Notify even after acknowledgement / notifications meme si acquitté

Hello guys, I’m looking for a way to send notifications from Centreon on disk usage type services. I’ve notifications on Warning AND critical state working OK. My problem is when we have an acknowledgement on this kind of services : by default, in Centreon, ACK will disable further notifications, even if service turn into CRITICAL state, which, from my point of view, is a limitation. I want to be notified for a critical state even if I’ve already been notify for the WARN.  How do you guys work around this ? Centreon vmware plugin

Hello,I am using the same centreon plugin vmware command on two different pollers.One of them works.In the poller that works when I run the command: curl https://ipvcenter/sdk/vimService.wsdl -vvv -k I have a return that proves it works On poller not working when I run command: curl https://ipvcenter/sdk/vimService.wsdl -vvv -k I got error like: Initializing NSS with certpath: sql:/etc/pki/nssdb*   CAfile: /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt  CApath: none* NSS error -5961 (PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR)* TCP connection reset by peer* Closing connection 0curl: (35) TCP connection reset by peer  What does that mean? while it was still working 2 weeks ago CordialyFrancis DOUNGA

error searching for discovered hosts

after i configure an azure disovery job and i run it, it shows i have 182 hosts but when i try to display the  job result it shows me an empty list with an error “error when searching for discovered hosts”

Centreon web interface impossible to access

Hello to all.After a reboot of my CentOS, i’m unable to access to my centreon web interface. I’ve researched on internet some solutions but i can’t find something that solve my problem.Facing these errors when I type :@IP  @IP/centreon  Also, i can not start the httpd24-httpd service. Below, there are the errors from systemctl status httpd24-httpd and journalctl -xe.journalctl -xesystemctl status httpd24-httpdHope someone can help me please

Windows Disk Supervision

Hello,I want to monitor my D: partition on a Windows server. I use the 'OS-Windows-Disk-Generic-ID-SNMP' plugin and I set the DISKID value to 1. It is the C: drive that comes up.With the 'OS-Windows-Disk-Generic-Name-SNMP' plugin, I set the value D: for the DISKNAME option and it's still the C: drive that comes up.Could you help me ?Thanks in advanceSteve

Issue with Host template configuration in Central web page

Hello everyone,we have a fresh installation of Centreon 22.04 with IT-100 and when I try to change the timezone of the host template OS-Linux-SNMP-custom (for example) and then save the configuration, this error comes out:The connection was resetThe connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.and the changes are lost.The component versions are:centreon-web-22.04.0-2.el7.centos.noarchcentreon-pp-manager-22.04.0-2.el7.centos.noarchAny ideas on what can be the reason?Thank to all

Service notifications

Bonjour,je suis récemment passé sous la version 22.04 de centreon et sous almalinux.J’ai exporté depuis mon ancien centreon (centos) les hosts ainsi que les modèles.depuis, je n’arrive jamais à recevoir les “service-notify-by-email”.je reçois bien mails pour les hosts quand ils sont down mais pas les services.Auriez-vous une idée?Merci beaucoup.

Gorgone SSH mode - Connection Central to Poller no working anymore

Can't add new plugins

Hi I can’t add more plugins in my Centreon because of an error licence, I don’t know why because I have activaded the licence token IT-100.And I can’t add these plugins because I have an error with my licenceBut I still think I have the licence because a can use Auto Discovery and we can the licence expires 9999-12-30Log of license manager:trying to get acces to api.imp.centreon.com License information:

How to send events from Centreon to Zenoss using json

Hi,I’d like to send host_status and service_status events from Centreon to Zenoss using json. I found the informations about third-party integrations but nothing about Zenoss. Did someone try to do it? Or has any idea which stream connector can be similar to send data using json. Gorgoned configuration with multiple centreon-engine instances

Bonjour à tous,Après m’être lancé en vain dans une tentative d’installation de Centreon, en utilisant les packages sources au format tar.gz à cause de le particularité de notre SI (pas d’accès direct à internet et installation dans des dossiers spécifiques)  [→  topic ].Je suis reparti sur une nouvelle installation de la version 21.10 avec les packages au format rpm, toujours dans le même contexte, mais en jouant avec des liens symboliques pour les répertoires spécifiques... Cette fois-ci, l’installation est plus simple & rapide et va arrive sans souci à son terme.Mon infrastructure est installée et opérationnelle: 1 serveur web, 1 serveur BDD, 1 serveur poller. J’essaie aujourd’hui de reproduire ce que nous avons actuellement en production avec une version plus ancienne (19.04):La très grosse majorité de nos checks sont des checks passifs. Hi,What does mean exactly this error “UNKOWN: Cannot find ClusterComputeResource object” with vCenter plugin ? This error appears since a new installation of vCenter. SNMP check RAM returns negative value for Hirschmann switch

Hello,I am using the Hirschmann plugin pack to monitor a switch.The memory service returns a strange critical error:CRITICAL: Memory total: 79.77 MB used: -87.12 MB (-109.22%) free: 166.88 MB (209.22%)Here is the command :/usr/lib/centreon/plugins//centreon_hirschmann.pl --plugin=network::hirschmann::standard::snmp::plugin --mode=memory --hostname=10.0.X.X --snmp-version='3'  --privpassphrase='XX' --authprotocol='MD5' --snmp-username='admin' --privprotocol='DES' --authpassphrase='XX' --warning-memory-usage-prct='80' --critical-memory-usage-prct='90' The other checks are not a problem: CPU, Process, Hardware…The poller is installed on a debian server and the version of the net-snmp package is 5.9+dfsg-3Is there a solution to this problem?Best regards

Centreon Generic SNMP - Get a raw value instead of an interpretation

Hi,I am currently monitoring a QNAP NAS with SNMP, and i wasn’t really satisfied with the way the QNAP plugin handled the data and i had compatibility issues with some of the functions so i decided to make my own checks for the memory utilisation.Here’s my issue :Basically, when i ask for the amount of free memory on my NAS with a get-snmp request, i get this value :This is exactly what i want on Centreon since i can display this on a graph.However, when i use the generic-snmp plugin with the same parameters, i get this…It seems that the plugin interprets the result as “ok” without giving me the actual value. Using the --verbose flag doesn’t change the result either.How do i formulate the snmp command to get a proper value? Here’s the syntax i use right now :perl centreon_generic_snmp.pl --plugin apps::protocols::snmp::plugin --mode string-value --hostname “IP” --snmp-version 3 --snmp-username ‘username’ --authpassphrase 'passphrase' --authprotocol MD5 --oid .1.3.6.1.4.1.24681.1.2.3.0T
