Hello everyone,

I’m trying to monitor my Dell ME4024 SAN array using Centreon via SNMP.

I’ve attempted to use the “centreon-plugin-Hardware-Servers-Dell-(Idrac and Cmc)-Snmp” plugin to gather system information, but it’s not working 🤔.

Does anyone know of another plugin that could help?

Currently, I’m trying the “centreon-pack-network-dell-nseries-snmp” plugin, but when I attempt to download it, I receive the following error message: “Error: No matching entry found.”

Thanks for your help.

Hello :)

As things stand, in deed there doesn't seem to be a dedicated connector for a Dell ME4024 SAN. Do you know what OIDs are available on our equipment to check whether a solution using SNMP is possible in the existing connectors? If none of the connectors match, you can use the SNMP collections to customise your SNMP requests specifically for your equipment. You can also submit an idea for a connector dedicated to the Dell ME4024 SAN that can be voted on by other users and then added to our catalogue.

Also maybe you equipment can be monitored using API call, in this case you can also try to use the HTTP collections.

Kind regards.
