no graph disks after migration

I have migrated from centos to debian. On centos i was using the Disk-Generic-Name template and now i have this graphics on debian: I have deleted the service and recreate it with the Disk-Global template and now its ok.I have edited the template of the services and rebuild the graph database is still not displayed correctly.Is there any way to erase and recreate the disks services in all hosts without doing it one by one?Thanks,

PHP / symfony error when import configuration file.

Hello,As part of a Debian to Redhat migration project, I'm currently installing a new Centreon server running RedHat Enterprise 9.I have exported my Debian Centreon configuration via a clapi command.When I want to import the configuration on my new Redhat server, here's what I get: The import starts well, then suddenly stops with these messages.PS: Object already exist is normal because I've run several import tests. I have no php skills, could someone please help me solve this problem?

Password security policy

Hi everyone,Here is my problem : We Upgraded our preproduction environment to the 22.10 version (from 21.10 version) of Centreon in May 2023, and our Production in june 2023. Few weeks ago, at connection page of our Preproduction environment, we were asked to change our passwords eventhough our accounts are imported from our LDAP and our passwords are managed by our LDAP policis normally.We found out that since the 22.04 version of Centreon, they aded the possibility to manage passwords policies for Centreon users.But these policies should be applied only for local users => defect If I set Password expires after to 0 Months 0 day, would it ‘cancel’ the password renewel policy ? Make the passnord never expire ? (I opened a ticket to know that, but no answer, and I need to know before the Production environment if impacted)Thanks in advance for your answers.Best regards,  MARECAR Farzana

User admin is not allowed to reach web application

Evry time i restart server i can't reach  web application and i dont get any error message when i hace this errors on fil logs of apache "User is not allowed to reach web application"I try to fix problem by reseting password from sql but im looking for real solution My centreon vesion 23.10.3Debian 11Installed on vmware workstation17I change some cpu resources so i give server  2 Gb ram and 1 cpu 2.6 Ghz

Centreon check http centreon_protocol_http.pl

Hi,I am just trying to replace our current home made shell script, used to monitor some web sites (with curl or weget)… by the centreon Plugin   centreon_protocol_http.plTo day we have custimized our custom shell script output as follow : OK: time to get page https://mywebsitehost/someting : 0.121768 - Page return Code is 200This is what is returned in the STATUS INFORMATION of the centreon probe.Having the name of the checked url is very usefull for us. Now with the centreon plugin : we only get : OK: response time 0.122s The plugin cmd line is like : /usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_protocol_http.pl --plugin=apps::protocols::http::plugin  --mode=response  --hostname=mywebsitehost  --proto='https'     --port='443'     --urlpath='/something'  ……..etc… I could not find how to make the checked url appear in the STATUS INFORMATION….Any idea ? Is is a shame as tthis plugin offeres many other options (Check different http_code, check page_content… etc) Thanks a lot.

Centron with remote SGBD : can't backup Database with crontab

Hello,I have a Centreon architecture with the remote SBDG.The Centreon backup partially works: On the central, no mariadb configuration is saved nor the Centreon database and centreon_storage.Is there a bug in the script or did I forget an rpm to install on the remote sgbd?ThanksPhilippe

Pollers not running and Database issue after upgrade from 21.10 to 23.10

I have upgraded/Migrated from 21.10.x to 23.10.13 and followed the steps in https://docs.centreon.com/docs/migrate/migrate-from-el-to-el/. Hitachi HNAS Monitoring Pack | Mode - virtual-volume-quotas

How to set specific trigger depends on disk name (windows)

Hi,i have a windows server 2016 with 2 disks C: and D:Currently i have my alerts based on this configuration :  But my problem is that D drive is almost 800Go and thus i don’t need to get the same values about when the disk space is at warning or critical.How can i have this configuration for my C: drive and a specific one for my D Drive ?Thank you

generic templates

I install VM version of Centreon and clear installation from with AlmaLinux 8.On VM version i see configured all commands and templates.On clear installation i dont have this.How i can get this all commands and templates?generic-active-host, generic-passive-host and generic-dummy-host I dont need all templates. I only need basic templates.This is basic templates, but they are not present in open source version.

