Errors related to the update plugin pack "Microsoft SQL Server"

Hello,I have just updated the "Microsoft SQL Server" plug-in packSince then, using the "App-DB-MSSQL-Connected-Users-custom" template the following error comes up: "UNKNOWN: Can't call method "fetchrow_array" on an undefined value at /usr/lib/centreon/plugins//centreon_mssql.pl line 11520"Same for the "App-DB-MSSQL-Deadlocks-custom" template the following error comes up:"UNKNOWN: Can't call method "fetchall_arrayref" on an undefined value at /usr/lib/centreon/plugins//centreon_mssql.pl line 12047."I would like to point out that before the update, everything was working normally.Thanks in advance for your feedback

Plugin QNAP

Bonjour,Nous avons usage du plugin QNAP pour la première fois mais rencontrons 2 problèmes :L’unité associé au service supervisant usage de la capacité mémoire est le GB, or nos remontés ont pour unité réel le TB/To=> Où pourrions-nous modifier cette unité associé par défaut ? Le service Hardware-Global qui a pour option --component='.*' semble nécessiter connaîte la MIB- Ai-je raison ? Il est en état   UNKNOWN   :=> Pourquoi n’arrive-t-il pas à trouver l’arborescence de la MIB ? => Comment le lui indiquer ?Merci d’avance pour vos retours,  FM

Pollers ins not running // Database

Pollers not running

I don't know what could have happened, but from one day to the other, the pollers are not running.When I run a reload of the poller, I get the following message: Progress (0%) Preparing environment... OK Generating files... NOK (Exception received : SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'centreon_storage.config' doesn't exist [file: /usr/share/centreon/www/class/config-generate/broker.class.php] [line: 350] ) Aborted. Does anyone know what it can refer to? Attached screenshots of the poller's errors. Thanks

Export Vue - Incomplet

Bonjour,Nous avons une vue contenant le widget Hostgroup Monitoring et contenant les colonnes suivantes :Host Name - Host Alias Status Duration Status Information Comment Lors de l’export des données présentées par la vue, les commentaires ne sont pas repportés dans l’export - la colonne est vide. Nous sommes en version 21.10 et il s’agit dun défaut déjà remonté.Auriez-vous un patch ou un process de troubleshooting pour ce défaut ?Merci par avance de votre retour;  FM

Azure_management_loganalytics_api - Request avec point-virgule.

Bonjour à tous,Notre presta nous a fourni une requête à mettre dans Centreon avec le plugin loganalytics_apiCelle-çi contient plusieurs point-virgule.blablabla ;blablabla ;blablabla ;Quand on fait un check manuel en ligne de commande sur le poller, celle ci fonctionne.Par contre, quand on renseigne la requête dans le plugin via l’interface graphique, celui-ci la coupe dès le premier point-virgule.Y a t’il un moyens dans l’interface Web pour prendre en compte la totalité de la requète ?J’ai essayé de la mettre entre “ “ mais le plugin retourne une erreur.Merci ENGLISHWe have a request with several semicolon to put in the plugin loganalytics_apiIn command line through the poller it works fine but in the web interface it “cut” the request after the first semicolon.Is there a way put the entire request ?

After upgrade from 22.04.7 to 22.10.1 the resource status page is locked by heavy queries

Hi there,After upgrading to 22.10.1, when we use resource staus page, the resource status query used by DbReadResourceRepository.php is taking longer than 2.5 minutes causing database queuing and topping database cpuI thought it could be the way mysql handles the join queries, so we migrated from mysql 5.7 to mariadb 10.6.7, but it didnt make a difference to this query.Does anyone have any tips

Service-Severity not working with great number of Templates

Hi Supporters, community, i tried to start using Severity on Services today.I tried to first define a base-severity where i wanted to include almost all of our templates and then assign more severe ones to some of the templates left. Unfortunately it does not work when i am linking the 1059 Base-Templates and it appears this is just simply to much for centreon to work with? Please advise. RegardsTimo

Problem with Centreon charts - Centreon 21.10.7

Hi There,Recently, the check period of some of my services has been changed. We have modified it from 5 minutes to 1 hour. After that, Some charts have been disappeared.  I would like to notice that  the folowing actions were done :Parameters > Data > Rebuild RRD Database  Force the check of concerned services in order to generate charts Has anyone an idea what is happened ?

How to use SNMPv3 with Centreon (no license)

So i’m trying to set up a Centreon server (version 22) and i want to use SNMPv3 but i don’t understand how i’m supposed to use it.I want to use the Auth Priv mode but when i want to add a host it doesn’t prompt me with a “username / password” or anything, it’s just the community and the version.I can’t find any documentation about SNMPv3 with Centreon (apart from the “discovery” part but that’s with the paid license)

Hi,Is there any users of the Centreon SaaS solution here? Especially users which went from on-premises to SaaS?Can they share their experience? Pros and cons?I know the pros and cons of on-premises vs. SaaS in general, but I wonder about this for Centreon particularly.

Error processing hostTemplates.cfg file (2d_coords)

Recently I have imported via CLAPI .cfg configuration files from Nagios to Centreon, when exporting the configuration I got the following error:However when I go to the generated template, I see that it is correctly, in the 2d_coord section the data has been entered.What can this be due to? How can I solve it?

