network::fortinet::fortigate::restapi::plugin licences and health error

Hi,I have a problem when I try to use plugin: network::fortinet::fortigate::restapi::pluginModes system and HA work nicely.But with licences mode I get error:UNKNOWN: Cannot decode response (add --debug option to display returned content)and with health mode I get UNKNOWN: Not an ARRAY reference at /usr/lib/centreon/plugins//centreon_fortinet_fortigate_restapi.pl line 9452. Could it be that Fortigate newer software causes this?

What is the snmp community macro name that I can use in PREEXEC command of snmp trap definition? Monitoring DELL ME4024

Hello everyone,I’m trying to monitor my Dell ME4024 SAN array using Centreon via SNMP.I’ve attempted to use the “centreon-plugin-Hardware-Servers-Dell-(Idrac and Cmc)-Snmp” plugin to gather system information, but it’s not working 🤔.Does anyone know of another plugin that could help?Currently, I’m trying the “centreon-pack-network-dell-nseries-snmp” plugin, but when I attempt to download it, I receive the following error message: “Error: No matching entry found.”Thanks for your help.

Netapp Restapi FRU error

Hello,We monitor netapp stockage with the Netapp Ontap Restapi.We have an error on Hardware when all fru are not populated.Here a part of the command return with the debug flag:"frus": [        {          "type": "module",          "id": 0,          "state": "ok",          "part_number": "XXXXXXXXXXX",          "serial_number": "XXXXXXXXX",          "firmware_version": "XXXX",          "installed": true        },        {          "type": "module",          "id": 1,          "state": "error",          "installed": false        },        { I don’t seem to be able to filter out the fru module without disabling completly the fru check with the --filter=”fru”. To disable the check on one instance, the plugin seem to check with the instance id eg: the serial_number for the fru. But with no fru installed, there’s no serial number… Conclusion: to continue to monitor correctly this netapp, I have modded the script “centreon_netapp_ontap_restapi.pl” and added the line “next if not ($fru->{in

Rebuild Graph in bulk?

Hi,I have decreased my check intervals for link utilization. but graphs are still showing as the old intervals.It works fine once I rebuild them. But I have a lot of links and not possible to do them one by one. Is there any way I can rebuild them in bulk?Regards!

"Unexpected Application Error! Loading chunk failed." after update to v24.04.8-1+deb12u1

Hello, We just updated our Centreon Central to the last available version 24.04.8-1+deb12u1 from 24.04.7, but since we are unable to access graphics/metrics for services/hosts, we get an error :“Unexpected Application Error! Loading chunk 1747 failed. (missing: https://*/centreon/static/1747.undefined.chunk.js) “ I never seen any error like this on a large usage period in the past years.Do you know how can I investigate and resolve that ?  Thanks for your reply,Kind Regards, AD

Hi,I stumbled on the following instruction reading the documentation for the Postgres Connector: I don’t understand.Does online license and offline license have to be understood as, respectively, “SaaS” and “on premise”? I wouldn’t say so, but ?Else, if it’s about the way the license validity is checked, then why the nature of this verification would change the way a Connector Pack has to be installed? Do any other non-intuitive things like this are already present or are to be awaited in future releases?Do you have a list of what « online licensing »  implies for the way Centreon behaves? I remember I’ve been told back then it was introduced, that it’s a matter of checking the licence validity, and only that. I’m afraid I’ve been lied to about the real purpose of this functionality. Can someone explain me what means this part of the documentation?

Hello The Watch,I have a WSUS Dashboard that is supposed to show me various single metrics reported by NSClient++Below, we can see that the host's service values are correctly taken into account by the poller.OK: Computers Up-to-date: 242, Needing Updates: 12, With Update Errors: 0, Not Contacted: 261, Unassigned: 1 | 'computers_up_to_date'=242;;;0; 'computers_needing_updates'=12;;;0; 'computers_with_update_errors'=0;;;0; 'computers_not_contacted'=261;;;0; 'computers_unassigned'=1;;;0;But when I create the DashboardAll values are zero!An open case on the support side.Thanks for your help.Best regards,Vincent (Nantes Métropole)

Compatibilite MediaWiki centreon 24.10

Good morning,I have an opensource centreon in 24.04.8 which uses mediawiki 1.39.1.MariaDB is installed on a remote server in version: 10.11.10. It hosts the 2 centreon DBs and 2 mediawiki DBs.In the Centreon doc it is written that you must use version 1.31 of mediawiki.And it is written in the mediawki doc that it is compatible with MariaDB 10.3.0+.I get this error when I click on the notes_url in the resources screen:Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /usr/share/centreon/www/class/centreon-knowledge/wikiApi.class.php on line 98Is this related to the different versions installed?Sincerely

We have some Contact group but the list stay empty in the drop down list.EDIT : I realized the drop down list Contact is also bugged. there is no all the users…
