Hi,we are using this plugin:https://docs.centreon.com/pp/integrations/plugin-packs/procedures/applications-salesforce-restapi/This work well but when it come for  “incident” there’s no change of status.Example:/usr/lib/centreon/plugins//centreon_salesforce_restapi.pl --plugin=apps::salesforce::restapi::plugin --mode=sfdc-instance --hostname='api.status.salesforce.com'  --instance='xxxxxxxx' --alias --verboseOK: Salesforce 'xxxxxxxx' instance status is 'OK' (active:'1') , 2 incidents currently | 'xxxxxxxx#salesforce.incident.current.count'=2;;;0;Salesforce 'xxxxxxxx' instance status is 'OK' (active:'1') , 2 incidents currently2 incidents, styatus ok.There is a way to have, for example, a warning in this type of cases?Maybe there is but we can't figure out how.We noticed this because today our Salesforce instance was experiencing severe slowdowns and problems. generic templates

I install VM version of Centreon and clear installation from with AlmaLinux 8.On VM version i see configured all commands and templates.On clear installation i dont have this.How i can get this all commands and templates?generic-active-host, generic-passive-host and generic-dummy-host I dont need all templates. I only need basic templates.This is basic templates, but they are not present in open source version.

Problems with showing the variable as I need in a trap

How can I get the string value of a variable in an SNMP trap.Even if the MIB has the 2 values: string and numeric, I can only get the number. There is any kind of command to use to get the translation that it is in the mib file?Thank you in advance.

Monitor an electric generator with modbus

6 of my services are generating these Errors: “UNKNOWN: Could not enumerate instances: Failure when receiving data from the peer” The service is called hardware-global. Centreon version: 23.04OS: Alma Linux 9The command I am using: /usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_vmware_esx_wsman.pl --plugin=apps::vmware::wsman::plugin --mode=hardware --hostname='<IP>' --wsman-username='root' --wsman-password='<PASSWORD>' --wsman-scheme='https' --wsman-port='443' --component='.*' --verbose Thank you for any advise.

New Hosts doesnt appear

Hello all,Since i upgrade my centreon (just server central no external poller) the new hosts doesnt appears in ressources status. Report on uptime - downtime show

I verified that the host report is showing as downtime, even though there is no downtime registered for the periodDuring this period we had a host with a down service but we did not have downtime registered. Is there a parameter to configure this exchange.

Bonjour,Export of objects with non ASCII characters is broken (from the UI as from CLAPI), example : Then the generated file can’t be imported, or if imported, it results in an object with a wrong name. (this is with 22.10.11 but as I saw nothing in the changelog about that I guess 22.10.15 still has this (very long lasting) bug.AFAIK, there isn’t any import/export solution in APIv2.Is this bug will be finally fixed someday ? Is the the APIv2 also has those encoding issues ? If not, is it planned to have an import/export functionality?I’m aware I can use SQL, or coding what’s necessary from the existing APIv2, but I can’t figure why it had never been fixed while some new fancy functionalities are developed. Is it so difficult technically? Or am I the only user who complains about that and considers that the fact to be limited to ASCII nowadays is unacceptable?I‘d really like to know  what the other users think, hence this post.

Can't remove services from Resources Status page

Hello,After removing poller from my Centreon 21.10.17 i still have 3 hosts related to deleted poller.I deleted them from hosts but they are still visible on status pages.​Do You have any idea how to delete those hosts ?

Missing SNMP Trap notification of OK state event

I used SNMP trap to monitor the status of switch interface and I observed weird behavior of SNMP trap notification. When the last SNMP trap was in OK state then the next OK state event for another interface was never triggered the alert. I saw that the SNMP trap message output was changed on Centreon monitoring portal but alert was not sent. Please help to advise me what could be the issue. Thanks so much!

Status duration wrong?

Hi,After an upgrade from 22.10.11 to 22.10.15 I can see all the status duration for problems that roughly equal the time since I made the upgrade, not the time the status present.Is it something unavoidable, or is it a new bug? I never noticed this before.Also, a more general question: the old page has both “duration” and “hard duration”. Which one is the unique “duration” on the new page ? Why there aren’t both present anymore?

Centreon plugin centreon_nsclient_restapi.pl reports malformed UTF-8 character

Hi,We use the standard centreon Plugin ‘centreon_nsclient_restapi.pl ‘ (From centreon-plugin-Operatingsystems-Windows-Restapi-20230912-083720.el8.noarch)… to run multiple scripts on our remote servers.One of the script (powershell) reads and reports some log file content …. It is executed on a Windows 2019 serveur (The standard encoding on the powershell is UTF-8). The log file is a standard .txt file: If the logs files contains a line like :“ven. 2023-12-01 10:50:04    ERROR    Export_LyncCtrlDeviations    Nombre d'erreurs à vérifier”The result is : UNKNOWN: Cannot decode json response: malformed UTF-8 character in JSON string, at character offset 191 (before "\x{fffd}0080\x{fffd}...") at /usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_nsclient_restapi.pl line 162. The debug mode shows that It receives the string : ‘à vérifier’, like :      ▒\u0080▒ v▒\u0080\u009Arifier If I just remove the accented characters fron the file…. the plugins works well.“ven. 2023-12-01 10:50:04    ERROR    Export_Lync

German translation for Centreon

Hello everyone!I’ve recently started translating the Centreon project into the german language.
