windows snmp plugin user

Good morning, I have a question to submit to the community, is it possible to obtain the name of the account used for starting a specific Windows service via the centreon_windows_snmp.pl plugin? Our idea would be to control a particular service and for which if the service starts with account y instead of x, an alert is displayed in the supervision. Thanks for your help.

Long delay before displaying “Timeline” tab on Resource Status

Hi, Recently the time to display the Timeline of a host/service is it very long (more than 30secondes). Version Centreon : Centreon version 24.04.7Version DB :  mysql  Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.11.8-MariaDB, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using  EditLine wrapperExample : Others tabs works well (Details/Graph/Notifications).Any ideas ? thx

Centreon MBI, Database Tables Empty

Hello community,Please, can someone educate me on a problem that I am encountering with Centreon MBI, I cannot find the data on the tables, they are all empty.The diagnosis does not give me any error.the reconstruction procedure on the documentation leads to nothing.weeks without any results.any ideas please?

New Connector with ESX/VCSA 8 doesn't work for Ressources

Hi all !After to upgrade to the latest version of centreon 24.10.x (on Debian 12) , i installed the “New Connector VMWare” to supervise my vmware IT (followed all step from this documentation)https://docs.centreon.com/fr/pp/integrations/plugin-packs/getting-started/how-to-guides/additional-connector-configuration/ 1- I encountered somes problems like: “Unknow container name “default” on all of my Services  this problem are on ALL of my services of hosts except “ping”I can’t Add with discovery too because that give the same error “Unknow container name”..BUT : in my log all is OK :from centreon_vmware.log 2- SO where did i need to remplace the “container name” correctly and why the centreon_vmware are with “.json (the oldest version before 24.10.x  was in “.pm” extension no?)New Connector Added This connector use the “centreon_vmware.json” file to connect at my Vcenter and it OK, like you seem in picture of logs. They explain on documentation this new connector work with Vcenter 6/7 ver

Dashboard Always Opening in Edit Mode

Hi,I’ve been using Centreon for a couple of months now, and I have the latest version (24.10.3) installed on Debian 12.I’m experiencing some strange behavior: every time I open a dashboard, it automatically appears in edit mode.This happens with both my account (full admin) and a standard user account.Is there a setting somewhere that I need to adjust?I’ve searched through the logs but couldn’t find anything relevant.Does anyone have an idea?Thanks in advance!

Centreon ACL, LDAP groups conflict with ACL contact groups.

Hi All,We have this issue on our ACL, LDAP groups, is having an error on our ACL and DB, which causing newly added hosts/services not visible on non-admin accounts. Below is the CentACL.log error.We only have a workaround solution for this issue which is disable LDAP authentication & delete all LDAP group on Central Database. My Question, is it possible to modify the CentACL.php so that it will not query the LDAP groups on our AD? Appreciate your response.

Hello The Watch,I have a WSUS Dashboard that is supposed to show me various single metrics reported by NSClient++Below, we can see that the host's service values are correctly taken into account by the poller.OK: Computers Up-to-date: 242, Needing Updates: 12, With Update Errors: 0, Not Contacted: 261, Unassigned: 1 | 'computers_up_to_date'=242;;;0; 'computers_needing_updates'=12;;;0; 'computers_with_update_errors'=0;;;0; 'computers_not_contacted'=261;;;0; 'computers_unassigned'=1;;;0;But when I create the DashboardAll values are zero!An open case on the support side.Thanks for your help.Best regards,Vincent (Nantes Métropole)

Event log is emty !

Hello,We are used to checking the Event Log for services in Centreon (to see state changes, alerts, etc.).We have noticed that these events appear empty in the ‘EVENT LOG’ interface, regardless of the service consulted.This is happening since the last Upgrade (from  23.10.17 to  24.04.7).I tried to select only one host, or different services : or nothing : but the page remains EMPTY : If I select a time Range (Instead of LOG PERIOD) : same result.I found on thewatch multiple discussions on that subject … I tried to find some solutions … but could not find any solution.Any idea ?

centreon-engine : load path variable for user

hi, I use centreon-plugins for azure.When I run the plugin with centreon :UNKNOWN: Command error: sh: az: command not found I tried in command line with the user centreon-engine and it works. It works beacause the PATH is correctly setup but when centreon run the command it doesn’t load the profile… How to run the profile of centreon-engine for this type of plugin ?

Problème avec centreontrapd

Bonjour,J’ai un souci actuellement avec centreontrapd : il prend trop de temps à s’exécuter.J’ai environ 3000 traps avec le même OID (et de même sur 3 autres OID), à cause de ça chaque trap met plus d’une minute à être traitée.Après analyse du code de centreontrapd, celui-ci recherche d’abord toutes les traps ayant l’OID parent de la trap envoyée (3000 dans mon cas), puis pour chacun des OID parent trouvé cherche l’hôte (3 à 5 ms avec une pointe à 50 ms) et le service associé et pour le service s’il n’est pas en downtime (12 à 20 ms avec une pointe à 90 ms).Si on compte la totalité : 3000 x (3 + 12) = 45 000 ms soit 45 s au minimum et 3000 x (5 + 20) = 75 000 ms soit 75 s mais peut durer encore plus longtemps.Mon problème est que je reçois entre 40 et 100 traps par minute et il est donc impossible pour centreontrapd de traiter tout ça ce qui fait que j’accumule les traps dans /var/spool/centreontrapd sans jamais pouvoir les résorber.Auriez-vous une solution pour résoudre ce problème s’

Hi all ! Since somes days i got a problem in my gorgoned logs:- ERROR - [autodiscovery] -class- host discovery - cannot get platform versions - Login error [code: '404'] [message: 'Not Found'] Why did that return me this message in my Gorgoned logfile ?When i use the discovery mode that work fine so i’m curious to know why that appear..

Rebuild DWH db content doesn't work

Hello, I have this error on my DWH: [servicestateevents: 2022-07-20 02:50:39] [mod_bi_servicestateevents: 2022-07-20 02:50:38] I have imported data from 2022-07-20 to 2022-07-21 using  /usr/share/centreon-bi/etl/importData.pl -r -s 2022-07-20 -e 2022-07-21 --ignore-databin after I used /usr/share/centreon-bi/etl/eventStatisticsBuilder.pl -r -s 2022-07-20 -e 2022-07-21  --events-only. My jobs finished but the same error persiste. What is the problem? CordialyFrancis DOUNGA

Déclaration d'un remote server 24.10 - Central bloqué

Bonjour @ tous,Deux jours que je me bat avec la version 24.10. Nous sommes censé upgradé nos versions de production en 24.10, sauf que quand je déclare un remote correctement (déjà fait sur les ancienne version et sa fonctionné). Le central semble ne plus vouloir que j’ajoute d’hôte…Message d’erreur : Vous n'êtes pas autorisé à accéder à cette ressource (avec le compte admin de base je précise)Bug ? Quelqu’un a déjà eu le tour ?