Browser session to Centreon onpremise webpage is frequently closed if open in multiple tabs

Hello,I would like to ask for help for an on-premise Centreon website issue.If multiple Centreon browser tabs are open (logged on), then the session is randomly but frequently closed.The browser shows again the logon screen, but then after re-logon forgets where it was.It happens quite randomly and only in Centreon webpage.All other internal websites can work well in the same time.It is the situation also from site network and also from home office (via VPN)If we keep only one logged on tab open, it works well continuously.It is not a browser-connected issue, it happens in Chrome, Edge, etc.Have anyone detected the same yet?Thanks in advance.

Get only 1 mail when an host is down from the host and his services.

Hi,  Is it possible when a host get down to receive only the mail from the host and not the mails from services associate to this host ?Like for the services to send a mail they can check if the host is up or down.If the host is down don’t send a mail      |     if the host is up send a mail. Regards,

Ensure compatibility between versions of plugins in version 2.8x and 3.4

Hi, Regarding to the title, now we are using the Centeron version 2.8.32.because of the platform migration plan has been taken in action within 2 months.So, we are planing to install Centeron service to the brandnew platform, which is Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.3 (Maipo).But, we have a certain issue to solve for migration, that is we do not have the package of Centeron version 2.8.32.So that we would like to ask this community to provide us, if there are any certain link to provide us to obtain the Centeron version 2.8.32.or if it is still difficult to provide us such a link, then we need to ensure Centeron package compatibility matching between 2.8.x and Centreon 3.4 as it is described in the compatibility table below the link.Software support policy — Centreon 2.8 documentationBest Regards,

at times lack of data in the graphs

Hello,I have a problem in the display of the graphs (see the image in attachment), it seems that for several ten minutes (sometimes it is for 2 hours) the service does not respond, there is no logic and this concerns all services. The problem is suddenly several weeks ago on all graphics. Do you have any idea how to solve it ?

After upgrade from 22.04.7 to 22.10.0 the resource status page is emtpy

Hi there, i just very freshly did the update from 22.04.7 to 22.10.0 on a Centos7-Basis coming from 20.04-ISOs. After this the “Resource Status” is completely emtpy and showing 0 Hosts and 0 Services being set to display “All” - Funy thing though - the deprecated pages work and show all the missing Hosts and Services. please advise asap - thx RegardsTimo

Weird alerting plugin

Hello, I’m posting here because I discovered a weird reaction in the plugin centreon_ups_socomec_netvision_snmpFor example :Context : The inverter has 12% remaining batterySending the following command, /usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_ups_socomec_netvision_snmp.pl --plugin=hardware::ups::socomec::netvision::snmp::plugin --mode=battery  --hostname=ipaddress --snmp-community=community --snmp-version='version' --warning-charge-remaining='80’The answer to this request is “OK”If I change the value of warning-charge-remaining from “80” to “10”, the answer is “Warning”It seems we got a warning alert when the real value of battery is GREATER than the probe set Is anyone already encountered that ?Is there a way to invert the process (to get alarmed when the battery gets under the probe) ? Best Regards

Hi,I’ve installed a complete Central using packages.I have no acces to the internet.After installing, I’ve noticed that service cbd is not present.I have reinstalled centreon-broker, but still doesn’t appears cbd service.What can I do to solve this situation?Thank’sMEstherNM

Probleme avec OVA sous VMware workstation

I am about to test the upgrae from 21.10 to 22.10 and I’m trying to deploy a VM with the OVA file but when I open centreon-central-21.10.ova under VMware Workstation 16 Pro, I getFailed to read from file: centreon-central-21.10.ovaI also tried with 22.10 ova file and same result Any suggestions ? Thanks in advanceGaetan

Can't access CLAPI /usr/share/centreon/bin/centreon

Hi, Im trying to export my old nagios files with the NagiosToCentreon CLAPI, I’ve alredy export the centreon_clapi_import_commands.txt but when I try to do the command /usr/share/centreon/bin/centreon, I can’t access using my web user admin, I get a invalid credentials message. How can I fix this? I’m COMPLETELY sure I have enter the password correctly (I have tried multiple time in the web and it works) Any idea??Thank you

check_nrpe compatibility with older Linux OS and nrpe clients

Hello,When upgrading to centreon 20.10 (from an old 2.4.4), i noticed that check_nrpe (4.0.0) wasn’t compatible with older Linux OS having older nrpe clients.So i kept using the check_nrpe from the previous centreon and it works well.Now, i am looking to update to centreon 22.10 but i know i will have the same issue.The backward compatible options aren’t working.The error is still “CHECK_NRPE: (ssl_err != 5) Error - Could not complete SSL handshake wit <IP>” and here’s the log from a nrpe client 2.15 with debug on :nrpe[4852]: Connection from 10.5.236.21 port 2742nrpe[4852]: Host address is in allowed_hostsnrpe[4852]: Handling the connection...nrpe[4852]: Error: Could not complete SSL handshake. 1nrpe[4852]: Connection from ⚌⚌#027q closed Here’s was i have tested so far : (check_nrpe 4.1.0 was compiled from sources)check_nrpe from versions 4.*, when not working with older nrpe client, were tried with various options as -2, -3 & -L ALLHow are we supposed to monitor old OS with

Aucun graphique sur CENTREON

Bonjour,  J’avais déjà monté un serveur CENTREON, tout fonctionnait très bien. Je suis reparti de 0 pour une installation propre. Pour cela, j’ai récupérer mes anciennes commandes de tests pour lesquels j’avais des graphiques, et là je n’en ai plus aucun… Je n’ai pas de fichiers RDD sur mon serveur… J’ai fait quelques premières vérifications et tout à l’air bon. Je désespère de trouver une solution… Cordialement, Florian
