Centreon Infra Monitoring

Hello, After upgrading from 24.04 to 25.10 we encounter an issue with centreon-engine reload. When the reload is performed the variable/macro $CENTREONPLUGINS$ becomes empty and the checks that depend on it fail. Restarting the service solves the issue. Hello,Before updating to 25.10.5, OpenTickets was working correctly.Since the update, I now get the following error message: "cannot find provider".  In my rule, the connection test is OK.In the widget, I can also select the rule without any issue.Do you have any idea what could be causing this problem?I already tried to downgrade and re-upgrade the module: UPDATE modules_informations SET mod_release = '25.10.0' WHERE name = 'centreon-open-tickets'; Then I re-updated it using the orange update button, but the issue is still there.

Hello,We’re facing an issue on our side with Centreon.When a host stops responding or is powered off, we receive all alerts for every service in DOWN or UNKNOWN state, which amounts to around thirty emails per host.I would like to ensure that if a server no longer responds to ping, only that alert is sent to the team responsible for that host, and not the 30 other emails related to services that are no longer responding.Is there an easy mechanism to implement so that we no longer receive all service alerts when the host is not responding, and only get the notification that the host is unreachable?I have seen the “parent-child” dependency mechanism, but it has to be configured host by host, and I would like to implement this for several hundred servers.Thank you,Laurent

Hello everyone,I tried to update Centreon from version 24.10.12 to 25.10.5 yesterday. The update process worked as expected, but after the update, there were some unexpected issues.I could not delete hosts and services, could not create new templates, and could not edit existing templates. In some cases, Sometimes when saving it would just throw an empty page. I couldn't find any errors in the log files, and the UI did not throw any exceptions either. Cloning services, hosts, and templates works as expected.I was just wondering if this is a known bug that will be fixed in the next minor update or if this is an edge case.For testing, I disabled SELinux and removed any security-related, non-Centreon HTTPD configuration.Thanks in advance!

Hello, since a migration from the 24.10 platform to the 25.10 on a RHEL9 server (central server with the embed poller), after migration, most macros that were defined on the host don’t seem to be decrypted correctly by the poller.I’m seeing many logs like  fail to decrypt content of macro _HOSTCUSTOM_MACRO: Decryption finalization failed: error:1C800064:Provider routines::bad decryptI have followed correctly the upgrade steps from the documentation and especially for the poller to extract the symetric key at Upgrade from Centreon 24.10 | Centreon Documentation Does anyone face that issue yet ?

Hello guys, currently trying to install Centreon 25.10 using packages and so far I’m stuck at the web installation part. After following all the steps for Installing a Central server I can’t seem to be able to open the webUI to continue the installation. The site can’t be reached. I am trying to install it on RHEL 9. Anyone else has faced the same issue?

If we install both Map Legacy and Map Engine, will we see all the maps defined into le Legacy and Engine server ?

Hello,Since upgrading to Centreon 25.10, I noticed a change in the Configuration interface.When browsing Hosts or Services, I can no longer: See the total number of hosts or services Display more than 100 entries in the list (pagination or total count seems to be missing) In previous versions, it was possible to view the total count and navigate beyond 100 objects.Is this: An intentional UI/UX change in 25.10? A known limitation or bug? Something configurable ?  Thank you.

Bonjour,Je demande à l’aide car je sèche depuis plusieurs jours de recherche 😑J’ai lu la doc DSM, debug la partie SNMP, mais j’en arrive toujours au même, les slots restent en status pending et lors de la réception d’une trap j’ai le message dans les log dsm ERROR - [find_slot_id] cannot find slot [alarm id = 23132##APBUREAU [host id = 200] [pool prefix = AP] La partie trap SNMP est ok, le service passif est bien configuré et relié. Je ne trouve pas de problème de configuration.
