Bonjour,objet: RHEL 8 et Centreon 21.10    J’ai réussi avec la mise à jour de Centron à 21.10 et maintenant quand je fait un “dnf install”, j’ai l’erreur suivante.Problem 1: cannot install the best update candidate for package centreon-helios-1.0.0-1.el7.noarch  - nothing provides rh-php72-php-cli needed by centreon-helios-1.2.0-2.php72.el7.noarch Problem 2: cannot install the best update candidate for package rrdtool-perl-1.7.0-16.el8.x86_64  - nothing provides perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.16.3) needed by rrdtool-perl-1.7.2-1.el7.centos.x86_64 Problem 3: package centreon-web-21.10.13-2.el8.noarch requires rrdtool-perl, but none of the providers can be installed  - package rrdtool-perl-1.7.0-16.el8.x86_64 requires rrdtool = 1.7.0-16.el8, but none of the providers can be installed  - rrdtool-1.7.0-16.el8.i686 has inferior architecture  - cannot install both rrdtool-1.7.2-1.el7.centos.x86_64 and rrdtool-1.7.0-16.el8.x86_64  - cannot install the best update candidate for package rrdtool-1.7.0-16

Hello, so here I have 80 machines and 1045 services.I think I have a configuration problem, because my /var/lib/centreon/metric is 100G and the bdd 30g.With very low retention.host configuration :Service configuration : Is it normal to have so much data?Can you help ? Much appreciated.

Hello,When deploying latest Centreon v22.10.5 from OVF image or through “unattended.sh” script, everywhere where the date needs to show up, I’m getting “Invalid Date” instead. Please see the image bellow. Any idea how it can be fixed?Thank you  

Hello,In order to test passive checks on my Centreon i have configured SNMP Trap for changing on the running configuration.Tthe switch i try to monitor is Cisco IOS Software, C2960 Software (C2960-LANBASEK9-M), Version 15.0(2)SE10a.I use the passive check OID : .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.43.2.0.2 that was already built in Centreon.But when i’m trying to test this OID my service, it still be on “pending”.My configuration receives the check because i can see on my logs this output :I have followed https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/20.04/monitoring/passive-monitoring/enable-snmp-traps and https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/monitoring/passive-monitoring/debug-snmp-traps-management to debug my configuration.Do you have any suggestions to resolve this problem ?Thanks a lot.

Hello ! I have the alert “high CPU usage” (100%) on my Centreon server since last week, no major changeapart from some added traffic data services, used version is 22.10.1. This alert is always active, it never stops.I upgraded to 22.10.6 and error is always present. OS is CentOS 7.I checked with top command and the problematic process seems to be “centreontrapdforward”.I don't know what else to do, can you help me ?Thank you. 

Hi,Currently, if a service which is in a downtime period is renamed, cancelling the downtime doesn’t work. It requires the engine to be restarted, a simple reload isn’t sufficient. In addition, after the restart, the downtime, while effectively cancelled, is still shown as “Nerver started” in the downtime list.Is it something that one can expect to be fixed? If it can’t be handled as if the service hasn’t been renamed, could it be possible that a simple reload does the job? Because restarting the engine on a poller with thousands of service isn’t something which is absolutely transparent: it takes a couple of minutes and the poller may appear as not running for a little while and services as being in a unknown state.As a service has an ID, changing its description (ie: name) shouldn’t have an impact on downtimes.If it can’t be fixed because it would require too much modification of the code, would it be possible to prevent the renaming with a message telling that the service can’t be r

Bonjour,Suite à l’installation de Centreon MAP, je rencontre un bug lors de la création d’une Map contenant un cadre et un objet provenant de Centreon.C’est une installation toute fraiche de la solution MSP réalisée par une personne de l’équipe Centreon dans sa toute dernière version sur du Redhat 8.Chaque service/fonctionnalité est sur un serveur dédié. Centreon est en version 22.10.04 relié à une BdD MariaDB déportée. Le serveur MAP possède quant à lui sa propre base de données.Tous les accès sont pour le moment en http et le résultat du diagnostic.sh sur MAP est OK.Les premiers tests qui ont été réalisé sont bien évidemment le reboot, la vérification du lancement des services et les logs Centreon-map-engine.Testé à la fois sur Chrome Engine et Firefox pour un résultat identique. Je créé donc une vue map dans laquelle je créé un cadre basique dans lequel je place un objet ou un widget et que je groupe. Bonjour à tous je viens de charger la VM de Centreon en version 21.10Config initiale faite (hostname, timezone etc) , je tente de redémarrer le poller mais celui-ci reste bloqué à 0%J’ai rechargé plusieurs fois la VM a neuf et à chaque fois j’obtiens le même résultat : poller refuse de fonctionner (il est au vert dans l’interface centreon mais ne fonctionne pas dans les faits puisque j’ai 2600 hosts qui restent “enabled” mais ne sont pas monitorés (importés en masse via clapi et fichier export csv) Une idée de ce que je devrais vérifier ?C’est quand même assez fou que ça dysfonctionne en étant tout beau tout frais…..?Merci d’avance pour votre aide, toute idée sera la bienvenue Bruno

