Hi, i am having a bit of a problème here i have been trying to send myself mail about hosts and services states.For now i receive on my mail account the hosts state for 1 of my model host cause i configure it this way for a test.So my question is how can i do the same for my services check how can i setup a global way to notify my service like i activate notification on my host model.Thank you for you reponse. 

When using some German or Italian systems the service names can contain some special language chars. The plugin is working fine because the value receiving from SNMP is UTF-8 decoded (when you don't use --source-encoding UTF-8 is the standard).The problem is when use a filter to filter only one specific service the filter will not be decoded. So the plugin will filter with a regex that not matches because the filter is not decoded.The check fails decode the filter, too and the check will work fineand the check works 

Hi, I'm trying to modify a service changing the argument DISKNAME using the REST API. But it doesn't work.

I don't know if this is normal, but the services to which SNMP traps are connected remain pending until the traps are sent from the device. I have triggered the traps manually. After that everything works perfectly, the services go into the critical state and then into the OK state and stay there until a trap is sent again.

Hello, I have activated snmp traps on the centreon but I need a command and I don't have the slightest idea what to put.I put the manufacturer's MIB and the snmp traps were created, I associated the traps with my hosts but I have to put a verification command. could someone help me? Hello,  I’m working on an issue with map server, map can’t communicate with the broker. Actually, when I start the service centreon-map (21.10) I have all my map, but I have a single update at the start for status and the message bellow in the centreon map logs (TLS is unable) : com.centreon.studio.map.server.business.broker.bbdo.io.exception.BrokerReadException: [BBDO] Empty stream (len=-1)My configuration seems fine because the graphs are up-to-date, I can edit map, it’s just the status, I have no data after the start. Anybody already run into to issue ? Thank you very much for your help.  Regards,

Bonjour,Je voudrais installer Centreon 22.04 sur une AlmaLinux 8.6.Dans cette version d’Alam, le PHP 8.0 est disponible dans les streamapps. La version compléte est 8.0.13 alors que sur les dépôts remi elle en 8.0.25.En effet l’utilisation des dépôts remi est pour moi une source de problèmes quand au MCO de nos machines. L’offre de service dans mon entreprise est le PHP fourni par l’éditeur ALma et je ne veux pas avoir à gérer en plus les divers CVE des dépôts remi.Je voulais savoir si l’installation Centreon 22.04 avec le PHP 8.0 des streamapps Alma était supporté par Centreon.Ma question est la même pour la base Mariadb : peut-on utiliser la version AlmaLinux plutot que d’aller chercher les rpm chez MaraiDBMerciPhilippe

I have updated the central server and the remote pollers from 23.10 to te latest update. Gorgone is updated to 23.10.2. THe problem is that after the upgrade the communication with the remote pollers is failing. I have enabled Debugging and get the following message while updaten the remote pollers:"error":"no_proxy","message":"no proxy configured. cannot manage target.”Could you give me a hint where i have to start searching ? Thanks in advance

Hi,I finally get a window to upgrade Centreon from our current 22.10.11 to the last 22.10 (22.10.14 at this time).I should make this upgrade (along with numerous system package upgrade) on December Saturday the 2nd. I would validate the upgrade on the integration platform the week before. What I’d like to avoid is having a 22.10.15 version being released between the integration platform upgrade and when I do the production platform.With that in mind, I wonder if you’re able to give me some vision on when the next 22.10 release will be released.Notice : upgrading to 22.10.14 after a 22.10.15 has been released, while theoretically doable, seems quite hazardous because of how Centreon package dependencies work.

Hello I m using Sonatype Nexus as yum proxy in my company.But I have got a problem to link it to centreon’s repositorys. I’ve got 500 error when downloading repomd.xml Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'PROXY_EL8_X86-64_centreon-23.04-stable':  - Status code: 500 for https://XXXXXXXXXXXXX/repository/PROXY_EL8_X86-64_centreon-23.04-stable/repodata/repomd.xml Is anyone that use nexus to do the same ?Is there some ting special to add in my config ?  Best regards
