Hello,We want to give right on some users : to add/modifiy some hosts/services for a categories of host to see anothers hostsThe fact is, when a user havea “readonly” in ACL to a ressources “A”, and “write” on another ACL to a ressources “B”,the ACLs are cumulative so they have the write right to ressources “A”.Regards,

Hi ,The package perl-FFI-CheckLib-0.31-1.el8.noarch.rpm don’t have the right checksum in the filelists.xmlsha256 of the file : ad36c81b36b4cf8e0b2e013b0640b064f0528e97ff3952109ddf2945d5f4ecb7sha256 in the filelists.xml : d12e4483…..So I have an error when i want to install the package : Interrupted by header callback : Server reports Content-Lenght: xxx but expected size is xx Can you please fix the problem ?Thx for your help

[MAP] - problem display Meta-services graphics

Hello all,When I want to display in MAP a meta-service graph, this graph remains empty without metrics.I see an error log in MAP-engine.[2024-09-06 13:56:49.508] [ERROR] [c.c.m.s.service.centreon.GraphService] [https-jsse-nio-9443-exec-3] : Centreon does not reply with graph data, 403 Forbidden: ""Access denied""Other graphs for "normal" services work fineDoes anyone have any idea how to solve this problem? Thanks a lot

Par exemple, mes hôtes sont bien accessibles via le ping, mais l'onglet "Disponibilité" m'indique que les données sont indéterminées.EN :Hello everyone,Since upgrading Centreon from version 23.10 to 24.04, I no longer have access to my data in the "Availability" tab. For example, my hosts are up and reachable via ping, but the "Availability" tab shows that the data is undetermined.

Problems with migrating my Remote Server to my Central Server

Hi guys,I’m having trouble and I would appreciate if you could help me. I’m trying to migrate my remote server to my Central Server but it doesn’t work. Both are at the latest version of 24.04 Centreon. How ? While attempting with the command: /usr/share/centreon/bin/registerServerTopology.sh -u atlantique \-t remote -h 10.X.X.X (Central IP Address) -n MKSRVSUP001 In my network I don’t have a proxy and each server has 2 network interfaces, one called admin and the other for the production.I put the credentials of the account atlantique which is admin and has all access to API.It returns back to me:Error code 500 message Request failed to Central API: Idle Timeout reached for http://(Central IP address)/centreon/v24.04/api/loginHow should I solve this pleaseBest regardsBigCroco

Remote server not running and export files are not copy on remote server from central

Hello, From my central web gui, the export seems not copy files on my remote server and i don’t knowwhy???View of central:View of remote server: export config from web gui central:on the log file of centreon-gorgone of central, we can see some errors: It’s seems that Central vm can’t send file to the remote server….the telnet from central to remote server is working fine with zmq (tcp port 5556)and gorgone service has been restarted on the 2 vms + gorgone config file of remote server has been apply on the remote server. Do you know where issue could comming from? ThanK i

centreon 24.04 - Delay problem with graphs

Hi everybody !We have recently upgrade from centreon 23.10.20 to 24.04.05.Since this upgrade I see a strange behaviour with our graphs:Graphs displays data some hours later, and this delay increases… The associated alert is OK and its status is up to date.Does someone has an idea concerning our issue ? Best way to override plugin paramters

Hi!Give the following configuration: command(s) → service(s) → host template. Which is the best way to override a certain service parameter without having to create a new service?To provide additional context, we have a default set of services that are attached to a host template (Linux host), but we would like to override the System Load service parameters (warning and critical) for a certain group of hosts (e.g.: the elasticsearch hosts). This is how the templates should be related: Linux Host (System Load, Memory, Swap, Partition n) → ElasticSearch Host (overridden System Load). Currently, the aforementioned command parameters are argument based (ARGn). Thank you in advance!

