Can't install Centreon NSClient WS 2016

Hello, I recently installed a new server (windows 2016), and I simply can’t install Centreon NSClient, the install button remain greyed out (i’m running it as admin and can button isnt greyed out on another 2016 server) I was perfectly able to install it on other 2016 servers with the same installer. I was able to install other programms on the server. If I unzip the installer i’m able to install the standard NSClient installer. If anyone has an idea, thank you ;)

Issue with Host template configuration on Central

Hello everyone,we have a fresh installation of Centreon 22.04 with IT-100 and when I try to change the timezone of the host template OS-Linux-SNMP-custom (for example) and then save the configuration, this error comes out:The connection was resetThe connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.and the changes are lost.The component versions are:centreon-web-22.04.0-2.el7.centos.noarchcentreon-pp-manager-22.04.0-2.el7.centos.noarchAny ideas on what can be the reason?Thank to all

Rebuild DWH db content doesn't work

Hello, I have this error on my DWH: [servicestateevents: 2022-07-20 02:50:39] [mod_bi_servicestateevents: 2022-07-20 02:50:38] I have imported data from 2022-07-20 to 2022-07-21 using  /usr/share/centreon-bi/etl/importData.pl -r -s 2022-07-20 -e 2022-07-21 --ignore-databin after I used /usr/share/centreon-bi/etl/eventStatisticsBuilder.pl -r -s 2022-07-20 -e 2022-07-21  --events-only. SNMP check RAM returns negative value for Hirschmann switch

Hello,I am using the Hirschmann plugin pack to monitor a switch.The memory service returns a strange critical error:CRITICAL: Memory total: 79.77 MB used: -87.12 MB (-109.22%) free: 166.88 MB (209.22%)Here is the command :/usr/lib/centreon/plugins//centreon_hirschmann.pl --plugin=network::hirschmann::standard::snmp::plugin --mode=memory --hostname=10.0.X.X --snmp-version='3'  --privpassphrase='XX' --authprotocol='MD5' --snmp-username='admin' --privprotocol='DES' --authpassphrase='XX' --warning-memory-usage-prct='80' --critical-memory-usage-prct='90' The other checks are not a problem: CPU, Process, Hardware…The poller is installed on a debian server and the version of the net-snmp package is 5.9+dfsg-3Is there a solution to this problem?Best regards

Pollers aren't updated, Central couldn't parse pollers data

Warning export config poller has no services associated with it!

Hello,In Centreon I have duplicate check with Ping for my hosts.One on the host and a second as a service.When I remove the check with the Ping service, I have this warning when exporting the poller configuration :Warning "name host" has no services associated with it!Is it possible to remove this warning or am I doing it wrong ? Thank you

Greetings, I’m using the plugin “storage::hp::3par::ssh::plugin”, i have a case where i need to set thresholds for “ node1~Node Input 12V#hardware.sensor.voltage.volt” but i didn’t understood the correct syntax… I’m using the option ```--threshold-overload```, supposing i need to set critical threshold for “< 11.30” or “> 12.7”, what would be the syntax? Thanks!

Centreon Generic SNMP - Get a raw value instead of an interpretation

Hi,I am currently monitoring a QNAP NAS with SNMP, and i wasn’t really satisfied with the way the QNAP plugin handled the data and i had compatibility issues with some of the functions so i decided to make my own checks for the memory utilisation.Here’s my issue :Basically, when i ask for the amount of free memory on my NAS with a get-snmp request, i get this value :This is exactly what i want on Centreon since i can display this on a graph.However, when i use the generic-snmp plugin with the same parameters, i get this…It seems that the plugin interprets the result as “ok” without giving me the actual value. Using the --verbose flag doesn’t change the result either.How do i formulate the snmp command to get a proper value? Disk display properly with NRPE

