Installation poller 21.04

Cannot refresh configuration

Hi, We have a Centreon 20.04.3 working like a charm for several months and years.But, since about 10 days, we can no more update and apply changes in monitoring.More precisely, when :creating a new service for an existing host, and exporting to all servers, conf is OK but monitoring is not refreshed/applied, modifying an existing service, with just a change (IP, ...), and exporting : same thing. Conf OK but monitoring is not updated.Of course, central, sat, etc… have been rebooted… No changes.We are not able to know what action we have done, which could create our problem. We have deleted 10 or 15 days from now, one host, but not attached services. So we have now services we cannot update/view because of lack of their host. But not sure that is connected to our problem.We do not know where to investigate… Any idea ? PS : Our Centreon is clustered : one Mysql server, one central, and 6 sat.

(Process timeout) and Snmp Timeout on an heavy load machine

Hello,I have a little machine with a little of ram and CPU.I have a poroblem with only this machine when she have a big load.I see two kind of error in centreon : Snmp time out Process timeout1 - Snmp timeoutI think i resolv Snmp timeout by using --snmp-timeout in the command (centreon plugin via github). 2 - Process timeoutFor the process timout i read official doc and increase timeout in poller configuration. (increase x2).It is better but for some service i see again Process timeout error.Can yu have idea or something to troubleshoot ?thx a lot

Problem upgrading from 21.10 to 22.04

Hello,I followed this doc (https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/upgrade/upgrade-from-21-10/) for upgrade Centreon 21.10 to 22.04.I am stuck in the upgrade step 21.10.1 to 21.10.2 : It loads for hours with no result, anyone have any idea what's going on ?Thank you for your help.

Migration from Centos Centreon 22.04 to Debian11 Centreon 22.04

Hello friends,My old platform is running under Centos 7 with Centreon 22.04.I prefer using now Debian 11. I see yu just launch Debian 11 package.My step : I have made a fresh install of centreon 22.04 on Debian 11 using package and offical doc Now i want to migrate from my old Centos 7 Centreon 22.04 to my new server Do yu have a official doc or something like that because i found nothing ? Thx a lot

LDAP Problem with contact template

Hi there,We need to configure the LDAP on Centreon 22.04.0, but impossible to complete the configuration because in the contact template section nothing is displayed.We tried on all web browsers nothing is displayed anyone has an idea.We are on the last VM download on the official site of Centreon.Thanks for your help.

check_icmp: Failed to resolve @IP: Nom ou service inconnu

Hello there !I have a little problem when i want to use the icmp_check on my firewall.For the details :My Firewall allow ping from my LAN (it’s a sophos firewall) When i’m connected on Centreon an i use the check in CLI it work When it’s the centreon-engine who use the check the error message is : check_icmp: Failed to resolve : Nom ou service inconnuThanks for your help !

Rocky Linux 8 support for Centreon Central?

Hi,I tried today to setup a new centreon central server using the latest Rocky Linux 8.6 as the host, since i was under the assumption that RL was the standard followup to centos, and i found reference to it in the unattended script.I found it perfectly working (only had a simple issue regarding permissions in /etc/centreon-engine and /etc/centreon-broker), but i still have one issue that i cannot find a solution for, i cannot reload configuration of restart centengine from the webui. If i generate and move configuration files, then restart manually centengine, all is good and monitoring works fine. Service Problem - After Upgrade

After the Upgrade to 21.10 I have one service that stops to work.I’m receiving this error: UNKNOWN: Can't locate object method "is_zero" via package "Math::BigInt" at /usr/share/perl5/Math/BigInt.pm line 1198.

Centreon BI Started Task - Server load

Hello,Every day I have many jobs scheduled. Some jobs often fail without really knowing the reasonWhen I look in the cbis log, I have lines that look like:Task started [name=CD92_BAMs_Avail_Rapport_Daily, weight=100.0]. Server load: 100.0/2000.0The value 100 increases at each start of sending a report until the max value 2000 is reached. The jobs that are sent last are those that fail with the value 1900/2000I assume this is the load given to the BI server. How to increase it? CordialyFrancis

Notification still sending every minutes

Hi everybody,I need a little help after few hours of research.I’m monitoring interfaces on switch with the OS-Linux-Traffic-Generic-Id-SNMP.I modified the notification interval (tried 0, 60, 3600...) but it still sending every minutes, that it seems to be the default configuration. Tried to modify notification interval in service, host and templates...but nothing work.Do you have any other idea ?