Important change on 21.10 package repository

As you probably already know, Centreon 21.10 is not a supported version anymore (more information here).As a consequence, the RPM package repository for this version has been archived: it moved from https://packages.centreon.com/rpm-standard/21.10 to https://archives.centreon.com/standard/21.10.If your platform is still running 21.10 and you need to update it, please update your YUM or DNF repository configuration to handle this change.

New Hosts doesnt appear

Hello all,Since i upgrade my centreon (just server central no external poller) the new hosts doesnt appears in ressources status. Report on uptime - downtime show

I verified that the host report is showing as downtime, even though there is no downtime registered for the periodDuring this period we had a host with a down service but we did not have downtime registered. Is there a parameter to configure this exchange.

Bonjour,Export of objects with non ASCII characters is broken (from the UI as from CLAPI), example : Then the generated file can’t be imported, or if imported, it results in an object with a wrong name. (this is with 22.10.11 but as I saw nothing in the changelog about that I guess 22.10.15 still has this (very long lasting) bug.AFAIK, there isn’t any import/export solution in APIv2.Is this bug will be finally fixed someday ? Is the the APIv2 also has those encoding issues ? If not, is it planned to have an import/export functionality?I’m aware I can use SQL, or coding what’s necessary from the existing APIv2, but I can’t figure why it had never been fixed while some new fancy functionalities are developed. Is it so difficult technically? Or am I the only user who complains about that and considers that the fact to be limited to ASCII nowadays is unacceptable?I‘d really like to know  what the other users think, hence this post.

Can't remove services from Resources Status page

Hello,After removing poller from my Centreon 21.10.17 i still have 3 hosts related to deleted poller.I deleted them from hosts but they are still visible on status pages.​Do You have any idea how to delete those hosts ?

Status duration wrong?

Hi,After an upgrade from 22.10.11 to 22.10.15 I can see all the status duration for problems that roughly equal the time since I made the upgrade, not the time the status present.Is it something unavoidable, or is it a new bug? I never noticed this before.Also, a more general question: the old page has both “duration” and “hard duration”. Which one is the unique “duration” on the new page ? Why there aren’t both present anymore?

Centreon plugin centreon_nsclient_restapi.pl reports malformed UTF-8 character

Hi,We use the standard centreon Plugin ‘centreon_nsclient_restapi.pl ‘ (From centreon-plugin-Operatingsystems-Windows-Restapi-20230912-083720.el8.noarch)… to run multiple scripts on our remote servers.One of the script (powershell) reads and reports some log file content …. It is executed on a Windows 2019 serveur (The standard encoding on the powershell is UTF-8). The log file is a standard .txt file: If the logs files contains a line like :“ven. 2023-12-01 10:50:04    ERROR    Export_LyncCtrlDeviations    Nombre d'erreurs à vérifier”The result is : UNKNOWN: Cannot decode json response: malformed UTF-8 character in JSON string, at character offset 191 (before "\x{fffd}0080\x{fffd}...") at /usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_nsclient_restapi.pl line 162. The debug mode shows that It receives the string : ‘à vérifier’, like :      ▒\u0080▒ v▒\u0080\u009Arifier If I just remove the accented characters fron the file…. the plugins works well.“ven. 2023-12-01 10:50:04    ERROR    Export_Lync

Retrieving Host Groups and Associated Hosts via Centreon API

"Hello,I am working on generating KPIs on our Centreon platform (prod and dev) using the Centreon API. My goal is to retrieve the list of host groups with their associated hosts, both enabled and disabled.I have followed the documentation provided here: link to documentation. However, I am facing difficulties. I am working with Centreon 22.04.7.Is it possible to achieve this operation with API v1? I have successfully followed the steps in the documentation to generate a token; however, retrieving the list of host groups is not working as expected.Below is an excerpt of the Python script I used to generate the token,If you have any advice or guidance on how to obtain the list of host groups with their associated hosts, I would appreciate your assistance.Thank you,
