[PLUGIN-PACK/AutoDiscover] Discover VServer Status feature of Citrix Netscaler

Hello,Actually Plugin Pack of Netscaler service template VServer Status seems don’t include the discover options (Macro, Command), and of course is not possible to use it with the Discovery module.It could be useful to have this feature for the VServer Status to monitor each VServer with is self threshold, without to have to create services by services with the --filter-name options.Regards,Greg

Sensor HwgSte, alter for minimum temperature

Hello,I have installed the version 21.10 of Centreon.I have to monitor a temperature sensor (Hwg STe2) with the plugin centreon_hwgste.pl. I can get alert when it reach the critical temperature, so the maximum temperature, but I don’t find how to get alert when it reach a minimum temperature, and where to specify where I can put the minimum.The temperature I have to monitor should be always between a range of 2 degres, but there is no such option either to configure an range.Is there in Centreon a way to send a alert when the temperature is too low?Thanks.

Event Log not working

Hi, (sorry for my english)I have a problem with the audit logs (Logging configuration changes).When I want to view them, I get a blank page that loads endlessly and ends with the following message: I’m in version 21.10, I have 4400 hosts & 36 000 services.Can you help me please ?

Ping routeur

Bonjour,je veux superviser des routeurs VPN (opérateur Celeste, routeurs StarQos) via Centreon 21.10.J’ai donc créé le premier hôte.modèle : generic_active_host, commade de vérification : base_centreon_pingJ’ai aussi créé le service :modèle : base-ping-lan, commande de vérification : base_centreon_pingProblème : l’hôte est “indisponible” alors que le service est OK. Le ping standard depuis un ordinateur est OK.Je me trompe, mais où ? Ca fait quand-même un moment que je parcoure internet et le forum pour trouver une solution. Merci pour votre aide.N’hésitez pas à me dire si j’ai oublié des précisions importantes.

Custom View developp new filter criteria

Hello, we were using Centreon 19.10 and we developped a new filter criterai based on service MACRO defined in template. Now we migrate to 21.10, i replace all entries in php.index, configs.xml and tables.ihtml but the filter does not appears in my service monitoring widget config page.I wonder if i miss a step, force an widget update and anything, the strangest thing is that it even not present in config page, seems like my new files are not reload by the widget. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thx to all of you

TOP 10 CPU Error

Hello , On Custom View , i try to manage TOP 10 CPU for AS400 plugins Pack Metrics name is 'system.processing.units.usage.percentage' ,when i with with quote my widget return a Error Code 500  with no quote , nothing appear in widget …Any Idea ?

How to check status of a host without using ping or host keep-alive check ?

Hi guys ive been using Host-keep-alive check for keeping my host status up as we do not have ping enabled, is there any alternative to check if the host is up and send notifications to users if the host goes DOWN.

Change default graph period

Is it possible to change the default graph period view globally, per host or service? I have some services that produce pretty steady graphs and a weekly view would be more helpful than a daily view.

Creating my own commands

Hi guys, I used Centreon for a long time to monitor firewalls and servers, but it's been five years since I last used it and now I'm setting up an instance at home to monitor my media server. I still remember most of the things, but I used to create my own commands and generating graphs for anything I needed, but I can't remember the output pattern that allows Centreon to understand the exit code as well as the values to be used in the graphs.I learned a lot from the old forum which we cant access anymore (access denied 401). I don't know why they did that, but anyway.The things I remember are:I have to use exit codes 1,2,3 and to plot graphs I need something like tag=$value;min,max, but I cant remember or find the correct syntax. Can someone help me with that?Today I just want to `ls -1 | wc -l`, and generate a graph from the output of this command. As simple as that.Thanks

Centreon 19.04 - Purge charts

Hello, I have a question about graphics. We have set a retention on the 7-day charts.When the graphs are powered with data, we have our 7 days of data. However when we stop the power, we find ourselves with our 7 days of data which shifts in time !Example : I would have thought that the graphic would have been completely deleted after 7 days ! Is this normal working? or I have a problem on my platform?Thanks You :)

Session expiration

Hi !For my monitor screen which is started during working hours, I need a session that never expires.However, the value of the "Session expiration time" parameter is 120 minutes maximum.Is there a way to get a session that never expires ?I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who wants a dashboard on the wall all day :)I use Centreon 21.10.Thanks in advance !

FILTER in widget from custom view doesn't show my hostgroups

Hi, I’m using Centreon 21.04 and I try to manage my hostgroups from the custom view.I have a few groups of hosts that end up with ctx2k8 and I'd like to display them in my custom viewSo I added the widget hostgroupmonitoring and configured it as follows :But nothing works.Do you know how I could do that? Knowing that nothing changes even if I move the % everywhere ahah.Thanks Edit1: Just for you to be informed, a few days ago I updated from version 19.10 to 20.04.

Icons and images display problem

Hello, on the custom view interface displaying images before service names does not work. This displays a broken link. How can we solve the problem? Version 21.10, after upgrade from 20.10.13.
