Command parsing issue

Greetings,I am using Net-Cisco-Standard-Cpu-SNMP for hostgroup CISCO and I am getting expected response for most of hosts except for some which the command cannot be parsed, implying the password is being hidden even though I am not hiding passwords in macros. The Net-Cisco-Standard-Memory-SNMP template works fine for these hosts so I have no idea what could be the issue here. 22.10.2

Can I safely delete centreon-broker logs ?

Hello,My centreon server disk is nearly full (<2GB remaining).I did add 10G last year but today I’d like to see if I can free some space by deleting stuff that is not needed anymore. Disk is 74GB, /var takes 70GB, /var/log takes 11 and /var/lib 59 I tought I could delete some old logs that maybe aren’t useful to keep. So is that safe to delete that kind of logs ? : /var/log/centreon-broker/central-broker-master.log-20220515.gzI have around 30 of them they’re arond 120-160MB Thx for your answers, have a nice day :)

Ressource status ergonomy

Since 22.10, Resource status does not seem to work correctly when using browser multi-tabFor example, we select a service in a first tab. The detail of the incident is displayed.If you open a new tab and select another service to displayed, the first tab automatically switches to the service selected in the second one.It is therefore not possible to keep our search between two tabulations.

How to use the centreon-judge module for load balancing of checks

A few months ago, user @sims24 mentionned a hidden feature of gorgone, the centreon-judge module, that could allow a user to assign their devices to a disabled poller and depending on “some hosts” parameters spread the hosts accross available pollers for you.I’m wondering if anyone has a tutorial/guide on how to use that module?

Schedule immediate check not work for me

For me, the action (Service: Schedule immediate check (Forced)) does not work anymore. I noticed it started happening after upgrading from version 22.04 to 22.10. Has anyone else noticed this too?

Upgrade 21.10 to 22.10 - MariaDB Repos unavailble

Hello there ! I’m trying to upgrade my 21.10.7 centreon web to 22.10 (using https://docs.centreon.com/docs/upgrade/upgrade-from-21-10/)I finally managed to make my apache configuration work :) but now i got a message telling me Mariadb repos is unreachable :https://dlm.mariadb.com/repo/mariadb-server/10.50/yum/rhel/7/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not FoundI’m trying to find a new repo here : https://dlm.mariadb.com/browse/mariadb_server/101/1545/yum/But to be honest I have no idea which one to use, I’m on Centos7 but the setup use a rhel repo.If anyone has a working mariadb repo that would be perfect :) Thank you

PHP dependency problem during upgrade from 22.04 to 22.10

Hi.I tried to upgrade my Centreon 22.04 IT 100 Edition to 22.10 without success.I followed the instruction of https://docs.centreon.com/docs/upgrade/upgrade-from-22-04/ web page. All went well since “yum update” phase. Error importing services.cfg via CLAPI

Hi, I’m trying to import services via CLAPI but I get an error.I have imported hosts, hostTemplates and other .cfgs without problems, even serviceTemplates.cfg but now I get and objectNotFound error. I dont know why this happens, I have alredy imported the serviceTemplates… Any idea?

Resources Status page is empty after upgrade from 21.10 to 22.10

Hello,i’m facing th ressource status page empty too.I followed this thread to help me debug the issue :I tryed running this and check the central-broker-master configuration but nothing strange inside.# sudo -u apache /usr/bin/php /usr/share/centreon/bin/console c:cBut page  still not contains any host/services.I checked the table centreon_storage.ressources and it’s still empty after a while : select count(*) from resource+----------+| count(*) |+----------+| 0 |+----------+1 row in set (0.000 sec)Can someone help me out of this ?Architecture is : 1 central, 4 pollers.

Pollers not running

I don't know what could have happened, but from one day to the other, the pollers are not running.When I run a reload of the poller, I get the following message: Progress (0%) Preparing environment... OK Generating files... NOK (Exception received : SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'centreon_storage.config' doesn't exist [file: /usr/share/centreon/www/class/config-generate/broker.class.php] [line: 350] ) Aborted. Does anyone know what it can refer to? Attached screenshots of the poller's errors. Thanks

Azure_management_loganalytics_api - Request avec point-virgule.

Bonjour à tous,Notre presta nous a fourni une requête à mettre dans Centreon avec le plugin loganalytics_apiCelle-çi contient plusieurs point-virgule.blablabla ;blablabla ;blablabla ;Quand on fait un check manuel en ligne de commande sur le poller, celle ci fonctionne.Par contre, quand on renseigne la requête dans le plugin via l’interface graphique, celui-ci la coupe dès le premier point-virgule.Y a t’il un moyens dans l’interface Web pour prendre en compte la totalité de la requète ?J’ai essayé de la mettre entre “ “ mais le plugin retourne une erreur.Merci ENGLISHWe have a request with several semicolon to put in the plugin loganalytics_apiIn command line through the poller it works fine but in the web interface it “cut” the request after the first semicolon.Is there a way put the entire request ?

