SNMP Traps - Documentation not accurate

Hello,I installed Centreon version 21.04 and everything works perfectly. I wanted to use the SNMP Trap and that's when a problem occurs, my traps don't work. I went to the debug pagehttps://docs.centreon.com/docs/21.04/monitoring/passive-monitoring/debug-snmp-traps-management/#detailed-diagramand when I saw the diagram at the bottom I saw that I had to configure a path to a centcore.cmd file, unfortunately I don't have this file and the documentation is not accurate in this case.I wanted to know if there was a method I didn't find to still get the traps working.Thanks

NVIDIA GPU SMI SSH

Hello all,I’m having trouble with the new NVIDIA GPU SMI SSH plugin (hardware::devices::nvidia::gpu::smi::plugin).I would like to monitor the GPUs of my ESXi but the authentification doesn’t work.I tried with the ESX root account[root@Centreon plugins]# ./centreon_plugins.pl --plugin=hardware::devices::nvidia::gpu::smi::plugin --mode=stats --hostname=EsxName --ssh-username=root --ssh-password='MyEsxRootPWD' --ssh-backend=libssh --verboseUNKNOWN: auth issue: Access denied for 'password'. Authentication that can continue: publickey,keyboard-interactiveI also tried with the Centreon user because the documentation use this user. Récupération métrique Windows Server

Bonjour, Je dispose plusieurs machines Windows Server distante.Je mets en place le modèle OS-Windows-SNMP-Custom. Je récupère bien le ping mais pas le cpu mémoire et swap (UNKNOWN: SNMP Table Request : Timeout)J’ai autorisé le port UDP 161 entrant et 162 sortant. Le cpu est ok mais la mémoire et le swap reste en UNKNOWN: SNMP Table Request : Timeout Ce que je comprends pas c’est que certains Serveur distant Windows sont bon

NTLMV2 MSSQL PLUGIN CENTREON

Hello Community How to use NTLMV2 protocol using mssql plugin in centreon? I set in global section in the freetds.conf file ‘use ntlmv2 = yes’ but my connection doesn’t work. My server accept NTLMV2 connetion but I think that centreon plugin mssql use NTML  connection. Francis

Problem with template management

HelloI have been using Centreon (now V20.10.15) for almost 1 year, and I have activated my token to be able to download plugins pack.So I downloaded the synology plugin pack but I encounter a rather blocking problem:If I want to create a new host, in configuration/hosts/hosts and on the template tab I don’t find the template HW-Storage-Synology-SNMP-Custom,So for the moment I can't include in centreon my synology NAS except by using a linux template 😓But if I go into configuration/hosts/template, the template HW-Storage-Synology-SNMP-Custom is present 🙄Can you please tell me how I can finally use this template to integrate my synology NAS in centreon?Thank you

Issue with Centreon to get the IBM MQ channel status

We have centreon configured in one of our servers which is polling the IBM MQ Server to get the status of the channels . It was working fine past 5 years with out any issues . Suddenly we are getting unknown status in centreon for one of queue managers running in a host . Any logs path we can check for the unknown status in centreon ? Can i get some help here? I don’t see any issue in the mq server. we are currently using mq_check.pl script

Internal server error after update 21.04.10 to 21.10

Hello, I'm trying to update by following this procedure: https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/upgrade/upgrade-from-21-04/Everything is fine except for this command:systemctl reload httpd24-httpdJob for httpd24-httpd.service invalid.When the update is finished I get the error:internal server error when i try to login.

Script usage : how to hide credentials

Hello the community !Recently you helped me on the ‘Massive import’ topic, by the usage of a script to execute many changes on one action. I’ve used this solution and it works fine.I would like to improve the last line :/usr/share/centreon/script/delete_device_from_hostgroup.sh <user> <password> <hostgroup> <file>My objective is to hide <password>, for obvious security reasons. I’ve tried to use .bashrc file with an alias, but it didn’t work.Do you have an idea to improve this ?Thanks !

Trying to install and make Centreon NSClient++ usable

Hi all !I am trying to install and use Centreon NSClient++ and Webserver on a Windows Server 2019 with the help of the Documentation.But I tried every build founds on Github, I always end with the same issue, it seems that I am not able to connect and stay stuck on login page.The only element which changes is the icon next to log button, but I cannot browse tabs.Could someone tell me if he managed to install and use NSClient++ recently ?Thanks a lot

Hello,I created a simple bash script and a verification command :/usr/lib/centreon/plugins/test2.sh For the test i tried :chmod 777 test2.shchown centreon:root test2.sh Manuelly the script works with centreon user but he doesn’t when i try by centeon gui.

IBM Datapower monitoring - anyone got a script to share

Hi,I have a need to monitor the health and capacity of some IBM Datapower Gateways. Looks like they support an SNMP poll interface.Doesn’t look like Centreon has a plugin for these devices.Wondering if anyone out there in Centreon land has already solved this and has a script they could share?Cheers

Bonjour à tous,Nous souhaitons installer la dernière version de Centreon (21.10.x) sur nos serveurs.Cependant notre contexte SI nous impose certaines contraintes.Pas d’accès à internet Installation de Centreon dans une arborescence précise (différente d’une installation classique) Serveur sous Red Hat 8.5Compte-tenu des contraintes, je suis parti sur une installation de Centreon à partir des sources au format tar.gz (car ce format me permet de customiser les chemins d’installation)J’ai suivi la documentation disponible sur le site ICI Dans un premier temps pour les prérequis, j’ai réussi à télécharger tous les packages systèmes nécessaires et les déposer manuellement sur mon serveur pour débuter l’installation. J’ai téléchargé les dernières versions tar.gz des packages “centreon-collect” & “centreon-web”J’ai commencé par l’installation de Centreon-Collect, mais comme préconisé dans la doc, j’utilise le script cmake.sh.
