AWS - monitor specific metrics - Cloudwatch

Hello,we try to monitor some specidif custom Cloudwatch metrics with Centreon.Monitor the metrics seems ok but…The only response we have from the command is “ OK: “ without any other details, same with --verbose.How to have details ? the command is:/usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_aws_cloudwatch_api.pl --plugin --custommode='awscli' --mode='get-metrics' --region='eu-central-1' --aws-secret-key='xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' --aws-access-key='xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' --namespace='CloudWatchSynthetics' --metric='SuccessPercent' --verbose and the response is:OK: rRegards, Laurent

No update t web UI

Hi all I have the following problem when I want to connect to my centreon  Last thing, i did, update the centreon user in database. And there, i’m connecting with centreon admin user. Where do I have to update centreon password for pdo actions ? thanks

user non admin can add/modify host ?

Hello,We are trying to define acls for multiple teams. Theses teams will work on specific perimeter and we want they access only to their own perimeter. (these teams should access and modify only their assets.) We manage to setup read access on defined hostgroupe but we did non succeed with modification right. The only way we find is to grant them as administrator but these right are to high for themIs it possible to configure acl to allow supervision modification only on defined hostgroup?

REST API v1 host categories don't work

Centreon Database ssl connection

Hi, We have a distributed centreon 22.10.4 platform.We would like to secure the connections between centreon central (client) and it’s database (mariadb server) by using x509 certificates.We’ve already configured the client.cnf file and the server.cnf file by setting the right path and the right certicate. We have this problem : mariadb sslv3 alert certificate unsuported Do you have any idea about it ? Have you ever tried to secure the connection between centreon central and it’s deported db ? We have x509v3 certificates with the right extension TLS Web Server Authentication for the server and TLS Web Client Authentication for the client. Even if the connection works manually with simple certificates without extensions, centreon shows that : “Access denied for user 'user_'@'HOST' (using password: YES).We would also like to know if centreon handle ssl in the core connection with database ? We’ve seen the db.pm file that does not take into account the eventuality of ssl use. Regards.Seri

Central broker is not running after fresh install.

Centreon is not running.

Hello everyone,I am stuck with my centreon which despite several installations still does not want to start. When I export my configuration, I have no errors but it still remains stopped. So I don't have anything display-wise.I don't really know what to do anymore, because I updated it, restarted it, reinstalled it.If anyone knows what I should be looking for, because the logs don't tell me anything either, I'm interested.Thanks

Moving files... NOK(Could not write into centcore.cmd. Please check file permissions.)

I have create a poller. At the final of installation , i try to export configuration for the new poller :But an error on moving files appears “Moving files... NOK(Could not write into centcore.cmd. Please check file permissions.). The poller is down in IHM : On the poller process centengine is start :The server central can connect in ZMQ on the poller :I think the rights on the poller are OK :On the central, i have error on /var/log/centreon-broker/central-broker-master.log : I don’t understand, where is the problem ?

Weird NMAP Discovery Error

Hi, I’m getting the following error message when trying to do an NMAP discovery - what am I meant to do here?! We trust you have received the usual lecture from the local SystemAdministrator. It usually boils down to these three things:     #1) Respect the privacy of others.    #2) Think before you type.    #3) With great power comes great responsibility. sudo: a terminal is required to read the password; either use the -S option to read from standard input or configure an askpass helper Also, this is a brand new install.

centreon 23.10 web interface, few pages not working

Hello everyone,I installed centreon 23.10, and i’m working on retrieving my services, and getting them to work, but there’s a catch : few of my webpages, crucials ones, aren’t accessibles, while they were before. Hosts configuration wasn’t accessible for quite a while, but recently, i had the service configuration, and the whole status details in the monitoring tab. It seems to work, but doesn’t display any services. And it’s not that the services aren’t working either, as you can see on the resources status screenshot.I think it’s a php error, somewhere, but i’ll need the help of someone who know better than me,  how the inner side of centreon work. thanks for the help !

Wrong plugin name in installation command

Hi there, I am working on two version of centreon :Centreon 22.04 on Debian 11 (Bullseye)Centreon 24.04 on Debian 12 (Bookworm)(I am planning to migrate my old system to the new one.) I have a problem on plugins installation.First, it appears on Centreon 24 while configuring it to monitor my hosts, then I noticed it was the same on Centreon 22.. Web : the plugin seems to be installed, but can not be found in “/usr/lib/centreon/plugins”Terminal : the command lead to an error. Actually, it seems that the command is wronge.g. :centreon-pack-network-hp-standard-snmp = KOcentreon-plugin-network-hp-standard-snmp = OK The first command line is provided by Centreon website when you click on “more info” (“i”) of the plugin you wish install. Centreon, is it me or what happenned ?  Julius

Unable to Login to Centreon Platform

Hello everyone,I'm currently managing a Hyper-V hypervisor environment with the following setup:I recently activated VM replication between two Hyper-V servers (not all VMs are being replicated).Since setting up this replication, Centreon has been reporting the following critical errors: critical: integration service 'Guest Services Interface' status: -/- critical: integration service 'Heartbeat' status: -/- critical: integration service 'KeyValue Pair Exchange' status: -/- critical: integration service 'Shutdown' status: -/- critical: integration service 'Time Synchronization' status: -/- critical: integration service 'VSS' status: -/- These errors appear to be related to the integration services on the replicated VMs. Could someone please help me understand why these errors are occurring and how to resolve them? (I’m logged with an admin account profile)In the case of ACLs : the modifications are finally not saved after they have been saved from the Web interface. Migration debian 12

Bonjour Je voulais faire un upgrade de mon serveur de debian 11 à debian 12. Sauf que ça ne fonctionnait plus. J’ai tenté de supprimer les paquets bullseye de centron pour les forcer à ce resinstaller avec les paquets bookworm mais je n’arrive pas à remettre tous les paquets. Vous auriez une méthode qui va bien ? ou Est-ce qu’il faut que je persévers dans ce sens ?
