erreur interne

J’ai installé la version 21.10.15 de centreon et par la suite j’ai procédé à une mise à jour des plugins vu qu’il y avait pas dans la plate forme comme l’indique le tutoriel en ligne. Seulement après l’éxécution de la commande se trouvant dans le tutoriel, j’ai constaté que j’étais passé à la version 21.10.3 et en plus en introduisant mes paramètres de connexion de départ sur le formulaire d’authentification, le système me génère le message “Internal server error”. Que faire SVP?

Hi, Can i set or write an OID with centreon? For example, every 15 minutes set an oid to 1 from 0. (Push button via web). Thanks for your reply.

Insertion bloquante

Bonjour, Dans broker , j’ai le message suivant qui apparait: [error] mysql_connection: could not store logs correctly: Incorrect string value: '\xCE\xBCs' for column `centreon_storage`.`logs`.`output` at row 3517 Cela coupe la lecture de broker et donc rend l’application indisponible. Hi ! our Centreon 20.10.1 suddenly stop working on this error page : http://xxx.xx.xx.xx/centreon/monitoring/resources ...with that message : “Cette page xxx.xx.xx.xx est introuvable Aucune page web n'a été trouvée pour l'adresse web : http://xxx.xx.xx.xx/centreon/monitoring/resources HTTP ERROR 404” It used to works for many months before. Note: Our problem is exactly the same as “adonix-dev” mentioned in this page : https://github.com/centreon/centreon/issues/9268 or this one : https://github.com/centreon/centreon/issues/9177 But our 10-centreon.conf file is already well patched as said in these threads. This happen just after logging with good credentials … Also, the first page (http://xxx.xx.xx.xx/centreon/) simply print normally. Is anyone to help us ? Thanks, Alex.

Broker-retention service 'unknown' not a file or cannot be read

Hi, A more minor issue I have since a couple of months. If I remember correctly, it started after I did update the plugin. The service Broker-Centreon give me an unknow status /usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_centreon_central.pl --plugin=apps::centreon::local::plugin --mode=retention-broker --broker-config='' --broker-config='' --verbose Statut détaillé UNKNOWN: '': not a file or cannot be read - '': not a file or cannot be read Informations d'état étendues Checking config '' Checking config '' I did read : https://github.com/centreon/centreon-plugins/issues/1404 And added the two macros with the path in the custom template : $_HOSTSQLCFGFILE$=/var/lib/centreon-broker/central-broker-master-stats.json$_HOSTRRDCFGFILE$=/var/lib/centreon-broker/central-rrd-master-stats.json But the service stays with an UNKNOWN result. Thx for any help you will provide

Strange character in dowtime comment

Clapi export not working since update

Problems with api.imp.centreon.com ?

Using Centreon IT Edition v20.10.2, I’m simply trying to access the plugins page in the UI, and trying to view my license status and it times out with an error. le disque C: n'apparait pas dans le resource status

Salut, j’ai un souci avec un serveur windows Server 2016. Il possède 4 disques (C, E, L et T) Mais Centreon n’en voit que 3. Il ne fait aps remonter le disque C: Je fais remonter les infos via NSClient dans sa dernière version. Auriez-vous déjà vu ça et si oui, comment puis-je résoudre ce souci? Merci, Laurent

monitor ms sql server with centreon

Hi thewatch hope u doing well, i installed centreon 21.10 on centOS and everything work good and now i just check the ms sql plugin on my server (/usr/lib/centreon/plugins ) [root@centreon-central plugins]# ls | grep sql centreon_mssql.pl centreon_mysql.pl centreon_postgresql.pl [root@centreon-central plugins]# and as you see i have the centreon_mssql.pl plugin but on the wentreon web i can't add this service to monitor it pls if someone can help

How to facilitate the export configuration pollers

Hello, I’m new on Centreon’s administration, and really surprised by the click number needed to export configuration on pollers. If I’m not wrong (on 21.10) : Click pollers Click configure pollers Click name of the poller(s) to update Click Export configuration Click Move Export Files Click Restart Monitoring Engine Click Export Is it the correct procedure, or is it possible to simplify it, with a clapi script or anything else ? Unable to register poller on central

Hi, I’m trying to install a poller in our organization following this documentation: https://docs.centreon.com/21.10/fr/installation/installation-of-a-poller/using-packages.html Everything went well except I am not able to register the poller on central. Purger centreon_storage sans perdre la configuration

Bonjour, J’ai eu un soucis avec ma VM Centreon suite à une défaillance disque et depuis j’ai des erreurs dans certaines tables de centreon_storage. La BDD centreon elle est ok. Je souhaiterais savoir comment purger les données de centreon_storage. Centreon_storage contient uniquement les données de surveillances c’est bien ça ? Je veux absolument garder la configuration de centreon (template, host, service etc ...)

MYSQL central High cpu usage from 20h to 11h

Hello I’m running centreon version 2.8.26 and 2 poller running version 18.10 I know my version is old but was working. Recently cpu load increase every day from 20h to 11h. Problem with the installation of the collector

Hello to all the community; I'm currently experiencing different problems when setting up my collector; when I do "export configuration" I get no error message, nothing comes up; no information comes up; in the settings of the collector, on my poller it shows me an error of communication with the gorgoned, after having made a systemctl status on the gorgoned process, I see that it is well in running on my poller and my central; no information goes up. I put some images if a valiant could help me I would be grateful; I must set up a server of supervision to be able to validate my memory.
