Change of behavior of CLAPI between 24.10.2 and 24.10.3 (on empty returns)

Hi =) I just upgraded from 24.10.2 to 24.10.3 last week, and I just found a change of behavior of the CLAPI. I think I’m “stretching” the use of the CLAPI and maybe I’m not following best practices, so feel free to give me feedback on how you would do those tasks When I create a new project / new VMs in an existing project, I like to check if the host already exists via this CLAPI, to only apply my “auto_checks_conf” to newcommers and not get an error message like “This host already exists”I used to check with commands like this one : centreon -u admin -p '*****' -o HOST -a show -v "{{ Hostname }}"What I used to get as a return when there were no existing hosts : id;name;alias;address;activateWhat I have now :id;name;alias;address;activateReturn code end :Here is a more complete show of what I try to do in the end (ansible, I’d understand to not have help on this part as this is not directly related to centreon) :  - name: check si host existe shell: centreon -u admin -p '*****' -o H

Widget - "Order by" function doesn't work with hosts

Hello,After creating a Host-monitoring type widget, it seems that the “Order By” function doesn’t work.Be it with the IP address, duration...etc..Whatever the parameter I chose, weither it’s by ascending or descending order, the order of the Hosts that are displayed never changes.The function works fine with services though.Does anyone encountered this issue ? Can anyone help, please ?Thank you in advance for your kind help and advices.

New usage for Severity level

Hello everyone,I'm facing an issue while trying to use the severity level to create a ticket with a priority level in our custom ITSM system. Here's the approach I've followed so far:I've created a severity field within the categories. However, I'm stuck on the following points: It's not possible to retrieve the severity level directly from the service or host in a macro within the notification command. It's not possible to retrieve this information via command line (CLAPI v1) or REST API v1. This is preventing the creation of the ticket with the correct priority based on the severity.I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas or solutions to resolve this.I considered creating a special macro on all hosts/services, but I would prefer to use the existing setup as it is already

Cannot process message type 'SENDCBCFGthrowing it away.

Module MAP 24.10 ne fonctionne plus après mise à jour

Bonjour,Le module MAP qui fonctionnait en version 22.10 n’est plus fonctionnel en 24.10.Le service est bien démarré mais il n’écoute pas sur le port 9443. J’ai ouvert un ticket chez Centreon mais toujours pas de solution. cordialement, Laurent.

23.04 : No route found for "GET /api/latest/auto-discovery/scheduling/jobs" after upgrade

Installation to a private / air gapped network.

Hello. I have local centreon repo sync.Repos that I have are:centreon-24.10-stablecentreon-24.10-stable-noarchcentreon-plugins-24.10-stablecentreon-plugins-24.10-stable-noarch Trying to install v24.10 on Red Hat 9.‘centreon-mariadb’ installes fine.But ‘centreon’ pakcage needs loads on perl dependencies. How to use Centreon Linux SSH plugin to execute a shell script on a remote server

Hi,I added centreon_linux_ssh plugin to be able to execute some shell scripts on remote servers. I generated public/private ssh keys.I copied the public key on my remote server.I tested connection to the remote server without password and it’s works fine. But how to use macros to execute my script ? My script is based on remote server: Remote server IP: 10.200.10.1 Path of the script: /usr/share/snmp/my-scripts/vmpro.sh The script return the status of a running server (OK, CRITICAL or UNKNOWN. Here is my service created:  Thank you for help

Dés-enregister un poller suite à erreur sur le nom

Salut,J’ai enregistré un poller sur un cenral mais je mes suis trompé dans le nom que je devais lui donner. Si je tente de refaire la manipulation avec le bon nom il me dit qu’un poller avec cette IP est déjà connu et il semblerait quðil n’y ai pas d’option pour annuler le premier enregistrement.Je commençais à regarder en BDD voir si et où je pouvais agir mais je ne voudrais pas tout péter.Il y a un moyen moins bricolage  pour faire ça ?  Et s’il faut éditer directement en base : c’est quelle(s) table(s) précisément ?EN: How do I revert the action of adding a poller via the script registerServerTopology.sh? So I would be able to add the same one again but with with the right name.

Remove hosts from probe that does not exist

Hi,I have an issue - poller went down permanently before I was able to remove them from monitoring. So now they are in the main view all the time. How do I remove them? I found a topic: but there is no good explanation how to remove them from monitoring properly, without causing any new issues after deleting hosts from SQL?

Probem with Alert Count Display on Centreon Dashboard

Subject: Probem with Services Count Display on Centreon Dashboard  Hello,I am experiencing an issue with Centreon dashboard widgets (grid and chart)  where it displays 72 services , although in reality, there are only 18 services on this Host. Do you have any solutions for this problem?I would like to understand why this bug is occurring and how to resolve it.  ps: I am on Centreon 24.04.7 Thank you for your help

Can't export poller after 'PATCH' a host

Hi everyone, I’m running 24.04, and try to use the APIv2 to maintain some HostGroup to Host  by script.I can do what I want, but maybe I have a ‘bug’:I use a command method ‘PATCH’ to update a single Host configuration, by modifying only the ‘groups’ item (by passing an array of integer (of HostGroup ID)).https://docs-api.centreon.com/api/centreon-web/24.10/#tag/Host/paths/~1configuration~1hosts~1%7Bhost_id%7D/patchThat work like a charm BUT, after doing that, I can’t export poller configuration anymore.It seems like this command add a ‘null’ value to Host Categories:After that if I go to the host configuration, clic the cross to ‘delete’ host category (but in fact, there is none), and save. Then I can export poller configuration again.Does someone have a way to update only ‘groups’ for a ‘host’ ?

Je suis donc à l'étape 3. Ainsi, après renseigné la commande "/usr/share/centreon/bin/registerServerTopology.sh -u admin -t poller -h X.X.X.X -n HOSTNAMEduPOLLER" j'ai l'erreur suivante: "date - ERROR - http://X.X.X.X:80 {"message":API calling the Central returned a Client exception : HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized returned for \"monURL/centreon/api/v23.04/login\"."}Je comprends qu'il y a un problème de droits entre le RS et le Central mais je ne sais pas comment corriger. Merci par avance pour votre aide. Cordialement.

Remote server not running only locally

Hello,I already had a remote server in CentOs7I reinstalled a new server in Alma 9 and when trying to put it into service I had this problem.The remote server is "Not Running" only on itself, but appears online on the central server.Central:Remote server:  The communication works because when I restart the remote I can see the uptime updating on the central.I checked all my services they are up: CBD, centre-engine, centreon, gorgoned, centreontrapd By checking in /var/log/Centreon-broker with the “poller-broker.log” file I have this error message: [warning] Poller '' with id 0 already known as connected. Working with arguments on Traps OID

Hi team,I’m trying to monitor 2 services with TRAPS.Both services are using the same OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.6889.2.2.1.2.0.29  => service down.1.3.6.1.4.1.6889.2.2.1.2.0.30 => service up To understand which service is down, the argument $5 send the number of service (Integer): 1 => Voicemail4 => OneX Portal   I don’t know how to use advanced matching rule to output the argument $5 for each service. I tried that but it’s not working fine:   Thank you for help
