Bonjour, est-il possible via une version open source de centreon en 25.10. D’avoir via les tableaux de bords un graphique présentant la disponibilité des hôtes appartenant à un host group sur 1 mois par exemple ?

Hello,Here is the context: I want to have a single dashboard view for each customer.To do this, I created a viewerclientA user with a very restricted viewerclientA ACL that only allows read access to dashboards. In addition, I shared the relevant dashboard with my admin account for the viewerclientA account, so it can access it.However, they cannot see certain widgets on the dashboard. Could you please advise me on the changes that need to be made to the ACL in order to gain access?The error message can be seen in the photo.​​​​​​  

Hi,I recently updated to version 24.10.15 from 24.10.14I also updated some third party plugins at the same time.Since that update I have had the problem that occassionally the services running the plugins (Dell iDRAC among others) are timed out after a while. Could be every other hour or after a day or two.All services using those plugins are moved to “Unknown” with information “(Process Timeout)”Restarting the poller in the GUI solves the problem but why is this happening and any solution?Running the same plugin in the CLI works without any problems so it seems to be a poller issue. OK: All 2 components are ok [2/2 psus]. | 'PSU1#hardware.powersupply.power.watt'=200W;;;0; 'PSU2#hardware.powersupply.power.watt'=180W;;;0; 'hardware.psu.count'=2;;;;Checking poer suppliespower supply 'PSU1' status is 'ok' [instance: 1.1] [value: 200]power supply 'PSU2' status is 'ok' [instance: 1.2] [value: 180]  

Hello, Since the update from 24.10.15 to 24.10.18, the graph date picker is broken on our instance.Quick time ranges like “Last 3 hours” are working normally but if we want to zoom on a graph or set a manual time range, it fails 100%. The issue comes from the Javascript not selecting the right start/end date for the API call. In browser console we’ve got messages like :moment-timezone-with-data.min.js:1 Moment Timezone has no data for 2026-02-03 09:48. hi,I want use assume role with plugin AWS. ex: Amazon RDSmy poller is a aws instance with right role.my poller need proxy for get cloudwatch metrics.aws say than to set environnement variable 'no_proxy' in my case.what is the best practice to set environement variable ‘no_proxy’ for all check of poller.

Hello,Before updating to 25.10.5, OpenTickets was working correctly.Since the update, I now get the following error message: "cannot find provider".  In my rule, the connection test is OK.In the widget, I can also select the rule without any issue.Do you have any idea what could be causing this problem?I already tried to downgrade and re-upgrade the module: UPDATE modules_informations SET mod_release = '25.10.0' WHERE name = 'centreon-open-tickets'; Then I re-updated it using the orange update button, but the issue is still there.

Hello,We’re facing an issue on our side with Centreon.When a host stops responding or is powered off, we receive all alerts for every service in DOWN or UNKNOWN state, which amounts to around thirty emails per host.I would like to ensure that if a server no longer responds to ping, only that alert is sent to the team responsible for that host, and not the 30 other emails related to services that are no longer responding.Is there an easy mechanism to implement so that we no longer receive all service alerts when the host is not responding, and only get the notification that the host is unreachable?I have seen the “parent-child” dependency mechanism, but it has to be configured host by host, and I would like to implement this for several hundred servers.Thank you,Laurent

Hello everyone,I tried to update Centreon from version 24.10.12 to 25.10.5 yesterday. The update process worked as expected, but after the update, there were some unexpected issues.I could not delete hosts and services, could not create new templates, and could not edit existing templates. In some cases, Sometimes when saving it would just throw an empty page. I couldn't find any errors in the log files, and the UI did not throw any exceptions either. Cloning services, hosts, and templates works as expected.I was just wondering if this is a known bug that will be fixed in the next minor update or if this is an edge case.For testing, I disabled SELinux and removed any security-related, non-Centreon HTTPD configuration.Thanks in advance!

Hello, since a migration from the 24.10 platform to the 25.10 on a RHEL9 server (central server with the embed poller), after migration, most macros that were defined on the host don’t seem to be decrypted correctly by the poller.I’m seeing many logs like  fail to decrypt content of macro _HOSTCUSTOM_MACRO: Decryption finalization failed: error:1C800064:Provider routines::bad decryptI have followed correctly the upgrade steps from the documentation and especially for the poller to extract the symetric key at Upgrade from Centreon 24.10 | Centreon Documentation Does anyone face that issue yet ?

Hello,Since the upgrade from 23.04 to 25.10, we cannot filter the performance graph list.When we type the beginning of a research (e.g ping) → looks like it does a filter and then shows all our existing probes.Are we the only one with this issue ?Best Regards,

After following all the steps for Installing a Central server I can’t seem to be able to open the webUI to continue the installation. The site can’t be reached. I am trying to install it on RHEL 9. Hello,Since upgrading to Centreon 25.10, I noticed a change in the Configuration interface.When browsing Hosts or Services, I can no longer: See the total number of hosts or services Display more than 100 entries in the list (pagination or total count seems to be missing) In previous versions, it was possible to view the total count and navigate beyond 100 objects.Is this: An intentional UI/UX change in 25.10? A known limitation or bug? Something configurable ?  Thank you.
