Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP)

Hi,The network team asked me to monitor the BGP and the EIGRP of their routers, I found the BGP mode in the cisco standard plugin but not the EIGRP. So I check the other plugin but I couldn't find any plugin in the plugin pack manager who can monitor the EIGRP.Here are all the modes of cisco standard snmp: Does someone know if centreon can monitor the eigrp and if yes, how? Thank you in advance.

Event log page not working

Hello,I had a centreon 21.04 with event log page not working. I upgraded to 22.10 and noticed the bug is still here.I tried a fresh install with vmware ova and yet the bug persist.When you use the page /centreon/main.php?p=20301 it is not working at all. Filters using host name or service name or time ranges or non functionnal. All you can get is the list of all events not filtered, but when you click on next page, it ends up on blank page.The logs are here, you can see them on the Resources status page, but event log page is not working as intended. I made a video trying to explain this, if anyone has an idea. https://vimeo.com/781757064

Virtual metrics and Windows disk space plugin (NRPE) label

Hello, when I want to add a virtual metric to display the trend evolution of a disk space with metrics coming from Windows plugins and where this plugin (NRPE) generate disk space label like ‘C:/’ or ‘used_/’ are refused by the virtual metric config pageCentreon refuse to add the configuration for this virtual metrics. This is a known bug in Centreon but how to solve this ?

Create External BBDD with SQL

I am trying to implement HA, and I want the central server and central server 2 to store their data in an external, shared database.I have tried to make the connection to a SQL server and I get there but I get "MYSQL server has gone away",. Hello,I’m monitoring Switches that can be only one or stacks of 2 to 4 Switches. I’ tried to use custmon monitoring using OID to check temperature.the answer of snmpwalk gives Temp x 2 for every switch of the stack. How to handle stale process

What is the best practice to handle stale process from services?Most of my services have a 5 minutes polling, although some of them have their last check reaching hours.When I list process from centreon-engine they seem to be stuck even with max_execution_time set to 60sThese scripts are basically consulting large MIB tables which runs in 5 seconds average but for some reason they stack in the process pipeline. I’d like to schedule a script to cleanup those stuck process. Since I don’t want to mess with the system crontab, using a centreon service could be the best way to schedule it. How can I set the right permission to centreon-engine be killing these process though this script?

Netapp Restapi Quotas

Hello,Whe want to monitor quotas on our Netapp platform with plugin pack Netapp ontap restapi latest version (22.12.0).Whe find that the control does not return the entirety of quotas by vserver but just one vserver when whe use the filter-vserver=’’ or filter-vserver=’.*’. If whe indicate a vserver for filter-vserver, the quota informations for this vserver are well reported. Thanks for help.Have a good day.

Service templates inheritance BIG issue

Hi, I am migrating my monitoring configuration from NagiosCore and NagiosQL to Centreon, but I have a problem with the service templates with which I am quite desperate.Unlike with host templates (which you can add more than one template per host) in services, Centreon only lets you add one template.I have already seen that in Centreon this works using inheritance, but is there any other way to make it work by groups?As I said, I currently add to each service several templates which have an order that matters.I have a problem since for each line you see in the image below (these are all the possible combinations in my monitoring), I would have to create a lot of different "routes" duplicating templates.Let's see if I explain better with an example...If I want my template A to follow the following inheritance, A->B->C->D but then I want another service to follow the following inheritance A->E->C->D, with the Centreon inheritance system, I understand that I should creat

"Event log" stop working after upgrade to 22.10.2

new hosts and changes in existing hosts are not updated in monitoring

Hello everyone, I have a central server in version 22.10 and several pollers in the same version. The pollers update well and there are no errors in the logs, also OK services. After updating all from 22.04, I add a new host or modify an existing one, export configuration and restart services Centengine, Gorgoned, etc. in Central and Pollers but these changes in monitoring never come. Please can you tell me what can I look? Thank you.!

Import old map map.xml in new Centreon MAP 22.10

Hello, I don't understand the process to import maps with the old format (.xml) into the new Centreon MAP. Step 1: Installation Central 22.10.2: OK (with the image inside)Step 2: Installation MAP Engine 22.10.1: OKStep 3: Monitoring → MAP in Central : OKStep 4: Import .xml in the desktop client.: OK But when i click on “migrate” in the Central, i can see :Error: Authentification on the Centreon MAP legacy server. Migration step failed, check the logs on the NG server Are we required to install MAP Legacy first before MAP Engine ?Thank you.

Centreon 22.04.01 - Add Perfdata

Hello,I have several interface controls that return their status. By default there is no perfdata but you would need to generate it, for example it could just be the response 1,0,2. I need to monitor harddrive / storage  status. Command parsing issue

Greetings,I am using Net-Cisco-Standard-Cpu-SNMP for hostgroup CISCO and I am getting expected response for most of hosts except for some which the command cannot be parsed, implying the password is being hidden even though I am not hiding passwords in macros. The Net-Cisco-Standard-Memory-SNMP template works fine for these hosts so I have no idea what could be the issue here. 22.10.2

Can I safely delete centreon-broker logs ?

Hello,My centreon server disk is nearly full (<2GB remaining).I did add 10G last year but today I’d like to see if I can free some space by deleting stuff that is not needed anymore. Disk is 74GB, /var takes 70GB, /var/log takes 11 and /var/lib 59 I tought I could delete some old logs that maybe aren’t useful to keep. So is that safe to delete that kind of logs ? : /var/log/centreon-broker/central-broker-master.log-20220515.gzI have around 30 of them they’re arond 120-160MB Thx for your answers, have a nice day :)
