Centreon Map 23.10 Duplicate Keys

Hello everyone,I’ve been testing Centreon with the IT-100 license and am trying to manage my Aruba Instant On 1960 switch. However, I’m encountering some issues. Specifically, I’m unable to retrieve any information from the switch.The switch is connected, and the ping works fine. However, when I try to retrieve the CPU usage, my new service called "Aruba1_cpu" uses the “Net-aruba-Instant-Ap-Usage-SNMP” model, but the status shows:"OK: total access points: 0."Could anyone help me understand why this is happening and how I can resolve it?

Centreon 22.10.25 - Problem with partitioning centreon_storage.logs

Hello,I need help with centreon_storage database partitioning.After Centreon update from 21.10.15 to 22.10.25 table logs has been corrupted, and i cant select any data from that table. I also cant delete that table (same message occurs). Here is table files list:   Did You have any solution for that problem?

Rest API v2 - Error while searching for service templates

Hi.My Centreon is IT100 24.04.7 and I’m playing with Rest API v2.I try to get a service template by searching for its name or its id but I always have a code 500 with the following message: “Error while searching for service templates”. Error while searching by name On the other hand, the search for template services works well when I don’t put any search in query parameters. Ok with no search parameterWhat am I doing wrong? Is it a known bug?

How to monitor service running under systemd (RHEL and Ubuntu)

I am trying to monitor the service running under systemd on my RHEL 9 and Ubuntu 22.04 servers but I cannot make it work.I did install nrpe4 on the client machine and I am able to launch some commands from the centreon poller.However, I cannot find the check commands for systemd :-( Thank you.Regards.

Net-Aruba-Instant-SNMPv3 not able to read number of access points

Hello,I am having some trouble finding a solution to following issue.When using the Net-Aruba-Instant-SNMPv3 template to check AP-usage, I get this result: There are 55 AP’s in this controller but it seems he is not able to retrieve this.I can use this with other Aruba controllers but not this one:  Any help would really be appreciated!

disable notification or disable check

Himy actual plaform is the centreon 2.8.19i’m working on the new version centreon 22.10. in the new version, there is no option to disable check or notification in the ressources view. my supervisors (n2 or n1) use this options frequently. Is it a new regular usual of the new centreon version? is there an option to reactivate there ?Davud

Upgrade 23.10 => 24.04.7 some issue and how we solved them

Hello !During update from 23.10 to 24.04.7 we faced to some issues (that we do not have on preprod env...)here is some of them and how we solved them (if it may help others users !) : FYI : We are running the Central on Debian 11 with a deported dedicated MariaDB.Just after upgrade => We had to edit /usr/share/centreon/www/class/centreonDB.class.php and then comment the line with the call to function “logSqlError” Then we faced to a second error :“UPGRADE - 24.04.0: Unable to add column is_internal to table widget_models”=> On DB Centreon it has been fixed with :  “alter table widget_models ROW_FORMAT=DYNAMIC;” And Last : we got an error on installCoreWidgets (probably due to multiple refresh due to the errors) on “install Core Widgets” solved by commenting //$installCoreWidgets(); in file /usr/share/centreon/www/install/php/Update-24.04.0.php If it may help some other user !Regards

Issue with Duplicate Alert Count on Centreon Dashboard

Subject: Issue with Duplicate Alert Count on Centreon Dashboard Hello,I am experiencing an issue with one of my Centreon dashboard where it displays 4 services in a "Warning" state, although in reality, there are only 2 services in that state on this Host. It appears that the dashboard is doubling the number of alerts displayed.Do you have any solutions for this problem? Poller not generating broker log, as well as centreon-engine log

Hi,I am using alma 9- 24.04.5 for poller.my poller is not generating broker log and also centengine.log only showing  [core] [info] poller with ‘’ id 0 connected.On central poller. I checked central-broker-master.log and it showing error as follows:-[tcp] [error] TCP: connection refused to poller_IP:5669   [processing][error] failover connection-to-poller-name: global error: failover: connection-to-poller-name cannot Connect endpoint.What might be the issue?

Bug On Web interface remote server =configuration host enable

Hello, i just done 2 fresh install with automatic script for version 24.04.From central web gui, i “ve attached a remote server. On web Gui ot remote server, why the configuration host and poller is enable??? i thought it’s was disable once the remote server is attached to central?regards

APIv2 host service template auto creation

Hi,I'm new to Centreon (24.04), and I'm probably missing something.I want to add my host via the API (using Ansible). I managed to do it using this endpoint: /centreon/api/latest/configuration/hosts.The host creation is successful, and it's linked to the correct template, but no services are created.How can I achieve this, similar to the option in the host creation GUI that says "Create Services linked to the Template too"?I've looked everywhere in the API documentation but couldn't find any clues: https://docs-api.centreon.com/api/centreon-web/#tag/Host.Can someone please help?

contact problems between my web server and my mariadb database since debian 12 when installing centreon on the web interface

Hello everyone, I have just installed centreon on a debian 12 vm based on proxmox. During my installation, I noticed at step 6 that I don't have access to my mariadb screen database. Distant Poller does not reload and stop at Generating Files

centengine.log file size incresing endlessly

Hello All.My first question on this forum !I migrated our Centreon server to Debian 11 one year ago and sized all the volumes as per the recommandations. Lv_log is 10 GB. The version of Centreon is 24.04.7I recently remarked this volume was full because of the file /var/log/centreon-engine/centengine.log. There is enough free space on the volume group so I increased the size of the logical volume.But this file is increasing at a rate of about 6 MB per day, it’s size is now 7,6 GB. I don’t see any option to save an history of the file and start with a empty new one.Am I missing something ?Have a nice day.

Performance issue with Centreon's database

Hello,Since upgrading to Centreon 23.10 (since 21.10), I've been experiencing frequent slowdowns in the Web UI.From time to time, I have to restart the Centreon server to restore service.Analysis has shown that a very specific request is the cause. This query crushes the performance of the MySQL server.
