23.10 Broker BAM Reporting filter error, suspected bug

ESX UNKNOWN: Container connection problem

Hello,I'm trying to set up monitoring for an ESX server and I've encountered some difficulties that I'd like to share here to get some help.I've installed the Vmware ESX plugin and configured the container as follows: When executing the command: /usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_vmware_connector_client.pl --plugin=apps::vmware::connector::plugin --custommode=connector --connector-hostname=127.0.0.1 --container=default --verbose --mode=tools-vm -- display-description --vm-hostname='vxr1-witness' --filter I get the following error message: UNKNOWN: Container connection problem.I also checked the Centreon interface, where I receive the same error message : Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the ping to the ESX server is functioning properly : The user configured in the container is an administrator, so it doesn't seem to be a permissions issue.Checking the logs in /var/log/centreon/centreon_vmware.log, I found the following lines:Use of uninitialized value $server_from_url in trans

Centreon Graph logs export error

Hi Centreon Support Team,Currently we have an issue with exporting graph logs it gives me blank page and nothing exportsOnly solution way is to split its charts and it exports successfully but it creates additional work for us because it is splitting charts. Centreon Version:Centreon 21.10.13

Bonjour,Je suis en train de créer un Poller, en suivant cette doc : À partir des paquets | Centreon Documentation et je dois maintenant enregistrer le Poller sur le Remote Server. Je suis donc à l'étape 3. Ainsi, après renseigné la commande "/usr/share/centreon/bin/registerServerTopology.sh -u admin -t poller -h X.X.X.X -n HOSTNAMEduPOLLER" j'ai l'erreur suivante: "date - ERROR - http://X.X.X.X:80 {"message":API calling the Central returned a Client exception : HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized returned for \"monURL/centreon/api/v23.04/login\"."}Je comprends qu'il y a un problème de droits entre le RS et le Central mais je ne sais pas comment corriger. Merci par avance pour votre aide. Cordialement.

ERROR - [sshclient] Connect method: connect failed: No path to reach target host

Hi everyone, Since I migrated a centreon server from version 18.10 to version 22.10, I get the following error in the gorgoned.log : When I access the Centreon login page, I also get the following error as well as the following error in the browser's code inspector:  I've done a lot of research but I think the solution must be quite simple, the server is running under Centos 7. Thanks for your help :)

A new spurious behavior with downtimes, never observervd before

Hi,When I set those downtimes I checked if they were effectively set, that was the case (apparently). But today I learn that one of our users told me he had to set another downtime because there wasn’t any. Checking the downtime list I see this: So, those downtimes were started, canceled, but also never started.Who cares about new fancy dashboards and responsive design when basics things like downtimes do this? Maybe an executive manager who decides what tool is the best after reading a commercial leaflet and is in position to pay for it, but clearly not the technicians and engineers who do need to get things done. IMHO of course!

Centreon HA 23.10 Page BAM 404

Hello, I've set up a Centreon 23.10 HA cluster and installed the BAM extension modules. However, I'm encountering an issue where all menu items are non-functional except for the BAM and Business pages, which return a 404 error.Is this a common issue? Specifically, the following paths are returning 404 errors:/centreon/configuration/bam/ba/centreon/configuration/bam/bvs Could you advise on how to resolve this? Thank you!

Plugins non accecible debian 12

Bonjour, J’ai installé sur une machine debian 12 (fresh install) centreon. Tous est ok sauf….. Les plugins.Après plusieurs recherches, il est spécifié dans l’installation, une partie “Proxy”, sauf que nous n’en avons pas, la machine fait bien ces mises à jour debian, télécharge les paquets sur les repository, etc.Même si je télécharge les plugins avec debian, centreon ne veut rien savoir. J’ai testé de faire l’installation chez moi en perso, tout fonctionne.Du coup, je me pose des questions. Est-il obligatoire d’avoir un proxy ?Par quel port passe le Monitoring Connector Mannager afin d’afficher les plugins sur la page ? Voici à quoi ressemble ma page : Merci de votre aide,Cdt,

Search bar of the Resource Status page

Hi, on https://docs.centreon.com/docs/alerts-notifications/resources-status/#cql-criteria  I can read:  You can use regular expressions. Wildcards are not supported: a search pattern starting with a * is not valid.So `.*` isn’t supported anymore? But it seems than things like `[0-9]` aren’t either. So my question is, what regex I may use there?Use of regex was one of the rare amelioration this new page has, so I’m a bit disappointed. Second question, does a stabilization in how the search works is planned or will be there some other modifications in the future?

Graphics partially work

Hello, I configured a fresh install of Centreon version 23.10.6 few months ago and I'm experiencing a strange problem with the service graphs.Some of them stop filling up after a random time but information collected are still correct, only the graph is impacted. SNMP v2c and v3 with a snmp user have been configured and tested on Windows and Linux to contact monitored servers. This happens randomly on Windows or Linux, sometimes in the same subnet (so not a firewall issue), sometimes not, and randomly on SNMP v2 or v3. On the same monitored host, not all services are impacted.When I restart the poller, graphics works for about 1 or 2 hours, then stop filling up.Does anyone have any ideas?Thank you in advance,Regards.

Is there a way to make alert notifications per user? That is, only one slack channel is notified (for example, in my case I use slack) of all alerts from hosts/services to which a given user has access.

Problem when import configuration file

Hi !I meet a problem when i import my exported files.Context : i exported all the services in one file.zip with the import/export centreon tools.I need to re-deploy my centreon virtual machine and re-install it.Before it, i exported 3 files : the hosts the services the commandsI redeployed/reinstalled the VM and Centreon and with my new instance, i imported the 3 files. The first problem is that when i import anything, i got the message ‘please wait… this process can take several minutes’.But after a long moment i refresh the page, export the poller configuration and reload it, and i see that i got new hosts for example.But for the services and commands, i imported it and there are a lot of missing from my exported configuration.I try to compare my previous configuration and new, and there are a lot of differences, somes commands was not imported, same for the services etc…Is someone met this problem already ?Is someone has a solution for me please ?Regards.Olivier

Hi team,I’m trying to monitor 2 services with TRAPS.Both services are using the same OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.6889.2.2.1.2.0.29  => service down.1.3.6.1.4.1.6889.2.2.1.2.0.30 => service up To understand which service is down, the argument $5 send the number of service (Integer): 1 => Voicemail4 => OneX Portal   I don’t know how to use advanced matching rule to output the argument $5 for each service. I tried that but it’s not working fine:   Thank you for help

How to avoid to many oradiag files for check centreon_oracle.pl?

Hi, I have a poller with many Oracle databases monitored by Centreon’s plugin centreon_oracle.pl.But I have a lot of trace files in directory “/var/tmp/oradiag_centreon-engine/diag/clients/user_centreon-engine/host_<123456789>_<123>/trace”.This leads my poller to ran out of inodes:Filesystem                                Inodes   IUsed  IFree IUse% Mounted on[...]/dev/mapper/vg0-racine                   1237888 1237888      0  100% /[...] There is a way to avoid that?
