Centreon Infra Monitoring

Hello,I’m having issue to add to centreon the plugin xclarity_integrator_check.pyI followed the instruction and when I try it via command line is working fine but when added to centreon as a check command I get (No output returned from plugin). Searched the internet without luck, so I’m trying here.I’m using  Centreon v. 22.04.0 in centos 7.9The script I have downloaded is from Lenovo: https://support.lenovo.com/us/es/solutions/ht507298Thanks!

Hello,for thoses with Centreon 22.04 are you able to “rebuild rrd database” under “Administration  >  Parameters  >  Data” ?I tried on 2 installs, without any success, it does nothing.“Delete graph” is working on one installation but on the other. 

Hello,Every day I have many jobs scheduled. Some jobs often fail without really knowing the reasonWhen I look in the cbis log, I have lines that look like:Task started [name=CD92_BAMs_Avail_Rapport_Daily, weight=100.0]. Server load: 100.0/2000.0The value 100 increases at each start of sending a report until the max value 2000 is reached. The jobs that are sent last are those that fail with the value 1900/2000I assume this is the load given to the BI server. How to increase it? CordialyFrancis

Hi everybody,I need a little help after few hours of research.I’m monitoring interfaces on switch with the OS-Linux-Traffic-Generic-Id-SNMP.I modified the notification interval (tried 0, 60, 3600...) but it still sending every minutes, that it seems to be the default configuration. Tried to modify notification interval in service, host and templates...but nothing work.Do you have any other idea ?

Hello, I’m new to Centreon so this is my first question of many to come.I’m in the process of upgrading an old 20.10 installation to 22.04. After updatting to the latest minor 20.10 I began the jump to 22.04 which was without problems son far. Now I want to continue with the Web GUI update in my central host but when loading the page I get the message of the image attached to download a loader from SourceGuardian.Is this normal behaviour during upgrading/updating centreon? I mean, downloading from other sources? Thanks in advance for the help.

Have a service in CRITIAL status acknowledged it (the Notify, Sticky and Persistent checkbox don't matter) The service goes back to a OK status Try removing the acknowledgement. The acknowledgement is still there

Also, I see the following under poller. Deleting the files in “/var/lib/centreon-broker” did not solve the problem.

Hello, We having an issue with one of our poller. to give you some details of our monitoring infrastructure, its composed of 1 central server with 2 poller on our clients’s site. They are all in the same version 21.10: The most part of time the poller work correctly and do his checking / notification job. But when we lose the whole part of client infrastructure (~70 hosts and ~300 services)  the poller doesnt send the notification on time, also the scheduling part seems to have some problem some host are lock in soft state : Also as you can see in the first screenshot the UI shows that the poller have some latencyFor the notification part we receive 2 mail every minutes , so sometimes we receive the mail for one check one hour after the check changed his state. I checked the centengine.log and i found some interesting things :But i didnt found any interesting topics on the web. We also tried to reinstall the poller … but it didnt solve the problem. The other poller is working correctly

Hello,I use Centreon to monitor internal servers and it works perfectly. It is the Centreon server that contacts the targets to obtain the metrics.Now I need to monitor servers across the internet without a VPN connection.I think that in this case it should be the remote servers that send the metrics to the Centreon server. Is it right ?I haven't found how to do this.Can you help me please ?Thanks

What can i check here? Thank you

Hey :DI started a custom view on Centreon, and created a ‘Servers’ hostgroup with a lot of hosts in it.But when I want to create an Host Monitoring widget and when I filter with the Servers hostgroup, the list is empty. It’s not working for any hostgroup. When no hostgroup is provided, it’s working fine and showing the first 30 hosts (no hostgroup).Do you have any idea why is it not working ?Thanks :D Hostrgoups listWidget configurationWidget after applying the hostgroup filter 

i want to use Host Discovery.All is installed.I Created a SNMP Agent Task, start the task immendiately.But - nothing.  Hello, I’m trying to monitor two esxi, but I’ve got an error “UNKNOWN: Cannot find 'HostSystem' object”.When I change the ESXI2(172.16.250.6) to the first in the centreon_vmware.pm config the ESX is monitored, but when I put the ESXi2 on second in this configuration file this is the ESXI2 that is monitored and not the first one, I want to monitor both esxi.Esxi 2 is placed in second in centreon_vmware.pm config: So the ESXI 2 is monitored but not the first ESX:: Service centreon_vmware.pm status: When ESXI 2 is place on first: The ESXi 2 is not monitored this time and its the first ESX that is monitored:%centreon_vmware_config = (    vsphere_server => {        default => {            url => 'https://172.16.250.6/sdk',            username => 'root',            password => 'xxx'                },    },          vsphere_server => {                default => {                    url => 'https://172.16.250.3/sdk',                    username => 'root',           

It appears that if a service is setup as passive and volatile that if a state change occurs, notifications still go out.  The reset of the service does not. My passive check is using NSCA for ingestion. Reoccuring downtime does work but was hoping to use Time periods

En effet, une mise à jour de Centreon était à réaliser, pour l’étape 1 j’ai bien fait un ‘backup’ de la base de données (en suivant la documentation de Centreon), et arrivé à l’étape 2 tout était en ‘loaded’ vert, mais quand je fais suivant il ne se passe rien. J’ai recommencé les manips à chaque et à chaque fois c’est la même chose, auriez-vous une solution ?Je vous remercie d’avance.

Hello TeamMy SMTP server accepts and forwards only mail from one domain @mydoamain.com. By default centreon sends mail notifications from domain @centreon.com. How and where to change this setting to change from @centreon.com to @mydomain.com ?
