Hi,  Is it possible when a host get down to receive only the mail from the host and not the mails from services associate to this host ?Like for the services to send a mail they can check if the host is up or down.If the host is down don’t send a mail      |     if the host is up send a mail. Regards,

Hi, Regarding to the title, now we are using the Centeron version 2.8.32.because of the platform migration plan has been taken in action within 2 months.So, we are planing to install Centeron service to the brandnew platform, which is Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.3 (Maipo).But, we have a certain issue to solve for migration, that is we do not have the package of Centeron version 2.8.32.So that we would like to ask this community to provide us, if there are any certain link to provide us to obtain the Centeron version 2.8.32.or if it is still difficult to provide us such a link, then we need to ensure Centeron package compatibility matching between 2.8.x and Centreon 3.4 as it is described in the compatibility table below the link.Software support policy — Centreon 2.8 documentation

Hi there, i just very freshly did the update from 22.04.7 to 22.10.0 on a Centos7-Basis coming from 20.04-ISOs. After this the “Resource Status” is completely emtpy and showing 0 Hosts and 0 Services being set to display “All” - Funy thing though - the deprecated pages work and show all the missing Hosts and Services. please advise asap - thx RegardsTimo

Hi, Im trying to export my old nagios files with the NagiosToCentreon CLAPI, I’ve alredy export the centreon_clapi_import_commands.txt but when I try to do the command /usr/share/centreon/bin/centreon, I can’t access using my web user admin, I get a invalid credentials message. How can I fix this? I’m COMPLETELY sure I have enter the password correctly (I have tried multiple time in the web and it works) Any idea??Thank you

Hi,Why this widget has a full width?: Half the width would be enough, as for Timezone and Current status duration. Is that not a waste of space?I know a DNS name may be longer but it’s also the case for the host alias, still it uses half the width like the Timezone.

We have Kubernetes Nodes (RestAPI)  is configured to monitor EKS.  As per centreon documentation: Credentaisl have been set using token retrieved ealier from the service account hostname/address, port and protocol are configured. We somehow ret this exception: UNKNOWN: Cannot decode json response: write failed:  at /usr/share/perl5/LWP/Protocol/http.pm line 238. Any idea?  

Hi,The new Resource Status page use regexp, while this is a good enhancement, it doesn’t permit to search for a string with a space in it. I tried quoting the string (both simple and double), I also tried to use `\s`, none of this works.How can I achieve that?This is something the Monitoring/Services and Monitoring/Hosts pages permit. It’s useful when searching in the plugin output (or even sometimes in the service name).I’m OK to do my best to start using this new Resource Status page (and, to incite my users to do so) but I’d like to have the same functionalities I had with the old ones.

Hi,The following bug has been closed and I cannot manage to reopen it.It’s not fixed, and even for the « workaround » suggested (which is: using the new Resources Status page) the person who closed the bug didn’t even read correctly what I wrote, he’s telling me to try something I already told wasn’t working.Why is it not possible to reopen a bug? Hi,The comment added when one put a downtime on an object is displayed in the tooltip when you rollover the downtime logo (the pink triangle with an exclamation mark).The problem is that line returns aren’t displayed there. The only workaround is to directly write the comment as HTML (ie: with <br /> tags), but that’s not convenient for the average user (nor is for the advanced one in fact…). They are saved in database, they probably should be replaced with an HTML tag for display, or in a HTML container that display text raw. What do you think?More globally, I hope the developer team still has time to enhance the “old” UI, is this the case?I personally think the new UI is unfinished for a good part, so the idea to depreciate the old one so rapidly really is a bad idea. Currently this is the new UI that should be warned as beta, and be optional for the user to test, not the (fully functional) current one marked as depreciated ! 😊

Hi,When looking in the centreon/centreon-plugins Github repository I can’t see the same files which I have in the /usr/lib/centreon/plugins/ directory after an installation from the RPM packages.My knowledge of Perl is very limited, but I suppose there is some kind of install process in order to be able to use the plugins. I looked at the README but didn’t find any. I don’t think that just cloning the repository would permit me to use the plugins, but maybe I’m wrong? If so, how to use them?I’d like to be able to do that in order to test the very last version of the plugins without having to wait for release and packaging.I suppose I’d have to do so if I’d like to participate in the development of the plugins. The README, in the  Basic Usage section, shows an example with running the “centreon_plugins.pl” script. Would it work just after I cloned the repository? Imported centreon_storage into V22.04 with no issues.
