Auto Discovery - ERRO

Poller Errors -> Centreon 23.10

Dashboard Centreon metrics can't be read in widget type "Top/bottom" but can be in "Single metric"

Hello, I’d like to use the Dashboard feature to see the remaining percentage of ink of multiple printers. If I try to use the “Single metric” Widget it works as you can see bellow :  However when I put the same Datast selection in the “Top/bottom” Widget I have a “metrics not found” error :  As said above, I would like to monitor multiple printers that way that’s why using the “Single metrics” widget on all printers plus all color (black, cyan, magenta, yellow) is not comfortable at all and would like to use 4 “Top/bottom” Widgets instead (one for each color). If you know a way to fix this issue, I request your assistance. If you need further information feel free to ask.

NVIDIA GPU SMI SSH correctly installed but cant see template when adding a host

Hello, i have successfully installed the manager :  However, it does not show when trying to add a host :  Licensed activated for 100 hosts and i didnt install anything yet other than that manager. I have followed the tutorial at https://docs.centreon.com/pp/integrations/plugin-packs/procedures/hardware-devices-nvidia-gpu-smi-ssh/#prerequisites all the way to the “Add a new Host and apply the HW-Device-Nvidia-Gpu-Smi-SSH-custom Host Template step” Thanks

Authentification SAML Error Contact does not exist

Hi,I’m meeting an issue, I configured the SAML authentification with my IdP Cyberark. The redirection on my IdP is fine but when I’m trying to authenticate i got the error Contact does not exist.But I can see the new user/contact created in the the centreon list (I use the Auto import users fonctionnality). I don’t see any error with SAML tracer.Any idea ?Regards,

Centreon is showing host down but found up

Hi all. I am using Centreon 23.10 version.I followed the installation procedure and host add procedure from online documents.All are good, but sometimes it shows some hosts are down but when I check it is found okay and not down for many days.What is the solution?

Basic cmd-return check command parsing issue ( " option '?' requires an argument " )

Hello all Trying to create a simple check command based on SSH cmd-return mode (following )I have created this simple check command : /usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_linux_ssh.pl --plugin=os::linux::local::plugin --hostname=$HOSTADDRESS$ --ssh-backend='libssh' --ssh-username='centreon-monitoring'  --ssh-priv-key='/var/lib/centreon-engine/.ssh/id_rsa'  --mode=cmd-return --exec-command=/usr/bin/true    --manage-returns='0,OK,OK#1,CRITICAL,KO#,UNKNOWN,Problem' But command fails, log (connector-ssh.log) shows : “[core] [error] fail to parse cmd line /usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_linux_ssh.pl <...> option '?' requires an argument Any idea on the missing argument  ? Thank you

centreon_storage.data_bin table schema design?

Is there a reason why ctime column on data_bin table is not indexed?Without indexes partitioning and purging requires a full table scan, and with performance metrics collection this table can get _extremely_ large which makes aforementioned tasks very slow, I am  now watching a purge processwhich has been running several days now ..

Licence IT100 : Ajouter token

Bonjour,Pour des tests, j’ai installé deux serveurs centreon avec une licence IT100. Sur le serveur que j’ai décidé de garder, j’ai une erreur lors de l’ajout d’un nouveau token. Lorsque je regarde dans le fichier  /var/log/centreon/license-manager.log, j’ai l’erreur :{“code”:409, “message”: “Instance already registered.”, “company”:“@LACCESS.xxxxxxxxx-6b07ed664219”, “fingerprint”: “XXXXXXX-XXXXX”}.l’empreinte dans le message d’erreur ainsi que dans le fichier de licence ne correspond pas à l’empreinte de mon serveur. J’ai créé un nouveau compte pour demander un nouveau token mais même erreur.J’ai essayé de supprimer le fichier de licence, d’exécuter une requête sql pour supprimer complétement la licence mais rien ne change, j’ai toujours la même erreur.Pourtant lorsque je regarde sur l’interface web, la licence est bien ajoutée mais impossible de télécharger des plugins. Si quelqu’un a déjà rencontré ce problème, merci d’avance pour votre aide.

Set the AuthnContextClassRef attribute in the SAML Request

Hi,recently, we implemented SAML-Login with Microsoft Azure following the YouTube tutorial from Centreon (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vilNJPxz25U). This configuration works well for most users, however, we encounter an error when users are already authenticated elsewhere with another method (X509 for instance).We noticed that Centreon sends the following in the SAML-Request: <saml:AuthnContextClassRef>      urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:ac:classes:PasswordProtectedTransport</saml:AuthnContextClassRef>We would like to change the Authentication Context from “PasswordProtectedTransport” to “unspecified”, as this resolved the same issue on another application. I was unable to find any information on configuring this in the documentation (https://docs.centreon.com/docs/connect/saml/). Any help would be much appreciated.

Since I’ve upgraded to version 24.04, the hosts or services I add to the distant pollers don’t appear in Resource Status

Quel est la longueur max de key_field svp ?J’envoi de la donnée mais trop a priori et le Centreon dit “no row return” ce qui est faux en plus. Décidément la documentation Centreon est bien pauvre versus le prix du produit….Nous ne sommes pas non plus débordé par les réponses sur ce forum ou même par les réponses aux tickets du support officiel…. Quel Galère !!!

Migrate Central and poller on an another VM

What are the best practices for migrating a central server and a poller?Old debian 11 architecture : 1 central 1 poller on (centreon 24.04)New debian12 architecture : 1 central 1 poller on (centreon 24.04)ps: I cannot upgrade the system because my VMs are in the cloud and it is not recommended on Azure and not functional.I have the backups YYYY-MM-DD-central.tar.gz, YYYY-MM-DD-centreon.sql.gz, YYYY-MM-DD-centreon_storage.sql.gz and YYYY-MM-DD-centreon-engine .tar.gz.
