Infra Monitoring Data usage and Visualization

Hello,I use Centreon to monitor internal servers and it works perfectly. It is the Centreon server that contacts the targets to obtain the metrics.Now I need to monitor servers across the internet without a VPN connection.I think that in this case it should be the remote servers that send the metrics to the Centreon server. Is it right ?I haven't found how to do this.Can you help me please ?Thanks

Hello, In version 21.10, we use the "centreon_token" to authenticate ourselves and perform curl commands to automate the configuration.In 22.04, centreon_token is no longer available. Hi, Is it possible to display the result of an SQL query that is executed on the central server? For example I am able to execute any query with tsql from my centreon server in CLI. but I would like to display it in centreon. It is not yet possible to do this? It's a shame because Centréon's competitors all offer this today!Thanks in advance!

Hello, Has anyone found a solution to manage Unifi switches from Ubiquity? On my side I get the error:UNKNOWN: SNMP Table Request: Cant get a single value. I only have Ping and Uptime working.Oddly, my USG-Pro4 and my Wifi hotspot work fine. For the USG, you just have to remove the Access-point and SWAP control.CPU, Memory and Load are ok.

Hello I just recently installed Centreon, so I added some hosts and added a custom snmp template to them.In Report>Dashboard on one of my hosts I have the following information: host status available, CPU service, RAM, Ping undetermined.In the status of resources I find the graphics of this host which are well fed.I therefore do not understand why it marks me that these services are indeterminate when they nevertheless work well.I don't know if there are a few more things to configure.Thank you for your answers,

Hello,Actually Plugin Pack of Netscaler service template VServer Status seems don’t include the discover options (Macro, Command), and of course is not possible to use it with the Discovery module.It could be useful to have this feature for the VServer Status to monitor each VServer with is self threshold, without to have to create services by services with the --filter-name options.Regards,Greg

Hello,I have installed the version 21.10 of Centreon.I have to monitor a temperature sensor (Hwg STe2) with the plugin centreon_hwgste.pl. I can get alert when it reach the critical temperature, so the maximum temperature, but I don’t find how to get alert when it reach a minimum temperature, and where to specify where I can put the minimum.The temperature I have to monitor should be always between a range of 2 degres, but there is no such option either to configure an range.Is there in Centreon a way to send a alert when the temperature is too low?Thanks.

Bonjour,je veux superviser des routeurs VPN (opérateur Celeste, routeurs StarQos) via Centreon 21.10.J’ai donc créé le premier hôte.modèle : generic_active_host, commade de vérification : base_centreon_pingJ’ai aussi créé le service :modèle : base-ping-lan, commande de vérification : base_centreon_pingProblème : l’hôte est “indisponible” alors que le service est OK. Le ping standard depuis un ordinateur est OK.Je me trompe, mais où ? Hello, we were using Centreon 19.10 and we developped a new filter criterai based on service MACRO defined in template. Now we migrate to 21.10, i replace all entries in php.index, configs.xml and tables.ihtml but the filter does not appears in my service monitoring widget config page.I wonder if i miss a step, force an widget update and anything, the strangest thing is that it even not present in config page, seems like my new files are not reload by the widget. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thx to all of you

Is it possible to change the default graph period view globally, per host or service? I have some services that produce pretty steady graphs and a weekly view would be more helpful than a daily view.  

Hi guys, I used Centreon for a long time to monitor firewalls and servers, but it's been five years since I last used it and now I'm setting up an instance at home to monitor my media server. I still remember most of the things, but I used to create my own commands and generating graphs for anything I needed, but I can't remember the output pattern that allows Centreon to understand the exit code as well as the values to be used in the graphs.I learned a lot from the old forum which we cant access anymore (access denied 401). I don't know why they did that, but anyway.The things I remember are:I have to use exit codes 1,2,3 and to plot graphs I need something like tag=$value;min,max, but I cant remember or find the correct syntax. Can someone help me with that?Today I just want to `ls -1 | wc -l`, and generate a graph from the output of this command. As simple as that.Thanks

Hello, I have a question about graphics. We have set a retention on the 7-day charts.When the graphs are powered with data, we have our 7 days of data. However when we stop the power, we find ourselves with our 7 days of data which shifts in time !Example : I would have thought that the graphic would have been completely deleted after 7 days ! Is this normal working? or I have a problem on my platform?Thanks You :)
