how to monitor the presence/accessibility of three different URLs

Hello,I am new to CENTREON.Could someone help me or explain how to monitor the presence/accessibility of three different URLs of our production environments (e.g., akpdev.mydomain.com, akpdev-test.mydomain.com, akpdev-param.mydomain.com) in a single model/service/host, etc.?I would also like to create the command for this and call it in a model or service in order to easily create alerts for these three environments for each of our clients, of which there are  about 250.I imagine I will need to create macros, command lines, templates, services, and then hosts. However, I'm not really sure how to create them, where to start, and how to make all of these features work together to achieve the desired results. PS: H’ve already ilstalled the plugin pack  “centreon-plugin-Applications-Protocol-Http”Thank you in advance for your answer.Sincerely,

Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction

Hello everyone,We are migrating our Centreon 21.04.20 version to the latest version 24.04.We built a new Debian server and a fresh install of Centreon, it is running correctly.Now that we are ready to migrate to this platform, we have the following error when importing the centreon_storage SQL export.Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction The export file is around 16G and the import to the mariadb is very slow. Did you have any ideas to solve this issue ?​​​

Hello, I created a service which allows me to check quickly the version of all my windows servers : Now I would like to create a view that can list in different widgets the servers in a specific version. (like all the 2022 in a widget and all the 2019 in another one ….).Is there a way to create these widgets easily using my service’s status information ?

AS400 check with central and poller servers

Dear community users,I have a central and a poller server, and try to do checks on my AS400. Everything seems to be correctly installed, according to the following : https://docs.centreon.com/pp/integrations/plugin-packs/procedures/operatingsystems-as400-connector/Running the command line on the central server, the requests are OK, but not from the poller server (cannot connect to localhost). This means that all the packages and services are installed and working on the central server.I tried to use either the central or the poller server by changing the "supervisor server", but none of them worked in the GUI.Can somebody help me please ?Regards,Jean

Auto Discovery Scan is not working

Hi, Auto discovery → scan does not work for some reason. When we specify the host name, Rule section appears as “none”  as seen in attached  picture. We already have “Auto Discovery” installed and this function was working good for long time. But for some reason it stopped working. We upgraded to the latest version but this did not help.Can you please help how we can debug this further and resolve ?  Thank you in advance

snmpv3 and error message ‘unknown : Missing parameter Security Name

Centreon 23.10 install via ovaSnmpv3 setted and tests via command line between 2 serveurs (centreon and snmpv3 agent) is functionning perfectly. Hi all, here is my issue :I’ve got an issue to define snmp-username in centreon, The error message is “Missing parameter Security Name, in the status of the message I can copy the command line with the options.I copied the command line and I noticed that there’s NO “security name parameter” in the command line.So, I ran manually the command line with the “security name” and everything ran perfectly.I checked in Centreon (configuration > services > services by hosts) → I notices that in the options (-snmpm-username-authpassphrase-privpassphrase-authprotocol-privprototol )are setted. But the command line I copied from Centreon did not include the security name. Could you please tell me why the command line sends by Centreon did not include the “Security Name” ?Thank you for your help. Kay

Bonjour à tous, Je passe l’upgrade de Centreon 23.10 vers 24.04, tout se passait bien, jusqu’à la MAJ de MariaDB 10.5 vers 10.11, je suis bien le tuto étape par étape, je mets bien mon repo à jour:dnf config-manager --add-repo https://packages.centreon.com/rpm-standard/24.04/el9/centreon-24.04.repoet quand je passe la commande:dnf install MariaDB-server-10.11\* MariaDB-client-10.11\* MariaDB-shared-10.11\* MariaDB-compat-10.11\* MariaDB-common-10.11\*Il me met:Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'packages.centreon.com_rpm-standard_24.04_el8_centreon-24.04.rep':il manque le o de .repo ! je pense que l’erreur de vient de là, comment y remédier ? Merci

Greetings, I’m using the plugin “storage::hp::3par::ssh::plugin”, i have a case where i need to set thresholds for “ node1~Node Input 12V#hardware.sensor.voltage.volt” but i didn’t understood the correct syntax… I’m using the option ```--threshold-overload```, supposing i need to set critical threshold for “< 11.30” or “> 12.7”, what would be the syntax? Thanks!

cookies on chrome and authentificaiton via google

Hello,I have an issue since the update to 24.04.I am currently on version 24.04.02 on a Debian 12.Today, I often have problems connecting to Centreon via OpenID and Google. I have to systematically delete the cookies for it to work again. This also blocks access via local accounts.We did not have this issue in version 23.10.Do you have any ideas?Thank you in advance.

HiSince updating our centreon platform to version 23.10.3, I have four connectors in the being 'UNKNOWN: Cannot get token'. On the host, I've used the 'OS-Windows-SNMP-Custom' and 'App-Commvault-Commserv-restapi' templates.   For services, I have more or less the same commands I'm new to Centreon and the update was carried out by a service provider without any support.I think the problem lies with the configuration on the host and/or the version of the package to be used. Can anyone give me a clue as to how to fix this?ThanksFred

How to migrate Central and pollers to Oracle Linux but not the DBMS server

Hello, we are preparing to migrate from CentOS7 to OL8 following this procedure:https://docs.centreon.com/docs/22.10/migrate/migrate-from-el-to-el/#step-1-install-the-new-server The thing is that our database is already running on OL8 so I don’t want to migrate that. As I understand, in that linked procedure during the installation of Centreon I need to provide the database server, but I don’t know how that would affect the DB while stil having to perform the migration. Is there any documentation for this case? I was thinking that maybe I can clone the DBMS server and use that one as a temporal DB and after completing the installation and migration connect the new OL8 Central to the actual DBMS server. Is that a good way of doing it? Regards,Enrique
