Bonjour, Sur les serveurs Windows ou j’utilise le CMA, pour le storage, j’ai cette erreur : La description de l’ID d’événement 1000 dans la source CentreonMonitoringAgent est introuvable. Le composant qui a déclenché cet événement n’est pas installé sur l’ordinateur local ou l’installation est endommagée. Hello,I have just installed CMA 24.10.16 on Windows and configured a service to monitor a wildcard SSL certificate.For one specific certificate, CMA appears to crash and no metrics are sent to the poller.In the Windows Event Log, I can see the following error:[2026-06-19 12:00:15.102] [error] [wire_format_lite.cc:610] String field 'opentelemetry.proto.metrics.v1.Metric.name' contains invalid UTF-8 data when serializing a protocol buffer. Use the 'bytes' type if you intend to send raw bytes.The issue seems to be related to the certificate subject, which contains accented characters. The certificate CN/Subject includes:S=Côte-d'Or, C=FRWhen this certificate is checked, CMA stops sending data to the poller. Other certificates without accented characters do not appear to trigger the issue.Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue with UTF-8 handling in CMA 24.10.16 and advise on a possible workaround or fix?Please let me know if you need any additional logs or configuration de

in my environment i also use passive checks, some tests results submitted once a week or month.with one of the latest centreon version (in mycase Centreon 25.10.14) passive checks also gets down if host check fails and stays in this state until next passive test result.i’m using activated “Disable Service Checks When Host Down”with older centreon versions the passive checks weren’t changed if a hosts get down and you use this option (only the active ones).I’m not sure with what version this behavior changed, it think with 24.10 it worked like before

Hello,Is anyone else facing this kind of issue?A map in a custom view or a dashboard is randomly displayed as the map or the map homepage (the page listing all maps).If the page is refreshed, the map is correctly displayed but not all the time. Sometime we need to refresh the page two or three times in order to get the map displayed instead of the map list.It seems to occur only with chrome (148.0.7778.179) , not edge. I can’t test with firefox.the problem appears after updating to 24.10.23Thanks

Bonjour,suite à la mise à jour de centreon (passage à la version 25.10), la licence IT semble ne plus fonctionner.Dans Administration\Extensions\Gestionnaire, elle est bien active (Date de fin de licence : 31/12/9999). J’ai vérifier l’empreinte “Fingerprint” dans le fichier de licence /etc/centreon/license.d/epp.licence ainsi que les permissions d’accès. Hi,Following the migration of our Centreon server from Alma 9 to Debian 12, we are experiencing consistent timeout issues when monitoring a Windows VM and a storage array.The Windows VM has refused to respond correctly to requests since the migration:NRPE (Job-Status): The NRPE version ping works remotely (‘I (0.11.8 2026-01-24) seem to be doing fine...’), but as soon as I call a script, I get a ‘Process Timeout’ (and ‘0 bytes received’ in the CLI). Hello.Is there a plugin that can be used to get the DNS zone expiration from SOA?I have tried with the DNS Service connector, using --mode=request --search-type='SOA' but it doesn’t show the complete SOA. With --verbose or --debug the result is the same, only the response time.Regards

Bonjour,Je suis confronté à un souci avec la sonde “Swap” pour les environment Windows (via SNMP), cette sonde renvoi la valeur cumulée de la mémoire + la swap.L’argument --real-swap permettait de me retourner la valeur équivalent à la swap, sauf que cela me retourne une valeur négative :Exemple :SERVEUR - 4w 1d - 13m 23s - CRITICAL: Swap Total: 4.00 GB Used: -425.00 MB (-10.38%) Free: 4.42 GB (110.38%)Merci de vos retours.
