Hi,I’m using Monitoring Connector "Oracle Database”.All services are OK, except both :- Rman-Backup-Age :Status is  “ CRITICAL: Rman 'DB FULL' backups never executed - Rman 'DB INCR' backups never executed - Rman 'ARCHIVELOG' backups never executed - Rman 'CONTROLFILE' backups never executed - Rman backups never executed.”- Rman-Backup-Problems :OK: During the last 3 days, number of backups completed: 0, failed: 0, completed with warnings: 0, completed with errors: 0However rman backups works perfectly (daily): incr, full, archivelog 100% guaranteed.Our rman catalog is on an external rman catalog database and channel type is SBT.Why the connector didn’t seen our backups ?Thank youNicolas

Hi,I would like to purchase the IT-Edition to be able to install plugins on my centreon. I recently updated to 25.10.I find the web page about licences a bit confusing. It says the free version can be used with up to 100 hosts, and the “IT Edition” is showed as “2.2€/host, 275€ for 125 hosts”.I already use centreon with the Free edition marked as “Up to 100 Hosts” but I already have  300+ hosts that are monitored. Is the “Up to 100 Hosts” limit based on the number of SUPERVIZED hosts or on the number of Centreon poolers? Does that mean that if I only want one Centreon machine (1 pooler) but with 300 supervized machines I can have a licence for 2.2€ per month? Thanks, 

Hello, since the rotation GPG key (i suppose) the rpm-standards packages for centreon are unavailable on artifactory.https://packages.centreon.com/ui/native/rpm-standard/I see that they are possibly still on the rpm-test-standardWe need those packages to be back available as soon as possible. If this intended, please tell me what is the expected operation to access those packages again

Hello, since a migration from the 24.10 platform to the 25.10 on a RHEL9 server (central server with the embed poller), after migration, most macros that were defined on the host don’t seem to be decrypted correctly by the poller.I’m seeing many logs like  fail to decrypt content of macro _HOSTCUSTOM_MACRO: Decryption finalization failed: error:1C800064:Provider routines::bad decryptI have followed correctly the upgrade steps from the documentation and especially for the poller to extract the symetric key at Upgrade from Centreon 24.10 | Centreon Documentation Does anyone face that issue yet ?

Hello,Since upgrade to 25.10, we are facing a weird issue on Host adress form.While in 23.04 this field was most likely “open to any format”, it now requires a “valid IP / FQDN Format”, which is a problem actually for multiple reasons. We can’t modify an existing item that is actually configured with a wrong HOSTADDRESS format, resulting to the following error : We also can’t delete an item that is with this kind of HOSTADDRESS format. It does nothing when we click on delete → Just actualizing the interface, but the host still here, and poller config doesn’t see any change. Hi, I’ve used an older version Centreon 2.4.1 (yeah really old! lol) and I never had this issue, but now on 25.10 I have the issue where when I delete a host it then deletes all the services linked to the host even the ones that are used by other hosts.  Obviously this is massive issue and will lead to my staff accidentality deleting services when they delete the hosts.  I don’t remember this being an issue in the older versions of Centreon.Is there a workaround for this?  I don’t really want to use service groups / host groups as I don’t want hundreds of different host groups based on my services, I need it to be a bit more flexible.Is there a way to prevents the deletion of the hosts and only allows disabling? or a way to stop centreon deleting the services when the hosts are deleted.thanks in advance.steve.
