Centreon Infra Monitoring

HiI use Centreon IT-100 Edition, 22.10.5, on a standalone Linux Debian 11.I would like to be able to use the stream connector to send my alerts in Opsgenie.So I followed the documentation here: https://docs.centreon.com/docs/21.10/integrations/event-management/sc-opsgenie/ but nothing is sent to Opsgenie.I double checked my configuration: parameter of the connector, api key value, permission in Opsgenie, access to api url, etc. but all is good.I tried to execute the lua script and no output appeared (normal) so I think all is good for Lua in my system.Here are the lua packages installed:~$ apt list lua* --installedListing... Hi,We have here Centreon 22.04.We use the clapi binary on our Central Server to manipulate Centreon objects: particulary to import /build hosts, hosttempletes, servicestemplates ...etcThe binary is provided by the package "centreon-web-22.04.7-5.el7.centos.noarch"EX:/usr/share/centreon/bin/centreon -u admin -p XXX -o HG -a show/usr/share/centreon/bin/centreon -u admin -p XXX -i my_file.txt  # THIS WILL IMPORT THE CONTENT OF THE FILE Now we need to run this but from another linux server (Not on the Central), be I wonder how it is possible : ? Install the binary but how to specify where is the Centreon environment (database) to modify.In other words : we need to run imports/creation of centreon objects remotely.Has anyone already done this before ?I know ‘centctl’ : but is from community and not supported by Centreon …Thanks a lot !

Good morning, I am monitoring several Windows services with "centreon_windows_snmp.pl". It works fine with the following argument and service name, for example: --service='dcsx'. My question is: why does it show services in critical state if they are running? I have tested with the "Print Spooler" service and it works fine. I have also tested with the DataCore Executive service and even though it is running, it appears as critical. All of this with the same configuration and host.      King regards.

Hi,Currently, in the search bar, if there are some suggested entries, hitting Enter automatically selects the first suggested entry. If you don’t want to select this entry, you must hit Escape before hitting Enter (or entering a space character).I’d prefer having to use the down arrow key to select the first entry, and so, hitting Enter would search for what’s effectively in the search bar, not he first suggested entry.I understand this is quite a matter of personal preferences. To illustrate that both behaviors exist: - the Chrome address bar behave like the current behavior in Centreon: it automatically selects the first suggested entry - the search bar in the Google home page behaves the right way, 😉:  it goes for what’s effectively written in the input field.In many cases, the suggested entry that the user wants will not be the first, so the user will have to use the down arrow key. Hi, During Network manipulations and installation our neighbor team is using API requests to force a check on a service/host, to set DOWNTIMEs…But their token token being valid just for 10 minutes they need to get a brand new almost for every new request. Is there a way to extend the validity of a token with Centreon ? Thanks in advance for your answer.  Farzana

Hello,In order to test passive checks on my Centreon i have configured SNMP Trap for changing on the running configuration.Tthe switch i try to monitor is Cisco IOS Software, C2960 Software (C2960-LANBASEK9-M), Version 15.0(2)SE10a.I use the passive check OID : .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.43.2.0.2 that was already built in Centreon.But when i’m trying to test this OID my service, it still be on “pending”.My configuration receives the check because i can see on my logs this output :I have followed https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/20.04/monitoring/passive-monitoring/enable-snmp-traps and https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/monitoring/passive-monitoring/debug-snmp-traps-management to debug my configuration.Do you have any suggestions to resolve this problem ?Thanks a lot.