After upgrade from 22.04.7 to 22.10.1 the resource status page is locked by heavy queries

Hi there,After upgrading to 22.10.1, when we use resource staus page, the resource status query used by DbReadResourceRepository.php is taking longer than 2.5 minutes causing database queuing and topping database cpuI thought it could be the way mysql handles the join queries, so we migrated from mysql 5.7 to mariadb 10.6.7, but it didnt make a difference to this query.Does anyone have any tips

Service-Severity not working with great number of Templates

Hi Supporters, community, i tried to start using Severity on Services today.I tried to first define a base-severity where i wanted to include almost all of our templates and then assign more severe ones to some of the templates left. Unfortunately it does not work when i am linking the 1059 Base-Templates and it appears this is just simply to much for centreon to work with? Please advise. RegardsTimo

UNKNOWN : Need to specify OIDs

Hello, When I am trying to use Blocked-Packets-Per-Interface  feature on pfSense, I get the following error : UNKNOWN: Need to specify OIDs. Same when I try to launch the following command (from centreon documentation) :/usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_pfsense.pl \ --plugin=apps::pfsense::snmp::plugin \ --mode=pfinterfaces \ --hostname='10.0.0.1' \ --snmp-version='2c' \ --snmp-community='my-snmp-community' \ --filter-name='em.*' \ --warning-traffic-in-block='80' \ --warning-traffic-out-block='90' \ --critical-traffic-in-block='80' \ --critical-traffic-out-block='90' \ --use-new-perfdata I activated my IT-100 license and installed pfSense plugin. Any idea of what could be the issue ? Thank you.

How to use SNMPv3 with Centreon (no license)

So i’m trying to set up a Centreon server (version 22) and i want to use SNMPv3 but i don’t understand how i’m supposed to use it.I want to use the Auth Priv mode but when i want to add a host it doesn’t prompt me with a “username / password” or anything, it’s just the community and the version.I can’t find any documentation about SNMPv3 with Centreon (apart from the “discovery” part but that’s with the paid license)

Recently I have imported via CLAPI .cfg configuration files from Nagios to Centreon, when exporting the configuration I got the following error:However when I go to the generated template, I see that it is correctly, in the 2d_coord section the data has been entered.What can this be due to? Browser session to Centreon onpremise webpage is frequently closed if open in multiple tabs

Hello,I would like to ask for help for an on-premise Centreon website issue.If multiple Centreon browser tabs are open (logged on), then the session is randomly but frequently closed.The browser shows again the logon screen, but then after re-logon forgets where it was.It happens quite randomly and only in Centreon webpage.All other internal websites can work well in the same time.It is the situation also from site network and also from home office (via VPN)If we keep only one logged on tab open, it works well continuously.It is not a browser-connected issue, it happens in Chrome, Edge, etc.Have anyone detected the same yet?Thanks in advance.

Get only 1 mail when an host is down from the host and his services.

Hi,  Is it possible when a host get down to receive only the mail from the host and not the mails from services associate to this host ?Like for the services to send a mail they can check if the host is up or down.If the host is down don’t send a mail      |     if the host is up send a mail. Regards,

Ensure compatibility between versions of plugins in version 2.8x and 3.4

Hi, Regarding to the title, now we are using the Centeron version 2.8.32.because of the platform migration plan has been taken in action within 2 months.So, we are planing to install Centeron service to the brandnew platform, which is Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.3 (Maipo).But, we have a certain issue to solve for migration, that is we do not have the package of Centeron version 2.8.32.So that we would like to ask this community to provide us, if there are any certain link to provide us to obtain the Centeron version 2.8.32.or if it is still difficult to provide us such a link, then we need to ensure Centeron package compatibility matching between 2.8.x and Centreon 3.4 as it is described in the compatibility table below the link.Software support policy — Centreon 2.8 documentationBest Regards,

After upgrade from 22.04.7 to 22.10.0 the resource status page is emtpy

Hi there, i just very freshly did the update from 22.04.7 to 22.10.0 on a Centos7-Basis coming from 20.04-ISOs. After this the “Resource Status” is completely emtpy and showing 0 Hosts and 0 Services being set to display “All” - Funy thing though - the deprecated pages work and show all the missing Hosts and Services. please advise asap - thx RegardsTimo
