Hello,I configured traps on my Centreon server to receive alarms from an Avaya PBX (IP Office R11.1).The constructor Avaya use base OID for multiple traps, for example all alarms related to licensing issue are defined on this OID:.1.3.6.1.4.1.6889.2.2.1.2.0.46 = when the alarm is active.1.3.6.1.4.1.6889.2.2.1.2.0.47 = when the alarm is clearedAnd the constructor use specific codes to identify which type of license is identified for the trap:  I used iReasoning MIB browser to receive traps from the PBX, here is the result for all licensing traps (with same OID) : Question: How can I do to be able to create all my licensing services to monitor ?Because right now, I cannot create two services with the same OID: Thank you for helpRegards  

Hello ! I’m configuring the dependence settings for my Centreon system. And i have encountered a problem which block me from getting what i want to achieve. Here is a global view of my situation :I’ve set up a Centreon system consisted of 1 main server and 1 poller. The main server supervises the whole central LAN including at least some linux servers. The poller supervises everything outside of the central LAN, basicly remote LANs with some linux servers inside, and routers/ peplinks interconnecting remote LANs to the central one. What i want to do is to set up a chaine of dependency outside of the central LAN, more specifically, a chain such as :poller (inside the central LAN) => router A => peplink B => linux server C (inside a remote LAN)So when peplink B or router A is down, i wish that no checks nor notifications of C will be performed. The problem is, some checks (RAM, CPU, Disk...) of server C is arranged in a service by group manner, as i have a large group of linux s

Hello Community,Since many year we could see Connector about Perl, SSH, VMware and most recently AS400.By concept a connector improve the use of plugins by a better forking process maybe, participate to reduce the load of poller, better consumpation of RAM, a better usage of the API requested, etc..The connector for VMware who is called daemon is mandatory, for the AS400 same thing.About the Perl and SSH, there is a person we implement this connector and saw the difference, the reduction of load and others ?Is it a way to reduce the load of a poller ?I don't see any benchmark about that, so i ask this question.Regards,Greg

Hi, Is it possible to display the result of an SQL query that is executed on the central server? For example I am able to execute any query with tsql from my centreon server in CLI. but I would like to display it in centreon. It is not yet possible to do this? It's a shame because Centréon's competitors all offer this today!Thanks in advance!

Hi I installed CentOS 8 Centreon on 21.10. I added centreon host monitoring and upgraded to Centreon on 4/22.Everything works fine on port 80.I have secured the server by configuring https according to the instructions from https://docs.centreon.com/docs/administration/secure-platform/#creating-a-self-signed-certificateI added the https configuration in the 10-centreon.conf file, restarted the httpd server and unfortunately when I enter the https protocol, I have Page not found  On the production server (centos7) I also have the same situation despite. Hi All , I am trying to monitor a Dell R540 server hard ware Via IDrac9 . I have configured the IDrac to Send SNMP traps to Centreon server . in Centreon i have configured the IDrac as a host and Used the Dell IDrac plugins from the centreon plugins catalogue. I get SNMP GET request Timeout error . Have any one used the IDrac plugins before could help please .

HiFor some time (I think since version 21.04) the logo is not displayed next to the host in the resource status. It is displayed only when the host is unavailable (ping). In the past, the logo would show up next to every item of the host service. Now I would have to select an icon for each service to make the logo display (I'm talking about the new resource status view)Is this an intended change or did something go wrong during the update?    Here you can see that I filled in the icon field
