Centreon Infra Monitoring

Hello everyone, I have Centreon installed and configured using the FQDN central.domain.tld, and the pollers (with ZMQ / Gorgone) are all pointing to that.The Poller are configured in Pull Mode.What I want is to keep that FQDN for all poller-side communications, but introduce a second FQDN (monitor.domain.tld) just for the web interface / dashboard / services configuration (HTTPS, port 443). In short: two FQDNs pointing to the same central server, but with different “roles” — one for backend poller traffic, the other for GUI access. Is this configuration feasible with Centreon? What pitfalls should I watch out for? Should I just create a second DNS record? (PS. The Centrale Is configure in HTTPS with a Wild card Cert for *.domain.tld.) Thanks!

Hello Centreon Community,I would like to integrate Grafana with Centreon. (or vice-versa :) )I was wondering if there is a guide where i can set up Centreon to fetch data from Grafana (monitoring another system) and display it in the dashboard or graphics.I am monitoring another system in Grafana and i want to display the multiple querys that i already have there. Whether in dashboard or graphics in Centreon. I’m aware that there are 2 plugins in Centreon: Grafana - Which i think the plugin doesn’t fit my purposes. I don’t want to monitor that host, but the data within.And InfluxDB (database that i use in Grafana).I have Centreon with MIB license and Centreon DEV for testing, without MIB license.If there is any documentation or guide that i can follow to set this up, i would be grateful.Thanks in Advance,RicL

Hello, I have a large number of hosts to add in Centreon, and the configuration requires adding DSM slots to each of them.Doing this manually for every host is quite tedious and time-consuming. Have you found any way to perform this task in bulk? I have a 24.10 platform on a distributed architecture.

Hi, Is there any way to change the default text that is added, when a host or service is being acknowledged?Right now it is: Acknowledged by (username).We would like to change that, but I cant find a place for it.

Greetings ! I have a cluster using Ceph that I would like to monitor.I set up the restful ceph api like this : ceph config set mgr mgr/restful/server_port 8443ceph config set mgr mgr/restful/server_addr 0.0.0.0ceph restful create-self-signed-certceph restful create-key centreon #demo userHowever, after setting up the host like this : I have the following error : UNKNOWN: 405 Method Not AllowedIt seems the collector is trying to auth via a post, however it seems the restful api doesn’t auth like this now (I am on Ceph 19.2.3 Squid right now). Is this an issue on my part (I chose the wrong API, maybe ?) or is there a fix to do ? Thanks in advance

Hi,I’m upgrading from Centreon 22 on Centos 7 to the latest version on Debian 12. I made a fresh install of Centreon and I used the Import/export module to import back all the data. Everything seems fine but I can’t start the colletor. When I export the configuration, everything is green and OK but it doesn’t start.
