Centreon Infra Monitoring

Hi,I am using alma 9- 24.04.5 for poller.my poller is not generating broker log and also centengine.log only showing  [core] [info] poller with ‘’ id 0 connected.On central poller. I checked central-broker-master.log and it showing error as follows:-[tcp] [error] TCP: connection refused to poller_IP:5669   [processing][error] failover connection-to-poller-name: global error: failover: connection-to-poller-name cannot Connect endpoint.What might be the issue?

Hello,  I’m running Centreon 24.04.5 and when I try to install Generic SNMP monitoring connector, nothing happens. The other connectors are installed without a problem. I don’t know how to troubleshoot this problem. I sometimes have the following error message in the UI when trying to install connector : “Gateway timeout : The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application”. When I try to browse to https://api.imp.centreon.com/api/pluginpack/pluginpack/applications-protocol-snmp , I get the following error  : Endpoint not found. Could anybody help me please?

Hi, I configured the SSH Plugin to make some checks on my remote servers using Shell scripts.All is working fine on all server. But yesterday one of my remote servers occured an issue with My centreon:  Centreon-engine don’t connect to the remote server using the private key since yesterday ! I haven't changed anything on my config...  SSH connections to my remote server from another server is working fine. When I reboot Centreon Server, SSH works again for Centreon-engine for a few time and then it’ stops working...

Hello,After creating a Host-monitoring type widget, it seems that the “Order By” function doesn’t work.Be it with the IP address, duration...etc..Whatever the parameter I chose, weither it’s by ascending or descending order, the order of the Hosts that are displayed never changes.The function works fine with services though.Does anyone encountered this issue ? Can anyone help, please ?Thank you in advance for your kind help and advices.

I’m trying to use the IBM MQ MQI plugin. When I run the command to check the queue-manager on the poller by hand, it returns the expected output. When I do the same thing with the ‘centreon-engine’ user, I’m greeted by sudo’s prompt for a password.Is this known behaviour? What sudo privs are needed for the command to work?

Hi,I added centreon_linux_ssh plugin to be able to execute some shell scripts on remote servers. I generated public/private ssh keys.I copied the public key on my remote server.I tested connection to the remote server without password and it’s works fine. But how to use macros to execute my script ? My script is based on remote server: Remote server IP: 10.200.10.1 Path of the script: /usr/share/snmp/my-scripts/vmpro.sh The script return the status of a running server (OK, CRITICAL or UNKNOWN. Here is my service created:  Thank you for help

Si je tente de refaire la manipulation avec le bon nom il me dit qu’un poller avec cette IP est déjà connu et il semblerait quðil n’y ai pas d’option pour annuler le premier enregistrement.Je commençais à regarder en BDD voir si et où je pouvais agir mais je ne voudrais pas tout péter.Il y a un moyen moins bricolage  pour faire ça ?  Et s’il faut éditer directement en base : c’est quelle(s) table(s) précisément ?EN: How do I revert the action of adding a poller via the script registerServerTopology.sh? Hi,I have an issue - poller went down permanently before I was able to remove them from monitoring. So now they are in the main view all the time. How do I remove them? I found a topic: but there is no good explanation how to remove them from monitoring properly, without causing any new issues after deleting hosts from SQL?

Hi everyone, I’m running 24.04, and try to use the APIv2 to maintain some HostGroup to Host  by script.I can do what I want, but maybe I have a ‘bug’:I use a command method ‘PATCH’ to update a single Host configuration, by modifying only the ‘groups’ item (by passing an array of integer (of HostGroup ID)).https://docs-api.centreon.com/api/centreon-web/24.10/#tag/Host/paths/~1configuration~1hosts~1%7Bhost_id%7D/patchThat work like a charm BUT, after doing that, I can’t export poller configuration anymore.It seems like this command add a ‘null’ value to Host Categories:After that if I go to the host configuration, clic the cross to ‘delete’ host category (but in fact, there is none), and save. Then I can export poller configuration again.Does someone have a way to update only ‘groups’ for a ‘host’ ?

Hellosince december update (i’m on 23.10) the centreon_vmware connector has changed to the new format with the json config filenow I’m having some issue with space usage on the pollers because of a log file for that vmware connector. there is no log level settings or rotation on the file /var/log/centreon/centreon_vmware.log and this file is filling the disk space. (on a poller that file was consumming more than 6GB, I had to delete it) is possible to add a rotate log config in a future update of the connector?or is there a way to reduce verbosity (I see a lot of “info” log level with json verbosity in that log file)
