP Table Request : Timeout Ce que je comprends pas c’est que certains Serveur distant Windows sont bon

HelloI have been using Centreon (now V20.10.15) for almost 1 year, and I have activated my token to be able to download plugins pack.So I downloaded the synology plugin pack but I encounter a rather blocking problem:If I want to create a new host, in configuration/hosts/hosts and on the template tab I don’t find the template HW-Storage-Synology-SNMP-Custom,So for the moment I can't include in centreon my synology NAS except by using a linux template 😓But if I go into configuration/hosts/template, the template HW-Storage-Synology-SNMP-Custom is present 🙄Can you please tell me how I can finally use this template to integrate my synology NAS in centreon?Thank you

We have centreon configured in one of our servers which is polling the IBM MQ Server to get the status of the channels . It was working fine past 5 years with out any issues . Suddenly we are getting unknown status in centreon for one of queue managers running in a host . Any logs path we can check for the unknown status in centreon ? Can i get some help here? I don’t see any issue in the mq server. we are currently using mq_check.pl script

I’ve used this solution and it works fine.I would like to improve the last line :/usr/share/centreon/script/delete_device_from_hostgroup.sh <user> <password> <hostgroup> <file>My objective is to hide <password>, for obvious security reasons. I’ve tried to use .bashrc file with an alias, but it didn’t work.Do you have an idea to improve this ?Thanks !

Hi all !I am trying to install and use Centreon NSClient++ and Webserver on a Windows Server 2019 with the help of the Documentation.But I tried every build founds on Github, I always end with the same issue, it seems that I am not able to connect and stay stuck on login page.The only element which changes is the icon next to log button, but I cannot browse tabs.Could someone tell me if he managed to install and use NSClient++ recently ?Thanks a lot

Bonjour, J’ai actuellement 4 pollers et un serveur Central et je supervise environ 2000 hôtes et 4500 services.Petite question concernant la base de données Centreon qui me donne du fil à retordre. Le répertoire /var/lib/mysql/centreon_storage occupe beaucoup de place et dedans, j’ai plein de fichiers *.ibd (pour la table data_bin) allant de 100 Mo à 1 Go. Est-ce que je peux supprimer à la main les fichiers .ibd les plus anciens avec un rm pour faire de la place ou est-ce qu’il y a une autre manière de procéder ? Version : 20.10.12 Merci d’avance !
