Centreon Infra Monitoring

Good morning everyoneHow can I resolve the following error "[exit code: 3] [message: UNKNOWN: SNMP Table Request: Timeout]", when monitoring a Windows server with OS-Windows-SNMP-custom.Or even better what can I go and check to correct the error?

Hi !  our Centreon 20.10.1 suddenly stop working on this error page :http://xxx.xx.xx.xx/centreon/monitoring/resources ...with that message :“Cette page xxx.xx.xx.xx est introuvableAucune page web n'a été trouvée pour l'adresse web : http://xxx.xx.xx.xx/centreon/monitoring/resourcesHTTP ERROR 404” It used to works for many months before. Note:Our problem is exactly the same as “adonix-dev” mentioned in this page :https://github.com/centreon/centreon/issues/9268or this one :https://github.com/centreon/centreon/issues/9177 But our 10-centreon.conf file is already well patched as said in these threads. This happen just after logging with good credentials …Also, the first page (http://xxx.xx.xx.xx/centreon/) simply print normally. Is anyone to help us ? Thanks,Alex. 

Hi,A more minor issue I have since a couple of months. Using Centreon IT Edition v20.10.2, I’m simply trying to access the plugins page in the UI, and trying to view my license status and it times out with an error. Salut,j’ai un souci avec un serveur windows Server 2016. Il possède 4 disques (C, E, L et T)Mais Centreon n’en voit que 3. Il ne fait aps remonter le disque C:Je fais remonter les infos via NSClient dans sa dernière version. Auriez-vous déjà vu ça et si oui, comment puis-je résoudre ce souci? Merci,Laurent

Hi thewatch hope u doing well,i installed centreon 21.10 on centOS and everything work good and now i just check the ms sql plugin on my server (/usr/lib/centreon/plugins ) [root@centreon-central plugins]# ls | grep sql centreon_mssql.pl centreon_mysql.pl centreon_postgresql.pl [root@centreon-central plugins]# and as you see i have the centreon_mssql.pl plugin but on the wentreon web i can't add this service to monitor it pls if someone can help

If I’m not wrong (on 21.10) :Click pollers Click configure pollers Click name of the poller(s) to update Click Export configuration Click Move Export Files Click Restart Monitoring Engine Click ExportIs it the correct procedure, or is it possible to simplify it, with a clapi script or anything else ? Thanks to the communityPierre

Bonjour,J’ai eu un soucis avec ma VM Centreon suite à une défaillance disque et depuis j’ai des erreurs dans certaines tables de centreon_storage.La BDD centreon elle est ok.Je souhaiterais savoir comment purger les données de centreon_storage.Centreon_storage contient uniquement les données de surveillances c’est bien ça ?Je veux absolument garder la configuration de centreon (template, host, service etc ...)

Hello to all the community; I'm currently experiencing different problems when setting up my collector; when I do "export configuration" I get no error message, nothing comes up; no information comes up; in the settings of the collector, on my poller it shows me an error of communication with the gorgoned, after having made a systemctl status on the gorgoned process, I see that it is well in running on my poller and my central; no information goes up.I put some images if a valiant could help me I would be grateful; I must set up a server of supervision to be able to validate my memory.

Salut,Je viens de faire l’upgrade de la 21.10.2 vers 21.10.3 ce matin. Centreon m’affiche toujours que je suis en 21.10.2, est-ce un bug ? ou c’est mon update qui a fail ?Lors du processus d’update au lieu de mettre que je migrais vers la 21.10.3, le setup à laissé un vide.Comme un débile j’ai reboot le serveur après la MaJ des pacquets et fait le processus de migration via l’interface web après ce reboot… Est-ce cela qui a posé soucis ?Le processus m’a juste indiqué qu'il vidait le cache et c’est tous !Si ça vient de moi comment relancer l’upgrade ? (j’utilise l’ISO Centreon avec Centos 7)

HelloSince I upgrade my 2.38 centreon, some icons are broken in Services widgetsI saw that post : https://github.com/centreon/centreon-widget-host-monitoring/issues/38But my centreon use the normal address https://ip/centreon so seems it’s not the same issue.I checked the fix but the config file doesnt match mine at all.