Download SourceGuardian loader during upgrade

Hello, I’m new to Centreon so this is my first question of many to come.I’m in the process of upgrading an old 20.10 installation to 22.04. After updatting to the latest minor 20.10 I began the jump to 22.04 which was without problems son far. Now I want to continue with the Web GUI update in my central host but when loading the page I get the message of the image attached to download a loader from SourceGuardian.Is this normal behaviour during upgrading/updating centreon? I mean, downloading from other sources? Thanks in advance for the help.

Can't Disacknowledge service with OK Status

Operating SystemCentOS 7 3.10.0-1160.66.1.el7.x86_64Installed with centreon-21.04-1.el7.x86_64.iso and upgraded to 22.04. Browser used Google Chrome / Brave  FirefoxVersion: 102.0.5005.115 (Brave) and 101.0.1 (Firefox) DescriptionWhen a service as been acknowledged in a CRITICAL status and goes back to an OK status with not over action, the acknowledged can't be removed with the service in OK status. Steps to ReproducePlease describe precisely the steps to reproduce the encountered issue. Have a service in CRITIAL status acknowledged it (the Notify, Sticky and Persistent checkbox don't matter) The service goes back to a OK status Try removing the acknowledgement. The acknowledgement is still there

Poller does not reload or export / no errors in log files

Also, I see the following under poller. Deleting the files in “/var/lib/centreon-broker” did not solve the problem.

Notification doesnt work correctly

Hello, We having an issue with one of our poller. to give you some details of our monitoring infrastructure, its composed of 1 central server with 2 poller on our clients’s site. They are all in the same version 21.10: The most part of time the poller work correctly and do his checking / notification job. But when we lose the whole part of client infrastructure (~70 hosts and ~300 services)  the poller doesnt send the notification on time, also the scheduling part seems to have some problem some host are lock in soft state : Also as you can see in the first screenshot the UI shows that the poller have some latencyFor the notification part we receive 2 mail every minutes , so sometimes we receive the mail for one check one hour after the check changed his state. I checked the centengine.log and i found some interesting things :But i didnt found any interesting topics on the web. We also tried to reinstall the poller … but it didnt solve the problem. The other poller is working correctly

vcenter plugin

Hello, We use the centreon vmware plugin for years now.It works nice with our vcenter 6.5 and our 16 esxi  Here’s the centreon_vmware.pm file %centreon_vmware_config = ( port => 5701, vsphere_server => {            'vcsa' => {'url' => 'https://vcenter 6 ip/sdk',                                     'username' => 'username',                                     'password' => 'pwd'},            'vcsa7' => {'url' => 'https://vcenter 7 ip/sdk',                                     'username' => 'username',                                     'password' => 'pwd'},                        });1; I so did add the vcsa7 entry, then added the same permissions on the vcenter 7 than in the 6 to monitor our new vcenter with the new esxi’s in it But, you see me coming 🙂 it doesn’t workI tried to add an esxi by duplicate an actual one, the changing just vcsa by vcsa7 and i get a UNKNOWN: Container connection problem Any idea about this? What can i check here? Thank you

Hostgroup filter in custom view doesn't work

Hey :DI started a custom view on Centreon, and created a ‘Servers’ hostgroup with a lot of hosts in it.But when I want to create an Host Monitoring widget and when I filter with the Servers hostgroup, the list is empty. It’s not working for any hostgroup. When no hostgroup is provided, it’s working fine and showing the first 30 hosts (no hostgroup).Do you have any idea why is it not working ?Thanks :D Hostrgoups listWidget configurationWidget after applying the hostgroup filter

i want to use Host Discovery.All is installed.I Created a SNMP Agent Task, start the task immendiately.But - nothing. Error monitoring ESXI: UNKNOWN: Cannot find 'HostSystem' object

 Hello, I’m trying to monitor two esxi, but I’ve got an error “UNKNOWN: Cannot find 'HostSystem' object”.When I change the ESXI2(172.16.250.6) to the first in the centreon_vmware.pm config the ESX is monitored, but when I put the ESXi2 on second in this configuration file this is the ESXI2 that is monitored and not the first one, I want to monitor both esxi.Esxi 2 is placed in second in centreon_vmware.pm config: So the ESXI 2 is monitored but not the first ESX:: Service centreon_vmware.pm status: When ESXI 2 is place on first: The ESXi 2 is not monitored this time and its the first ESX that is monitored:%centreon_vmware_config = (    vsphere_server => {        default => {            url => 'https://172.16.250.6/sdk',            username => 'root',            password => 'xxx'                },    },          vsphere_server => {                default => {                    url => 'https://172.16.250.3/sdk',                    username => 'root',

Notification Period for passive alerts not being honored

It appears that if a service is setup as passive and volatile that if a state change occurs, notifications still go out.  The reset of the service does not. My passive check is using NSCA for ingestion. Reoccuring downtime does work but was hoping to use Time periods