Data_bin compression

Bonjour, Notre base de données devient vraiment volumineuse et difficile à gérer au niveau des backups (+300Go). Nous souhaitons conserver notre rétention par défaut (1 an)Nous avons l’idée de mettre la table data_bin qui prends 99% de cette espace en COMPRESSION via mariadb ALTER TABLE data_bin PAGE_COMPRESSED=1;Est ce que Centreon supporte cette modification coté BDD, sensé être totalement transparente coté applicatif ? Nous sommes sur des SSD et les prérequis sont validés. Merci

Find the right RPM

Hello,I’ve got two VMs to monitor with Centreon. For the first one, I'm using a plugin from Centreon’s GitHub repo centreon-plugins/src/centreon_plugins.pl at develop · centreon/centreon-plugins (github.com)  plugin-path: src/centreon_plugins.pl  For the second VM, I would like to use an RPM instead of pulling the plugin from GitHub.Do you know how I can find the equivalent RPM? Any keywords I should be searching for? Have you used RPMs instead of the GitHub plugins before? Thanks for the help!

Cancel downtime

Hello, I would like to cancel a downtime I just put in place. I already tried out this solution How to cancel downtime | Community (centreon.com) but in vain. I cancel but nothing changes and the downtime remains up. Is there any rights issue ? How can I proceed in case this is the root cause ?  Thank you !!  Ayb_Fnz

Hello,We would like to migrate our AlmaLinux 8 machines to 9During the migration, an inibitor is present: The centreon-release-22.04-3 package is signed in RSA/SHA1, which is no longer supported by AlmaLinux 9.This package is the only one on the list not to be signed in RSA/SHA256.So we wanted to know if it was possible to have the package signed in RSA/SHA256, or if it will be in the next update? And why is it the only one that isn't yet?Thanks

HowTo Preparing the development environnement - Eclipse + BIRT 4.4.2

Cannot install generic SNMP Monitoring Connector (IT-100)

Hello,  I’m running Centreon 24.04.5 and when I try to install Generic SNMP monitoring connector, nothing happens. The other connectors are installed without a problem. I don’t know how to troubleshoot this problem. I sometimes have the following error message in the UI when trying to install connector : “Gateway timeout : The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application”. When I try to browse to https://api.imp.centreon.com/api/pluginpack/pluginpack/applications-protocol-snmp , I get the following error  : Endpoint not found. Could anybody help me please?

centreon::plugins::script Perl module unfindable

Hello my fellows, I have migrated all of my centreon to the newer version, and i’m still having some bits and bops to fix. Among this, i have the centreon_plugins.pl file, who’s using the centreon::plugins::script Perl module.Which appears, not only not to be installed, but to be absent from the old machine too. which mean, i have first, no way to copy and transfer it to the newer machine, and second, no idea how it was working before.I tried to install it with CPAN, usin cpan install centreon::plugins::script, and cpan couldn’t find the module.I also looked for it a bit online, if i could find any file from which to install it, but didn’t found one. Have a good day !

Bad update ... 2".10 to 24 ...

Hi all At last, the last day of the week, to end up with yet another galley...I cloned my centreon vm and updated the clone from 23.10 to 24. I followed the instructions for this update.But now I don't have any hosts or services appearing.Why ?The original in 23 works fine …I restarted services ..

Centreon 24 - Safe to disable node module on the Central ?

Hello everybodyAfter having troubles with High CPU on the Central Server ( see Centreon 24 - gorgone-proxy High CPU usage), I have disabled the nodes modules in the 40-gorgoned.yaml file on the Central and the CPU is back to low usage.As far as I have seen since a week, all my pollers are running well and checks are ok.Is there some collateral damages to disable the node module ?My pollers are using revese flow to the CentralRegardsPierre

How to find the number of executed services in one day

Hi,Here we use centreon 23.10.11…Do you have any idea on how to collect statistics on the pollers ? : ideally : would like to find the total number of active service checks executed per day (Ex yesterday).This command below gives some info about the total number of hosts and services … and inter-check delay  .. etc .. But not the total number of checks …:“centengine --test-scheduling /etc/centreon-engine/centengine.cfg”?Thanks