Hi, I used to use SNMP to monitor the disk space of my servers and I used --filter-perfdata='storage.space|used|free' to have a nice display in my web interface and in my notifications. Today I use NRPE but unfortunately the display is like this: What option would allow me to have the used space in % or the free space in %?what i have now :( Thanks in advance :)

Too many traffic ethernet

Hello,With the template OS-Windows-Traffic-Global-SNMP i’m able to have the traffic in and out of the host but i don’t why that take many interface (even if i have only one) and it to me. I discover that the different traffic in are equal with each other and the out are equal too with each other. It doesn’t have an impact because in the graph they print in the same path, however when they are too many i can’t have information.  In this picture it show the problem and i have only one interface.If you have any idea will be great.

Xclarity Integrator Nagios

Hello,I’m having issue to add to centreon the plugin xclarity_integrator_check.pyI followed the instruction and when I try it via command line is working fine but when added to centreon as a check command I get (No output returned from plugin). Searched the internet without luck, so I’m trying here.I’m using  Centreon v. 22.04.0 in centos 7.9The script I have downloaded is from Lenovo: https://support.lenovo.com/us/es/solutions/ht507298Thanks!

Rebuild Graph in bulk?

Hi,I have decreased my check intervals for link utilization. but graphs are still showing as the old intervals.It works fine once I rebuild them. But I have a lot of links and not possible to do them one by one. Is there any way I can rebuild them in bulk?Regards!

SNMP check RAM returns negative value

Hi everyone, When i was mounting SNMP checks for a CentOS 7 server, i recieved a really strange result as follows for its RAM usage : Status informationCRITICAL: Ram Total: 1.80 GB Used (-buffers/cache): -130.51 MB (-7.10%) Free: 1.92 GB (107.10%) As you can see the i have USED < 0 and Free > Total… And i’ve verified by lauching a “free” command on the server, the correct RAM usage has nothing to do with that (not just +130.51MB for USED).Here is my command : /usr/lib/centreon/plugins//centreon_linux_snmp.pl --plugin=os::linux::snmp::plugin --mode=memory --hostname=xxx --snmp-version='2c' --snmp-community='xxx' --warning-usage='80' --critical-usage='90' --snmp-timeout='5' Which is quite normal i believe, and other checks SNMP works well for the same server (CPU, Disk...), only check RAM fails. In fact, the version of Net-SNMP installed is 5.7.2 and i can’t upgrade it to 5.8 since the server is in a “closed” VLAN. So before asking my network admin to exceptionally allow the server

Hi, How to install check_centreon_nrpe? Permissions on tables for checking Oracle server

Hello everyone,When i was mounting checks for oracle server. By following the official doc of centreon i granted the following table/view rights to user centreon :dba_free_space dba_data_files dba_temp_files dba_segments dba_jobs v$sysstat v$sgastat v$parameter v$process v$session v$filestat v$log v$instanceBut after i launched my checks i got bunch of error messages, by observing the error messages, it appears to me that the following rights are also needed :V$ASM_DISKGROUP v$database_block_corruption v$tempstat v$rowcache v_$system_event v$recovery_area_usage v$librarycache v$sql_monitor v$resource_limit v$rman_status v$backup v$rman_status v$rollstat v$resource_limit dba_tablespaces v$tablespace v$event_name v$waitstat DBA_TABLESPACE_USAGE_METRICSOnce these rights are granted to my user the checks work out, execpt for the check of Invalid Object as its message error is incomplete even with mode debug.So i would like to know if someone can provide me with the remaining table/view rig

Problem with an 'Unknown option' about regexp

Hello everyone,I was trying to monitoring the bandwidth of a network interface with ‘OS-Windows-Traffic-Generic-Name-SNMP-custom’  but i get an ‘Unknown’ with this following sentence:“ Unknown option: regexp at /usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_windows_snmp.pl line 141. ”I tried the EXTRAOPTIONS with --regexp and without but that didn’t change anything. I search in the file but i don’t find anything and the SNMP is activate in my server. If anybody have an idea i’ll take it.