Hi,Have problems like:When acknowledged Waring, for reason disk F is 80% full and next/other partition like E will reach alert level service is still on the acknowledged status and did not notify me. There is an option that automatically disacknowle when a status reports another problem? When the status changed to critical it works I have a notify, but when another disk is on warning does nothing.

Hola, recientemente instalé el centreon 20.04 todo termina correctamente, al ingresar a la url todo el proceso se hace bien, me conecto con admin y la contraseña y entra el problema mucho después de esto ya que la pantalla de carga de centreon no termina y espero por hasta 1 hora y nunca deja de cargarse.

Hello everyone, I have an issue to understand quite few things about the api requests.i followed that tutorial https://docs.centreon.com/docs/api/rest-api-v2/ to configure correctly postman to get the api token and everything.I did the best i could but here i am with my problem: i’m on the GET request Gorgone poller reponses token on the params folder. On the “path variables” page, i can change de poller_id with the one of my poller, but the token one is quite a mystery for me.here is the default config for the token with the value ex ea dolorand here is one of my attempt with the token i got from the login request where can i find the right value for the Gorgone id ?  Looking forward your help,

Hi,I did the data migration again (I have to, because our 20.04 platform continues to live and our 22.10 isn’t released yet as our new production platform).Once again, although the upgrade scripts showed no error. I get a new problem I didn’t had when migrating on previous 22.10 minor versions (!). I can’t upgrade the plugin pack because of this : Luckily I have another 22.10.5 platform (for which I don’t have to refresh the data regularly) so I think I’ll be able to fix this issue, but I wonder if it would not be possible for Centreon QA team to test all upgrade’s and migration’s procedures before releasing a new version? Or if developers could avoid modifying the data structure for minor/bugfix versions?Also, although the configuration of our five pollers has been migrated the same way (automated by a script), only four are able to generate and push the configuration. One can’t, it doesn’t generate the files in /var/cache/centreon/config/<poller ID> but get stuck after creating

Hello,In previous versions of centeron, there was option "use setpgid" (Configuration->Pollers->Engine Configuration->Engine->Tuning->use setpgid)", I can't find this option anywhere in version 22.10 but it looks like centengine still knows this option, if I manually set use_setpgid=0 in centengine.cfg then setpgid is no longer used.I can't find this option anywhere in the centreon 22.10 documentation.Was this configuration option removed on purpose? Will be the use_setpgid removed from the centengine configuration as well?

Hello, We would like to use the $SERVICEGROUPALIAS$ variable in a notification command but it’s not working as expected; based on this documentation https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagioscore/docs/nagioscore/3/en/macrolist.html#note5 (which is the redirected official one by Centreon (https://docs.centreon.com/docs/monitoring/basic-objects/macros/#standard-macros)), the macro $SERVICEGROUPALIAS$ should return the alias of the primary servicegroup associated with the current service but it doesn’t, we onlly have an empty value. If we specify explicitly the ServiceGroup Name it’s OK, example : $SERVICEGROUPALIAS:windows$ but we have to use it dynamically but I don’t know if it’s possible and if yes what syntax works; I tried a lot like $SERVICEGROUPALIAS:$SERVICEGROUPNAME$$; $SERVICEGROUPALIAS:SERVICEGROUPNAME$; $SERVICEGROUPALIAS:$SERVICEGROUPNAME$ or with brackets and so on but nothing works! For info we are on Centreon 22.10.4 Does anyone know how to get this?Thanks!

Dear Centreon community, I’m facing an abnormal behavior on my platform Centreon (22.10.0) deployed from the template provided  by Centreon. I’ve imported all my assets by using CLAPI. The file use has one entry only per asset.  But, when I check on centreon, I can have up to 5 times the same records…. I’m unable to understand why! Does somebody has already experienced this issue ? Cheers,
