Issue to add a new poller on 22.10

Hi all,We would like to add a 4th poller, we have follow the procedure to add them, poller work well but central can’t see them.I open a ticket to the support , after 2 webex we are in the same issue.Did you have see the same situation ?(we use an external MariaDB 10.6) Thanks

Using Centreon Command Line Api Remotely

Hi,We have here Centreon 22.04.We use the clapi binary on our Central Server to manipulate Centreon objects: particulary to import /build hosts, hosttempletes, servicestemplates ...etcThe binary is provided by the package "centreon-web-22.04.7-5.el7.centos.noarch"EX:/usr/share/centreon/bin/centreon -u admin -p XXX -o HG -a show/usr/share/centreon/bin/centreon -u admin -p XXX -i my_file.txt  # THIS WILL IMPORT THE CONTENT OF THE FILE Now we need to run this but from another linux server (Not on the Central), be I wonder how it is possible : ? Install the binary but how to specify where is the Centreon environment (database) to modify.In other words : we need to run imports/creation of centreon objects remotely.Has anyone already done this before ?I know ‘centctl’ : but is from community and not supported by Centreon …Thanks a lot !

 After a fresh install with packages on Debian 11.I read all about it and even I wrote a post with some errors.In /var/log/centreon-broker/central-broker-master.log there a some errors The error have sense cause cbd is listening on 0.0.0.0 Since I tried this before. Centreon map 22.10 (problem displaying the map)

Hello,I am testing the new version of Centreon Map (22.10), the problem is that when I click on a map to view it, sometimes it works and displays the map, sometimes it doesn't show anything for a second and returns to the maps list page, so I have to click on the map two or three times to be able to display it.Here are some photos:if I want to display the map named “myMap”, it will display like this for a secondthen it’s rollback to maps list pageI have to repeat the process two or three times to be able to display myMap Thank you for your help.

Automate Linux NRPE3 plugin installation by Ansible

Auto-completion in the search bar of the Resources Status page

Hi,Currently, in the search bar, if there are some suggested entries, hitting Enter automatically selects the first suggested entry. If you don’t want to select this entry, you must hit Escape before hitting Enter (or entering a space character).I’d prefer having to use the down arrow key to select the first entry, and so, hitting Enter would search for what’s effectively in the search bar, not he first suggested entry.I understand this is quite a matter of personal preferences. To illustrate that both behaviors exist: - the Chrome address bar behave like the current behavior in Centreon: it automatically selects the first suggested entry - the search bar in the Google home page behaves the right way, 😉:  it goes for what’s effectively written in the input field.In many cases, the suggested entry that the user wants will not be the first, so the user will have to use the down arrow key. Centreon server high CPU since few days

Hello ! I have the alert “high CPU usage” (100%) on my Centreon server since last week, no major changeapart from some added traffic data services, used version is 22.10.1. This alert is always active, it never stops.I upgraded to 22.10.6 and error is always present. OS is CentOS 7.I checked with top command and the problematic process seems to be “centreontrapdforward”.I don't know what else to do, can you help me ?Thank you.

Downtime and renaming of a service

Hi,Currently, if a service which is in a downtime period is renamed, cancelling the downtime doesn’t work. It requires the engine to be restarted, a simple reload isn’t sufficient. In addition, after the restart, the downtime, while effectively cancelled, is still shown as “Nerver started” in the downtime list.Is it something that one can expect to be fixed? If it can’t be handled as if the service hasn’t been renamed, could it be possible that a simple reload does the job? Because restarting the engine on a poller with thousands of service isn’t something which is absolutely transparent: it takes a couple of minutes and the poller may appear as not running for a little while and services as being in a unknown state.As a service has an ID, changing its description (ie: name) shouldn’t have an impact on downtimes.If it can’t be fixed because it would require too much modification of the code, would it be possible to prevent the renaming with a message telling that the service can’t be r

Problem with Acknowledging and Warnings.

Hi,Have problems like:When acknowledged Waring, for reason disk F is 80% full and next/other partition like E will reach alert level service is still on the acknowledged status and did not notify me. There is an option that automatically disacknowle when a status reports another problem? When the status changed to critical it works I have a notify, but when another disk is on warning does nothing.

Hola, recientemente instalé el centreon 20.04 todo termina correctamente, al ingresar a la url todo el proceso se hace bien, me conecto con admin y la contraseña y entra el problema mucho después de esto ya que la pantalla de carga de centreon no termina y espero por hasta 1 hora y nunca deja de cargarse.

Hello everyone, I have an issue to understand quite few things about the api requests.i followed that tutorial https://docs.centreon.com/docs/api/rest-api-v2/ to configure correctly postman to get the api token and everything.I did the best i could but here i am with my problem: i’m on the GET request Gorgone poller reponses token on the params folder. On the “path variables” page, i can change de poller_id with the one of my poller, but the token one is quite a mystery for me.here is the default config for the token with the value ex ea dolorand here is one of my attempt with the token i got from the login request where can i find the right value for the Gorgone id ?  Looking forward your help,

Another error following a data migration from 20.04 to a 22.10 (22.10.5) plateform

Hi,I did the data migration again (I have to, because our 20.04 platform continues to live and our 22.10 isn’t released yet as our new production platform).Once again, although the upgrade scripts showed no error. I get a new problem I didn’t had when migrating on previous 22.10 minor versions (!). I can’t upgrade the plugin pack because of this : Luckily I have another 22.10.5 platform (for which I don’t have to refresh the data regularly) so I think I’ll be able to fix this issue, but I wonder if it would not be possible for Centreon QA team to test all upgrade’s and migration’s procedures before releasing a new version? Or if developers could avoid modifying the data structure for minor/bugfix versions?Also, although the configuration of our five pollers has been migrated the same way (automated by a script), only four are able to generate and push the configuration. One can’t, it doesn’t generate the files in /var/cache/centreon/config/<poller ID> but get stuck after creating
